The goverment of THE ARMED REPUBLIC OF PADDY TERRORISTS wishes to invite tenders for the exclusive rights to our nations oil and diamond reserves. Prospective tenders shall provide a survey team to conduct a study into the project with regards to the feasability of it.
The contract shall be awarded for a period of 20n/s years during which the selected nation will undertake to employ only residents of the republic as a labour force.
During this time no other outfit from the republic or any other nation shall be granted rights to the reserves.
