After most of Emanara was enslaved by FSI, there were, of course, lots of people who fell through the cracks. Some of these women escaped to the free territory of Western Emanara but a few, in their flight, found themselves trapped in a large resot area entirely owned by a private, male-owned company. The company, in accordance with the new laws and the interests of the bottom line, has turned it into a resort of a different sort. Here, people may pay to legally hunt and capture female slaves. The price is lower than the price of a slave so some might come to save money, some for evil pleasure, some to take revenge on a group consisting of some of the most powerful, and hence now fearful, people in the old government.
