Greetings from Xeraph!

We are pleased to announce the formation of a new Alliance.........AXE

The following nations are charter members:
Xeraph
Xarlantine
The Hawaiian Islands
The Burnsian Desert
Verboten Luftewaffe

As stated in a previous post (X marks the spot) the first seven nations that join will be considered charter members, i.e. the leaders of the Alliance.

Please note that Xeraph and Verboten Luftewaffe bring with them a number of other nations and alliances. The exact number of nations and alliances will be tallied at a future date.

The "rules" of this alliance are quite simple: all members will respond to other member's request for help, whether commercially or militarily; there will be no unilateral agression on the part of any member nation/alliance/region; terrorism/terrorist activity in any form will be met with the swiftest and most deadly retaliation available.

USWA....we have a concern. We note that you are a member of the Ottoman Alliance. We have had less than pleasent dealings with them in the past, seeing as they support terrorism. As a matter of fact, we defeated a number of their Islamic nations. We would like assurance from you that you will be able to control these people should terrorist activity become prevelent.

There is no compulsory region or forum to join. If you wish to become part of the Xeraphian Federation, you are welcome. The XF is comprised of 11 nations located in the region of Mercenary Lands. We are further aligned with numerous nations and alliances.

As you are a young nation, we extend our protection to you in whatever form you find comfortable.

OOC: The Ottomans were Turks, and Turks are Muslim. Muslims are today linked to radical extremists. Yes, yes, I know.....that's not a politically correct thing to say, but I have a region to defend.

We shall arrange the entrance of Vepolis into Mercenary Lands in a short while.

We have a building for you to move your Ambassador into on Tanith Square in Xeraphia. You are permitted a nominal military presense in the compound.

The names of the alliances that USWA provided were used as a point of information. The alliances that the USWA are involved with are not part of AXE automatically. This would be presumtuous on AXE's part.

If any or all of the Alliances named by USWA wish to be part of AXE, they will of course be welcomed.
