In an attempt to expand our military and update it with the most modern technology, the Free land of Rouge Jiggady is now seeking nations with the capabilities of building an army. The specs provided below are our rough ideas for what we are looking for.

Of course what we are looking for in contractors are the quality of the product, cost of services, and timeliness in finishing the contract.

When we have several intrested parties we will give you more information on how many units we want however, we would also like input from the competing businesses/countries; such as why your product is superior to the products of competitors.

We look forward to doing buisness with you,

General Alexus Tidus

The Ineffable Empire is interested, if for no other reason that we get to do free research.
What kind of capabilities would you like them to have? Built in weapons, or the ability to carry standard arms? What height would you prefer, human or uber-giant-housecrushing size?

Edit: here's an example of our uber-giant-housecrushing mechs that are in standard use across the empire:

The Silver Turtle

These are 2.34m tall, with armour capable of taking multiple standard bullets, and its silvered surface also helps deflect laser weaponary. Relatively vulnerable to high-velocity gauss rounds and plasma weaponary, as well as missiles. However, for a mass-produced trooper droid this is to be expected. Ccapable of lifting weights approximately five times that of the capabilities of the average similarly-sized human. The droids are piloted by a basic AI, with basic friend/foe, target acquisition/destruction, self-preservation (in the event of enemy fire, can be overriden by human controllers for destruction of the unit) programming, has an uplink to surrounding units for squad-level operations, as well as to an overall battle-commander for real-time battle-command by human generals. With the basic AI, even if the overall commanding signal is blocked the droids can operate on their own to pacify a target until command is restored.
Standard weapon shown is a 10MW laser rifle, a modified version of the point defence lasers on Ineffable starships, but this can be exchanged for any type of weapon desired. Droids are powered by a miniature fusion powercell, designed for use with droids such as this, the laser rifle has its own separate power source. Lifespan: months unless they engage in extended periods of running or lifting.

Is this suitable? [OOC: Leda Colony/TST=same player]
