The new Civillian leader on Marine Neoma, John Rumsfelt, arrived in Deming shortly after Neoma's surrender. This would be the new capital of Marin Neoma. He hoped he could lead this country as well as his mother said he would. He looked over the document stating that he was in control of the country as well as Neoma's surrender.

I assume you've heard of our terms for your surrender? Well, here's the edited version of them

1) We annex 30% of your country
2) You will become a protectorate for 20 NS years (20 RL days), upon the end of which, we will leave immediately.
3) We get full access to your Uranium markets, but you get 50% of the profits
4) Our troops are allowed to instill Martial law to sustain the peace for no longer than 4 NS years.
5) You will regain a sovereign government after Martial law has ended, but the Military will have full veto rights until the protectorate period ends

Well, I leave for a bit, and the war ends, and before I made my post about the cruise missile bombers at Neoma...don't suppose I get anything out of this? lol

The nation of Neoma still owns the Dumpsterdanian Empire a great deal of money which have not been payed yet. We wish to occupy a part of the nation as a payment of the bills. Otherwise the nations occupying Neoma will have to pay for this and I can assure you that the bill is HIGH.

Dumpsterdanian has not told me of any debt set your price we will pay it... we also will set up a payment plan but we will not fork over more land... and plus what damage did our old government inflict on you???

Yes, i have few issues with Neoma. I lost an entire fleet, nearly my entire air force, and half another fleet in my dealings with him. I want compensation. I Respectfully request that the nation of Neoma be forced to pay me 15 billion in reparations, along with 1 Aircraft carrier, fully equipped and stocked, including planes, as well as 2 light cruisers, i don't care the design or make, The need to be modern, and the need to be in working order. I am willing to negotiate however, but only to a point.

All the land was isolated and all the major airports had been taken under Drum God Imperial Control. Troop landings began along with ships unloading equipment and even more troops at all the major ports in the land. Soon the rubble filled, annihilated streets of the villages, towns and cities in Neoma were filled with an armoured presence and that of heavily equipped DG Imperial Force Soldiers.

How exactly can Neoma compensate you? They have no navy, no airforce and no airpower. In terms of equipment I do not think they can provide you with anything. Financially, our Technical Experts are working to freeze any and all national finances so that they will come under our control once this has happened we will provide reparations from Neoma's finances. We do not need their money as Neoma now comes under the Imperial Finance Ministry's economics control from now onwards.

Meanwhile in Neoma the DG Soldiers prepare to organise the population into workers that can rebuild the infrastructure system to at least provide the nation with water and road access. Food parcels are being distributed to the general populace and orphan homes set up.

Any building work will be contracted out through us. All laws that are applied in Neoma are those of the Drum God Empire. The former government of Neoma are to act as councillors in different regions/counties of Neoma. They are essentially advisors to the Drum God Imperial Rulers who controlling the country under the Imperial Parliament from the capital city of Ist Bass. Neoma now as part of the Empire comes under the protection of the Empire. To this extent it therefore does not need its own weapons trade scheme.

However, a wall around our territory is being built, with gates every 20 miles along with a new Naval base and shipyards.

Have the country because we got Iraq back and have a whole bunch of different colones and lands that we would much rather have.

Dumpsterdanian goverment propperty:

Beach house: three story house with open kitchen and large living room. Six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are located on the second floor along with two studies. The attic gives another bedroom and observatorium while provinding a large sun deck. A garage is located a mere twenty meters away from the house proving storage for over ten cars and the adjacant bouthouse can house over three medium size boats.

To the best of my memory, everyone but me left and Dumpsterdam's vacationers your country because I paid them for their part of the war. I am now controlling Drum Gods' part because I gave him his fleets and he left.

As of today, Noema will regain full sovernity, and we shall leave except for a few military bases (about six). We thank the Neomans for not rioting nor attacking our military presence. You made it easier on us, and in return we made life easier on you.
