We want any nation that believes in democracy, freedom, and equal rights for all. It does not matter what political party you are, race, or religion you still deserve equal rights. So any nation that would like to join the Pact shall join.

We might join, we're kinda have an uh.. democracy... people can vote and stuff. It doesn't mean that we care or anything. Er. People have alot of civil rights in our country... sort of... We don't tap lines or anything... er.. People have a right to own a gun. Er. I think. Maybe. We don't give out the death penalty or.. Oh.. Yeah.. Oops.
Our citizens have the right for us to fix their spelling on their votes! Now that's democracy! I think...
Well we'll join we're pretty much a democracy! People have pretty much the choice to choose, and they of course don't get their votes sheets changing from saying Jerry to Elesta.
