ONC SPECIAL REPORT
Prince Michael I today announced that Opinno has started nuclear R&D program after buying a Nuclear Reactor, Heavy Water plant, and A Nuclear Centrifuge. These all are a invaluable part of making nuclear weapons but he vowed that he wouldn't use these new resources to build weapons. At least for the moment. As our nation's main industry is Uranium Mining, we had no need to buy the expensive stuff from other nations. Other nations may object but we will turn a silent ear unless you have an actual valid point. We are allowing nations to visit our first nuclear power plant in Opingrad. This is the first draft of the Itinerary. Please ask to join us.
