OOC: This thread is for diplomatic talks and an arms deal between Chellis and Lasoria.

IC:

A large cargoplane drifted down towards the international airport at New Pyongyang in Chellis, aboard it were several members of the Lasorian government and military, and Colonel Hareem Jobonovsky, the newly appointed Lasorian ambassador to Chellis.

The plane touched down at the airport and came to a stop at the end of the runway, where several representatives of Chellis greeted them, colonel Hareem extended his hand and spoke, "On behalf of the Lasorian people, it is an honour to be given this chance to become closer to such a large and powerful nation as Chellis. I am Colonel Hareem Jobonovsky, the peoples' representative,"

Units of the Chellian army stood at guard at the fairly small airfield. More ceremonial than for defense, they were in full military dressings. They stood at attention, their rifles pointed upward, and no expression on their faces.

Dimitri Korrachev stood there too, with a few underlings. He shook Jobonovsky's hand, and smiled. "The honor is all upon Chellis, my friend. We have much to discuss, shall we?" He said, his hand pointing toward a very nice SUV, a gleaming black mini-van with tinted windows and presumably armoured insides.
