Official statement from Phillonius Regenald, President of Sovereignty of Pie:
Citizens of Sovereignty, Today, one of my Scientists approached me with an idea, an idea that will revolutionize this country. He told me, he had a feasible plan for a short range missile, that could be launched from our ships, and shore, to any target withing 900 miles of the launching point. he expects the first working prototype to be ready in 1 year, and mass production to begin in three.

I understand the implications of having another country with semi-nuclear capabilities, but rest assured, i am doing this only as a deterrent to help protect me from the other more powerful nations out there. any knowledge or support that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.
