====Exetonia Minor White House: 08:00 hrs====

In just one hour, the delegation from Western Elizabeth would touch down on the grass outside of the White House tobegin talks of an alliance between the two nations and possibly that of the region of Greater Exetonia. He wasnt nervous at all as he knew he had a newly constructed empty Naval base on the north coast at St-Ives and that it had enough room to fit a carrier group or a large destoyer group or even a fleet of frigates.

He went to his wardrobe and changed into his best suit before sitting at his desk and telling his secretary to inform him of when the envoy was due to land so he could great them personally. He had 50 extra SS guards stationed around the White House to protect both parties and was on the understanding that Western Elizabeth would be bringing their own. He lit a cigar which he had taken out of the cigar box on his desk and began to re-read the speech written for him by the government and began correcting typos an re-wording certain statements.

Western Elizabeth is pleased to meet with The Exetonia representatives.

Western Elizabeth is a strong naval power in her region and wishes to use it Naval might to protect it Allies and persecute her enemies.

We are ready to begin alliance talks with your nation and a possible move into your region, please state when you will be ready to receive our envoy. Please reply posthaste.

Welcome Mr ambassador to my humble country. I can see you want to get right down to business so, here is what i propose:



CLAUSE 1: The nations of Exetonia Minor and Western Elizabeth shall have a NAP in that, if one enters a war the other disagrees with, the other country will not side with the opponent of ath aformentioned country.

CLAUSE 2: The nations of Exetonia Minor and Western Elizabeth shall have an econmic trade agreement stipulating that the two countries shall have free trade between them.

CLAUSE 3: The nations of Exetonia Minor ahnd Western Elizabeth shall enter into an alliance meaning that if either country is invaded by another for no just reason the other shall jump to its aide and help to defend its sister nation.

CLAUSE 4 (OPTIONAL): The nation of Western Elizabeth shall have either:

a)1 carrier group

OR

b)1 cruiser group

OR

c)2 frigate groups

permamnently located in the Naval port of St Ives

AND

at such a time as Exetonia Minor has a large enough navy, the same should be extened to one Naval port in Western Elizabeth

CLAUSE 5 (OPTIONAL): Western Elizabeth may or may not join the region of Greater Exetonia.


"Is this agreement to your liking?" Robert John Powell asked.

Could Exetonia please contact Western Elizabeth through telegrams directly as her envoy may have to leave before completing negotiations.

We would like to begin talks as soon as our current ones are finished

Agreed. We will wait until your current talks are over. Please message us when your current talks are done. We are eager to begin.

Wetern Elizabeth agrees to you terms. We wish to station 1 Carrier Task Force at your naval station. However Western Elizabeth wishes to remain in its current region, however Exetonia is welcome to communicate with Western Elizabeth and or its region anytime.

We are most pleased with your decision. Thank you for your time. We look forward to speaking with you again. Robert John Powell shook the dignitaries hand and gave immediate permission for construction of an embassy to begin.

After succesfully negotiating a treaty with the Western Elizabeth Powell boarded his helicopter to fly immediatly to Endenia for talks regarding an alkiance there...
