Greetings, Holly Macintyre here from the small island nation of Sparklemist as you we are twinned with Serafima, we have identical traditions - although our population is a lot smaller; due to the natural disaster that swept over Serafima and us a couple of days ago.

'well our population is smaller because the island is smaller than Serafima, but we have suffered further population loss due to the tornado' Holly replied.

We would be honoured to form an alliance, our traditions are the same as Serafimas, alliances are forged between the sheets rather than pen to paper; I know it seems strange but that is how our culture has shaped us.
Iva Marina will be sent to forge the deal, are there any suitable MALE officers that she could 'talk' to.
