Maniaca surrounds parts of Montana, Dakotas
In an effort to quell the growing population desnity problems in Maniaca, Maniacan forces have quite stealthily set up around The Eastern quarter of Montana, the Dakotas, and Minnesota. Maniacan forces are trying to communicate with fellow territory holder California and Alaska to let them know they are not trying to seize their land in western Montana. Also, efforts are being made to contact other nations to make sure no other nation has claim to these areas.

...The Aldean Alliance does claim parts of this area. The RL US States of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and the Canadian provinces of Manitoba and Ontario are part of this Aldean region. You would have a problem trying to take these claimed lands.
Thankfully, however, you are clearly in an alternate reality to that in Aldea exists. Peace seems to prevail in our reality. Tessen is saddened to see that such peace does not cross all lines of reality.
