The United Pysiers is always happy to start relations with an other nation.
We are willing to allow you to annex a section of Tango Line Province, a chain of islands located to my south east (I am an island nation inbetween Africa and South America).
You can have the three large southern islands and seven very small islands in the middle section. These are mostly unsettled and were set as federal testing grounds until it moved to the mountain ranges.
May this further aid our relations across a wide spectrum (OOC: also I may have a dire conflect rising soon, so I am trying to gain positive support)
