The building in Jackson City was being readied, a massive conference room inside the Ion Antonescu hotel in central Jackson City, a hotel of the elite, by the elite, and for the elite. Simply being able to afford staying here would be a testament to the personal wealth of the one staying, but being able to rent out the entire hotel for a conference that might last for weeks, it showed more wealth than the richest oil barons of the middle east. Two divisions of the SRG were guarding the hotel and the city areas around it, the Paul Stahlecker and the Roger Fabus divisions. They were waiting for the attendees to arrive at the Curtis Fabus International Airport in Jackson City.

The Rich Ambassador Thomas Hedin was sent to the PSA meeting.
He was thrilled to stay in that famous hotel.

Chancellor Licnius will attend.

President J.L. would like to attend.

Roger Fabus was sitting in the smoking lounge of the Ion Antonescu hotel, the men's smoking lounge (the women have a smoking lounge, but it's just a few park benches and tables outside in the alley). Roger wasn't actually smoking because he promised Alice he'd stop, and he was thus far sticking by his word, but he enjoyed the company and the sort of conversations that went on in the lounge, off the record business deals, marriage arrangements, old war stories.

He stood up to greet Thomas Hedin and extended his hand, "Greetings ambassador, I trust you enjoyed the flight?" He grinned and whispered, "If you'd like, you may go up to your room and relax for a while, you'll find a surprise waiting for you there..." He chuckled, knowing the surprise the ambassador would find was a female staff member from the Department of Foreign Relations, selected for her good looks and pleasant personality, she'd been shown a picture of the ambassador and read his dossier and agreed to keep him "company" if he so decided.

The long, sleek, scrupulously clean black limo skidded to a halt in front of the hotel. The chauffer (sp?), a tall man with a waxed Theodore Roosevelt-style walrus mustache, a thick lower lip, and an acquiline nose, opened the door and bowed humbly. "Mr. President," he said. "Here we are."
President J.L. stepped out of the limo and looked around. "Decisive Action, eh?" he said, grinning broadly. "Quite a nice place."
The chauffer closed the door and said, "I hope the meeting goes well, my dear sir."
"Thanks, Alfred," President J.L. said, giving him a generous tip, which made the chauffer's eyes gleam like diamonds with glee.
Then, adjusting his fedora and buttoning his coat, he strolled toward the hotel entrance and opened the front door.

Czar Roger Fabus who was still standing from greeting the ambassador of SD, extended his hand to shake the President of Roach Buster's hand, "Greeting sir", he cheerfully said, before whispering, "I've just been talking to ambassador Hedin about the entertainment waiting for him in his room, you too have entertainment if you so wish."


Ooc- your leader is a white heterosexual, yes? Wait why am I asking this, you're allied with us and he's passed entry requirements to get into the nation, of course he must be! (Just checked I guess)

Czar Roger Fabus who was still standing from greeting the ambassador of SD, extended his hand to shake the President of Roach Buster's hand, "Greeting sir", he cheerfully said, before whispering, "I've just been talking to ambassador Hedin about the entertainment waiting for him in his room, you too have entertainment if you so wish."

President J.L. smiled warmly, as he gave the Czar a firm handshake. "It is an honor to meet you, sir," he said. "Alas, I will have to pass on the entertainment, being happily married." He chuckled softly.

Licinius stepped to shake Roger's hand.

"I may take you up on that offer."

Agitated, the Minister of State from The Holy Republic of Hawdawg, Ima Chump, arrives in front of the Ion Antonescu Hotel a hour and a half after he left the airport. Minister Chump motions to the doorman, "Porter would you please get my bags." At the front desk the attendant says, "Welcome Minister, your suite is ready as requested." "Thank you", says Minister Chump, "I will be resting in my room until the social event tonight." "Please ring my suite when the party starts", as he turns for the elevator. "Oh and one other thing, don't tip the limo driver, he had no clue how to get here from the airport", grumbles the Minister as he heads for the executive level.

President J.L. turned his head. "Ah, you must be Mr. Chump. A pleasure to make your acquaintance." He extended his hand.

"The pleasure is mine Mr. President", smiling as he shakes the dignitaries hand. "I have heard wonderful things about your country", says Minister Chump. "We all have alot to gain from this important meeting, although we are certainly not the largest nation here, I think we have many things to offer the Alliance", states Minister Chump. "I look forward to seeing you at the gala tonight Mr. President" and with that Mr. Chump walks with a purpose towards the elevator. "That king size bed is going to feel nice" Chump thinks to himself, especially since a massive case of jetlag is setting in. Hopefully the front desk clerk will remember to ring the room before the festivities start tonight.

Fumbling with the ever cumbersome plastic room key Minister Chump finally gets the door open. All twenty-seven bags have arrived in the room safely from the lobby. "Attendant come here please." "Carefully remove my things from the bags and place them in the closet and have my tuxedo pressed", states Minister Chump. "I will take a nap and then get dressed for the event tonight" Minister Chump says as he yawns. "Please ring the front desk and remind them to make a wake up call to this suite before the gala starts. I do not want to be disturbed until then" Minister Chump says turning to open the Master Bedroom doors. "If the Prime Minister calls tell him I will return his call when I rise from my nap", states Minister Chump.

Shutting the doors the Minister finds a nice suprise in the Bed awaiting him. "Whom do I owe this lovely occasion too?" "My name is unimportant, what is important is that you are entertained" states the youthful woman. "So much for my nap, this is turning into a better meeting than I expected", mumbles Minister Chump as he flips off the light and crawls into the bed next to the lovely brown haired woman.

Note this meeting is sort of taking place shortly before the FSI slavery conference as Roger Fabus could not very well be at the PSA conference and the FSI conference simultaneously.

Roger stood up and yawned, and then asked those present, "Well, what is the main topic for discussion that you gentleman would like to discuss?"

Ambassador Hedin entered the room. "i would like to discuss the aggressiveness of the alliance. Our nation recently joined so we don't know so much about the nature of the alliance." He grabbed a cigar and sat down in a large chair right next to a fireplace.

How about our stance on defending allies. Is it no matter what, or are tehy turned away due to circumstances.

Emperor Helldawg entered the conference room,

"Sorry I'm late, the commies have tried to invade four times this week!"

Minister Chump of Hawdawg arriving fresh from a nap strolls into the meeting room. "Hello fellow dignitaries, I have a pressing discussion item my administration wanted me to ask." "We have a huge untapped resource of uranium that easily could be used for the wrong purposes. We would like to ask the council to elect two nations to establish bases in country to assist us in the protection of this strategic resource. In return, I am authorized to trade this unmined resource to the assisting countries for durable goods, oil, etc., as long as this transaction does not violate any UN rules. Do I have any takers?" as Minister Chump slides the huge leather covered chair to the table.

In the morning after everybody gathered in the large room, the guards standing around to provide the much needed security, Fabus smiled and spoke, "Okay, okay, let this conference officially commence!"

"As it is technically your alliance I presume you will be stating (SP?) the items of the charter and we will...um...I'll say, negotiate on them."

OOC: DA, check the recruitment thread, I might have a solution to your problem with that hostage situation.

In the front of the hotel the Parthian diplomatic limousine pulled in. In front and back the Armenian Immortals armed with XM-8s jumped out of the towncars in the front and back of the limo. Then, out of the car stepped Crown Prince Shapour who entered the hotel flanked by two of his guards.

"Good to see you arrived."

The Crown Prince replied to the Borman delegate, "Thank you, we are happy to be here." The Crown Prince then walked over to Czar Fabus and began to speak after a bow, "My friend, I am glad to be here. My father has said great things about you."
