Call to The Burnsian Desert

Foreign Minister A. Schützer:
We would like to take this opportunity to issue a very strict ultimatum to The Burnsian Desert.
Cessate your "purification" of your nation at once. The deaths of millions of human beings will no longer be tolerated. For too long our country has sat by and watched this type of mass murder. No more shall this be the case. Either stop murdering people en masse, or send them to us. We will happily take them for you.
You have twelve hours to comply with this, and enter into discussion with us on this topic. Failure to do so will result in a state of war existing between our nations.
To ensure that you get the message, a Level 3 mobilisation has been put in hand. This means that at this moment all units available are being placed on what the USA would call DefCon 3.
Decide.

We support DPUO's firm stance, and will send support soon after war breaks out, if it does.
May we also remind DPUO that DA is likley to be involved.

We concur. If TBD refuses to comply then we shall take action alongside DPUO.

OOC: "Him" is DA. I know you're her, y'know. :p

All units ready Condition 1 Alert Option 2.

OOC: He meant DPUO ignore DA, DA likewise.
Official Response
Then you, shall find yourself in a nasty little situation. Your racist allies won't be able to help you this time, TBD. Surrender is not an option - it is a neccessesity.

The world is small, nasty and complicated.
Everyone dies alone.
We can discuss that.
I meant that we should try to solve this peacefully, before we rush into war. We could get a lot of people killed here.

OOC: Sorry, my error.
IC: Ah. That makes more sense. Very well. We should discuss this as rapidly as possible. As you say, the lives of billions lie to be saved - or lost.

TBD, since you and I are allies, and any war you're in will likely involve me. And I totally ignore DPUO, I ask you ignore him as well. He can't get a war with me, so he is trying to anger me by going after my allies, he's a maniac who can't deal with being ignored by me so he tries to bait me into a war by going after my allies. Just ignore him completely, set him to ignore mode and then, ah, bliss.

No DA. I suggest that if there is a conflict, my men will engage yours, and I will TBD, and fight DA instead. By the sounds of it, your guys are uber fanatical... That means DPUO can do what he wants, and so can i.

DA fight TBD? Why would I fight my ally? That sentence makes about as much sense as the theory of evolution.

Following negotiations with The Burnsian Desert, it has been agreed that TBD will allow the nations of DPUO, Hogsweat and Jonothana to extract refugees who would be covered under the gentic purification programme and take them to these nations to be rehoused.
We are most happy that this agreement has been reached. The refugees will be taken by airliners from The Burnsian Desert. We are happy that TBD's government has, despite the presence of rather unsavoury elements, proven itself a mature and sensible one with the exception of those elements mentioned above.

"I got a hunch about this..."
The 747 pilots were nervous as the first planes touched down in TBD. The Harrier escort swooping alongside stopped for refueling, as the first eager refugees boarded the Hogsweatian planes..

The KPM looked over the biggest airport in Jonothana. It was to be used for the constant transport of refugees. It could hold 23 747's. The Civil Air Transport ministry had taken care of the chaos that would occur when the biggest airport closed, but the KPM was still weary.

"Here we go, eh, chaps?" commented the leader of a flight of four IL-86 jetliners as they began to enter Highfather Airport's orbit circle. "Remember, nothing aggressive, no communication with the officials if at all possible, we just herd them on and get them out of here." The IL-86 entered a shallow turn and requested landing clearance.

"Yalla yalla yalla!" yelled a soldier as he jumped into a waiting vehicle. On the front was the faded image of the Russian star, which had been painted over for the Royal Crest. Several other vehicles of the same type headed for the aircraft, which had just touched down. Two eighteen-wheelers also sped behind them, carrying cargo containers with strange holes drilled in the sides. Eyes could be seen looking through the sheet metal.
As soon as the vehicles reached the IL-86, the screeched to a halt and the doors of the tractor-trailers were kicked open, allowing refugees to scramble out. Families held hands. Mothers held screaming babies in their arms. Some still had on tattered remains of business suits and crushed glasses sitting on their noses. Bruises covered their bodies.

Damn that bitch to hell! thought the pilot as he helped another woman onto the aircraft. The woman looked at the soft chairs, and then, as many had done, began to weep. He lowered her into it, and looked to the stewardess, who nodded in reply and went off to make another batch of hot tea laced with a tot of rum. More people were crowding onto the aircraft. By the end of the loading it was a case of standing room only, but there were more than 700 people aboard the airliners, packed into the long, thin fuselages that were now to take them to a new land and a new life. Children, still uncomprehending, waved to the stony-faced troops outside. If only you knew, child, what you have just escaped.

"Kart-hom... Adhout!" at the command, the troops raised their weapons and covered the airliner, waiting for any parachutes or bombs. Seeing none, the clambered back into their vehicles and awaited the next shipment.

The flight launched away from TBD as fast as possible, heading eastwards towards DPUO. It would be a long flight. Most of the refugees were sleeping now, exhausted adults holding children too young to understand what was happening around them.

The pilot of one of the many 747's that was in TBD, staring out the window at his passengers, leaving the trasport vehicles which had taken them to the plane, made a remark to the co-ppilot.
"Dammit! Look at those guys, they've been beaten up. I thought we were supposed to rescue them!"
"Better then dead..."
"But...that's not the point! They are supposed to be ok, taken to the rescuing countries and made safe."
"I suppose. Tell somebody. Was there a regulation against video equipment?"
"Yep, thats what I'll do."
"Careful mate, you might start a war..."

The first 747 took off, travelling with its escort. As it flew, a DPUO plane popped up on the Harrier escorts radar. He let out a slight chuckle - letting the 747 pilot know what was happening before turning away to tail the DPUO aircraft.
He opened a channel with the airliner, and muttered random garbage through it, before switching into static mode. Gunning ahead, he did a loop - the - loop around the plane, his engine trailers the colour of the Hogsweatian flag majestically through the sky. Grinning inside the tight cockpit of the VTOL aircraft, he hovered while moving, a tricky maneuvre, right next to the DPUO Airliner, giving a wave to the children looking outside the windows.
