U.S.S. (United States of Shalrirorchia) President Tarumigan Gistarai spoke today at an informal meeting of the United Nations Security Council regarding the outbreak of war between Ratheia-Hallad-Communist Louisiana and Shalrirorchia.

"The Free World has an obligation to contain communism and imperialism...ESPECIALLY violent forms of these doctrines." the President thundered. "I would remind each and every one of you that Hallad fired the first shot...not the U.S.S. Shalrirorchia stands for freedom in every sense of the word....free government, free trade, and free enterprise. These three communist, imperial nations are an abomination, especially in the light of the public executions performed recently by the president of Ratheia himself.

"Yet freedom is strong and we shall prevail. But we cannot and will not fight this battle alone. We call upon other capitalist and democratic states to stand strong with us in this fight. For though Shalrirorchia is strong, not even the strong can stand alone."

The nation of Ratheia was wrongfully blockaded for carrying out the execution of criminals who tried to assinated Ratheia's President. The nation of Shalrirorchia then illegally blockaded Ratheia b/c he had the would be murderers exicuted.

The nation of Shalrirorchia then began to blockade Ratheia. He would not let in Louisianaian Ships nor Halladi Ships with food and other supplies needed by the civilian population of Ratheia.

After being threatened with the Louisiana 3rd Red Fleet and a large Halladi Fleet the nation still would not move. Shalrirorchia opened fire on a Halladi Naval Vessel and being a Halladi Allie, Communist Louisiana had no other option but to help destroy the Shalrirorchian ships who opened fired first.
