In response to recent events USN has decided to open up its borders to foreign nations.

Exetonia would like to make the following clear. Any nation that does not allow USN's ambassador to have full diplomatic immunity will be considerd hostile by him. He has also made unjustified threats of war simply because i barred any vessel of hers (civilian or other wise) access to exetonian territorial waters. On the first offence, they will be escorted out by the EMN, on a second offence, they will be guided to Falmouth where they will be detained for 1 month and their cargo detained. On a thrid offence, they will be sunk. That is all.

The Karnatakan League of Nations is fully behind Exetonia on this issue.

Not true at all. The USN will not stand for this Exetonian propaganda. In application for an embassy in Endenia we were denied full diplomatic immunity but came to an agreement upon it and it ended peacefully. The only nations we conisder hostile are nations which say no peace will exist between them and us, example: Exetonia Minor.

And Sovriegns your application and all your requests have been approved and your neutrality in the Exetonian issue is appreciated. Let's hope this leads to enormous peace and prosperity between our two nations.

USN I am requesting permission to build a satellite control outpost in my embassy. We the SPYDUDES barely have a military the only thing we can rely on are our 300+ satellites we have. We need an outpost desperately because of a recent war with Dougomania who has used bilogical weopons on my ppl and destroyed half my outposts.
