An armored horse arrives to the embassies of each nation with a satchel of rolled scrolls, each embossed and stamped with a light blue wax seal, the majestic face of a tigress glaring importantly from the blob. The similarly clad knight presents the scroll with the utmost decorum and waits patiently, bent awkwardly on one knee, for reply. It reads:
Greetings and Salutations (Nation)!
The High Priestess of the Theocracy of Whitewood would like to extend her warmest respects and tender our services to your state in friendship. As a new nation in a new region Whitewood is eager to win favor and support from it’s surrounding nations, and perhaps gain a few neighbors in Arcana Major as well. Please feel free to respond to this salutation via telegram, or make any inquiries that one might have about our country.

I just created a new region, Arcana Major. If you know the origin of the name and it interests you, please contact me via telegram. The knight tilts his head up as you close up the scroll, eager to be off to his next stop, but reluctant to leave without a token to show for it. He looks at you expectantly, his mailed glove twitching to the paper and quills in his satchel, ready for the returned telegram of an offer, or a decline.
