I am Loki Carrere, new Khar of the island nation of Lokuru. The fall of past leadership over this small and tight-knit nation is the harbringer of a new age. Though the change in leadership was not lacking in its share of violence, our current intents are no less than peaceful. We humbly seek alliance and guidance in our newfound realm of international relations, that is all for now.
