The Republic Of Cell44 would like to introduce its new Rapid Deployment Light Armored Vehicles, theCheetah, to the world market. Photos of a Cheetah in action are posted below the description. Stats and costs are below the photos.

Description: The Cheetah is equipped with full time 4 wheel drive and selective 8 wheel drive. It has a top speed of 72 M.P.H. and has a range of (Road Driving) up to 375 miles between refueling. It contains an automated navigation and weapons system that allows the crew to fire at targets from the safety of the vehicle's protective armor and sophisticated counter attack defense systems. Finally, the use of the 105mm.smoothbore, low profile turret gun (originally used in the Abrams M1A2 tank), is optional. The vehicle can also be outfitted with "Stinger" missile launchers (2), Mortar launchers (4), .50 Cal. Machine gun turrets (4), a combination of Mortar Launchers and .50 Cal. Machine gun turrets (2 of each), or modified to act as an armored personal transport vehicle (capacity of 12 fully equip soldiers + crew of 4) or front line mobile medical trauma center (medical crew of 4-8 and injured personnel of up to 8).

We note that this would include full schematics for all options and the rights for Vastiva to produce Cheetahs for itself - but not the right to sell them.

Let me get this stright, I sell you the rights to produce the Cheetah and you can create it ONLY for yourself and not for sale. If I went through with this does this mean I have the right to still build and sell Cheetahs? If what I have stated is true then I will consider this.

That is correct. We may build them for ourselves and our colonies in any quantity we wish. We will receive any upgrades to the project from you without additional cost. We may upgrade our Cheetahs however we like and do not need to disclose specifics to you (ie different weapons packages, armor modifications, etc). We may also rename them as we like.

We may not sell them, trade them, or give them away in any form. You retain full rights to sell or dispose of them however you wish. So, for example, if we create a flying Cheetah based on your design, we still cannot sell it, though we can call it a Bird and make as many as we wish.

For this contract, we offer 1 trillion USD, which we assure you is within our budget and coffers.

Why would we do this? Because we would get a proven design without the costs of creating a design. This saves us time, money, testing equipment, etc.

We do note you are not the only nation producing these urban assault vehicles. If they are in the realm of "open production" then our offer is withdrawn. If not, please explain the multiple storefronts.
