That noted, RSIN have been granted leave to accept this present order by the Parliamentary Foreign Arms Sales Commission, albeit it should be noted that it does so with grave concerns regarding the status of human rights in your nation.

OOC: I would like to know if you could change your prices to like billions and stuff like that to make it easier to figure a budget for my navy and everything thank you very much.

OOC: In the UK (of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), France, Germany, and other parts of Europe a billion is a million million (i.e., a trillion in the US and Canada) rather than a thousand million. Since Isselmere-Nieland is supposed to be a European nation rather than a North American nation, I have opted for thousands of millions rather than the more typical billions.
