Oceanaria, the systems that have been constructed are on the way, the rest will follow as soon as they are made available.
Military Command, the below cites the part of the reason for the delay, the other part having to do with me not having the opportunity to see whether the below-mentioned conditions have improved within your nation as well as the apportionment of the $150 billion, being that such was stated as an additional payment for both arms and fuel. I will have to get back to you tonight.
Reformed Sparta, I will get back to you tonight as well.
Ok then.

TO: RSIN
FR: FMC
The government of Military Command would like to buy 1 High Sea Battle Fleet and $150 Billion in weapons and fuel. The total is $485,327,000,000. Thank you very much.
To: Government of the Federation of Military Command
From: Neville Colwan, Director-General, Royal Shipyards, UKIN
Subject: Order
Your Excellencies,
Ordinarily the Royal Shipyards is loathe to accept procurement orders from dictatorships. That noted, RSIN have been granted leave to accept this present order by the Parliamentary Foreign Arms Sales Commission, albeit it should be noted that it does so with grave concerns regarding the status of human rights in your nation.
[Purely OOC RPing note: The Macabees at his Kriegzimmer Storefront (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=409787) does not have such stringent civil and political rights requirements, and his products are good. I would like your business, but as I'm RPing my country as a rather pedantic democratic state, I ought to mention a high quality storefront with less democratic scruples!]
Actual costs, etc., shall be posted [later today]. I apologise most sincerely for the delay.
Sincerely,
Neville Colwan

OOC: In the UK (of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), France, Germany, and other parts of Europe a billion is a million million (i.e., a trillion in the US and Canada) rather than a thousand million. Since Isselmere-Nieland is supposed to be a European nation rather than a North American nation, I have opted for thousands of millions rather than the more typical billions.

Since Jolt in its infinite wisdom decided to digest my introductory post as well as another post in this thread, I'll be forced to re-publish this thread as version four.
Until then, best wishes.

Version 4 (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=484448) of this ever so exciting storefront is now up in a bare-bones capacity that will be improved as soon as I am able.
