"Captain, we’re in position to intercept the unidentified fleet, now," said the Glennen’s helmsman, Aaron Godel.
"Contact them," said the captain, Emma Dawe. The unidentified fleet was now visible to the eye. It was clear now that it was a group of about 14 smaller ships, many heavily damaged, being pursued by a pair of naval patrols, definitely not from any neighbouring island.
"The smaller vessels have replied; they are refugees from the Doomingsland totalitarianism. They say the pursuing vessels are from Doomingsland," the radio operator, Alex Filer said.
"Let the refugee vessels they are welcome in Mora Tau! Al, tell the pursuing vessels to turn back or we shall sink them," Dawe said. "Then let the capital know what’s happened."
"Sure, Emma," Mark replied. "They’re ignoring us. I suppose they think that two of their vessels could take us any day."
"Hmm. We’ll fix them," Dawe said. "Open fire when the refugee fleet has passed us."
A minute later, the tattered refugee fleet had passed the Glennen. The large Mora Tauan cruiser opened fire on the patrols. One of them was destroyed straight away. The second one began to turn around, but the command tower was destroyed a second later.
"Move in to pick up any survivors. Al, tell the refugees to stop. Tell them they are now in Mora Tauan territory and are safe. Once we have picked up survivors from the Doomigslander vessels, we will escort them to the City of Saunders docks," Dawe said. The Glennen moved in to where the burning remains of the enemy patrol vessels were slowly sinking. 10 minutes later, they had picked up 34 survivors and the ship moved over to the refugee fleet. 5 of the more damaged vessels transferred their passengers and crews to the Glennen. Dawe went to meet them. There were 243 people on the front of the Glennen.
"So, what’s the story?" she asked them. Many of them started talking at once, so she singled one of them out. "All right, can you tell us what has happened?"
"Certainly comrade! I’m George, I was a member of the University of Doomingsland Socialist Club. Most of the people here, we have about 2000 people in the entire fleet, were in left wing parties, like the Socialist Worker’s Party, the International Socialist Organisation, the Communist Party and so on. Anyway, a city in Doomingsland came under the control of a faction of militants who called themselves communists. We refuted this, but the Doomings authority decided that we had to go. Many of us were imprisoned, hundreds executed. Everyone here succeeded in organising this fleet of ships and escaping at night, but they sent ships after us, those back there which you destroyed. We thank you very much, comrades, for saving us," the man said. After his speech, many of the refugees on deck voiced their agreement and clapped. The Glennen then began to move towards the coast again, with the rest of the refugee fleet following. Three hours later, they had reached the Saunders shipping port. The refugees disembarked and were met by a large crowd of about 5000 people, waving red flags, bearing flowers and cheering. The chairman of the Saunders Supreme Soviet stepped forward to welcome them to Mora Tau. An hour later, the entire story had reached the capital, Annaris. An emergency meeting of the Supreme Soviet of the Mora Tauan Soviet Socialist Republic was held and it was unanimously decided that Mora Tau would send the 7th Red Fleet to the international waters just out of Doomingsland territory in order to prevent any more ships or aeroplanes from arriving to help the Doomingslander repression and to pick up any more refugees. Two hours later, 38 ships, completely covered in the red and black flags of the Mora Tauan socialist revolution, set sail for the edge of Doomingsland territory. Soon, other Soviet Socialist Republics were also sending fleets.

Official Presidential Statement

In recent events, the stability of the alliance between Doomingsland and Grenval has been questioned. Let this be no more. Grenval is in the process of mobilizing twenty Heavy Infantry Divisions. The orders have been given, and they will be deployed shortly. However, Grenval is willing to enter into negotiations, but we will not hesitate to act.

They are grouped in divisions of 25,000 Men in M2-A3 Bradley IFVs and have 300 M1-A2 tanks attached to their unit. The troops are armed with XM-8 rifles or heavy weapons. Maintained by competent crews and constantly prepared for battle, armored divisions are a powerful Parthian force on the battlefield. Each unit contains 2,000 M1-A2 MBTs, 150 MLRS, 100 M-109 Howitzers, 10 R-409 Heavy Tanks, 10 Patriot batteries, and support vehicles.

Helicopter/Parachute divisions-
Trained to drop into hostile zones in either helicopters or by parachute, the 5000 strong parachute divisions are capable of taking a city with only air support. They are armed with shorter barreled XM-8s and other infantry weapons.

Siege Divisions- Used to pound cities or support armies, siege units excel at what they do best. Each siege division has 500 M-109s, 300 MLRS, 200 M-107 175mm guns, 10 203mm guns, and 50 M-2001 Crusader Artillery platforms

I've discussed this upcoming war with all the nations mentioned above and I thus speak for all of them when I say that we propmise friendly relations, trading ties and mutual assistance. Think about it.. what is more valuable... an alliance Doomingsland, a bunch of gun-obsessed dictators or an alliance with over 10 nations devoted to freedom of thought, equality and peace (this war is only to ensure that Doomingsland does not make any further incurions on human rights. We have no intention of killing civilians, and we hope that Doomingsland will step down before any of its people are lot).

Because of recent addresses issued by Mora Tau, I, President George of Grenval, have declare a full war effort. We will deploy fifty Heavy Infantry Divisions post a full scale bombing run. You have two hours to comply or face invasion and total occupation.

Inside the Presidential Palace, two of the greatest leaders in the world sat together. Earlier, each was preparing for war against the other, but now, they conspired against another.

President George looked at Shah Khrosu, the Shah turned to the president and spoke, "Do you have any cigars?"

President George looked at the Shah with amazement. "Cigars... I do not smoke, but I can have some brought over. But now, to the planning."

The Shah nodded and replied, "Very well then, as you know my troops have been mobilized and are going to be transported from the port of Hormuz via a fleet I am preparing." He then handed President George a piece of paper with the numbers of the Parthian fleet.

President George quickly skimmed the list, "Very well," he replied. "As you can see," he pointed to a map lain out on the table, "three Naval Armaments, the 4th, the 17th, and the newly commisioned 20th are also headed for Mora Tau. And this is why I called you here, to discuss the naval battle."

The Shah then spoke, "Of course, we need to unite our forces to crush the socialist and his miserable allies. Perhaps we could then follow up with an invasion of their homeland so I can get some slaves."

President George sneered at the word 'socialist' and shuddered at the latter request. But he had a Doctrine of showing a blind eye to Parthian war crimes, and he would continue this for now. Ignoring the latter, he said, "Exactly. We should meet up here," he pointed to a spot on the map, approximately three-fourths of the way to Mora Tau, "and where do you wish to attack?"

The Shah's eyes lit up as he spoke, "We land right here," pointing to a spot on the Tau coastline close to a major city, "and then we move in and take the place over and pillage the place before pulling out."

President George considered this for a moment, then spoke, "Ah good," his eyes also lit up, just as Mora Tau would soon be alight with the fires of justice, "however, Grenval cannot spare troops for pillaging. We shall leave the spoils of war to Parthia." He smiled wryly at the Shah before saying, "I will order the 4th to attack here," he drew his finger down the coast, pinpointing the second city, a major shipping hub, "three hours before we attack the first city, to create a diversion."

The Shah nodded in approval, "Then you shall attack the shipping city while I take the other? Sounds excellent."

"Well," corrected President George in his most polite vioce, "the 4th Naval Armament will create a diversion. However, the other two shall join your force and then our troops shall use the airports and airstrips in the city as a launch pad for a full-scale invasion."

Shah Khosru expressed obvious enjoyment, "Yes, pull the troops to your city while I break apart the other. We will rain bombs and napalm on enemy troops while I burn and pillage the other city."

Seeing the enjoyment, President George changed plans, "All right then, all three Naval Armaments shall attack the shipping city, while your forces do as they will," he smiled wryly again, "in the first city."

Shah Khosru began to find some dislike, "Perhaps instead we could just defend Doomingsland rather than invade the enemy? We could always work out a suitable tribute"

"What you do is at your will and judgement." the President quickly replied, all sarcasm and wryness gone from his vioce.

"We should not go on a rampage in his nation," said Shah Khosru, "Instead, let us rendez-vous near Doomingsland and sink the enemy fleet."

"Shall we invade at all?"

"I think not, for we would lose our moral high ground"

"Perhaps Grenval could both invade and defend," suggested the President tenetively.

"We could, but we would be dividing our forces. Let us destroy them utterly in Doomingsland and then invade them," said Shah Khosru.

"Agreed," said the President, "all forces, both Parthian and Grenvali shall defend Doomingsland from the enemy fleet. Then we shall move onto the Mora Tau homeland." He rose quickly to shake the hand of Shah Khrosu before anything more could be argued.

The Shah took his hand and shook it firmly. "Perhaps," the Shah began, "you might be interested in visiting Persepolis next week, I will be hosting a Parthian hunt of various animals."

"Animals of what sort," the wryness back in his voice. The President smiled as he shook his head, "I have never been good at hunting."

The Shah smiled, "Lions, antelope, elephants, leopards, various endangered species. We breed them for hunting"

"I am afraid I will be unable to attend."

The Shah nodded, "Very well then, it was a pleasure Mr. President."

"Yes, yes it was," the President responded, just as the cigars arrived...

Doom AFB, Doomingsland

A flight of Longsword bombers prepared to take off to wipe the enemy fleet from existance. There were forty bombers in all, each one loaded with 8 LSLRM-AS-ER missiles. They took off, accelerating at mach 3 toward the enemy fleet. At an altitude of 60,000 feet, and a range of 1200 miles, each the missiles were fired at the enemy fleet. The missiles accelerated at a speed of mach five, climbed to nearly 100,000 feet, and when they were over the enemy fleet, dove down onto the weak deck armor of the ships.

In addition to this, 400 F35s and 500 F/A22s took off from air bases all over the nation. The F35s were loaded with deadfish ASMs, and the Raptors were loaded with air-to-air weapons. At a range of 300 miles, and skimming the sea, the JSFs launched two deadfish missiles each, targetting various ships. The missiles cruised in at mach 3, then popped up and dove down on the decks of the ships.

OOC:I expect most, if not all of your fleet to be wiped out just from that. Post losses.

P.S.-I'm ignoring your puppet, as that is puppet-wanking, thank you very much.

OOC:Oh, yeah, I also consider that first bit were you blew my ships up and the refugees a godmod, as most of my citizens are perfectly happy with the current government, and I never RPed destroying a city full of civilians. Plus I don't hamper refugees, if they want out, I let them. Oh, yeah, and if you actualy read my other threads, you'd learn that I have no commies left except for in that city, the rest have been reeducated. And organizing that fleet would have been impossible even under the best of circumstances, my whole coast is lined with underground bunkers, howitzer emplacements, SAM sites, and all of it is in subsurface bunkers. Plus I only have one small beach you can land on, the rest is all jagged rocks. You really have no idea who your dealing with...

Prepare To Meet your End, and be Pillaged, Pludered, and Slaugheted

I am share a border with Doomignsland, so I can move my guys in fast.

Early in the morning, elements of 2nd SF brigade entered Mora Tau terretory by insertion from mini-subs.

When they got ashore, they took of the diving-suits. Under them they had clothes as every other tourist would wear.

Their role was to act like a virus, slowly killing the victim from within.
No one could suspect them for being enemy soldiers.
Their papers were stamped correctly so it looked that they had been in the nation for 2 weeks.

At tha same time, subs from 2nd navalgroup started to look for enemy vessels in the waters.

High altitude spyplanes from 1st Recon group took of and raced across the skies, spying on the enemy.

The Iron Concordiat of Wirraway throws it support behind its ally, Doomingsland. We have mobilized our only avaliable uni,1 Marine Expeditionary force, consisting of 3 Divisions of Marines, 75,000 men total, and an accompanying assault fleet to protect Doomingsland.

quite right, I'll just divert those troops and fleet to their nation. As you may have read I've mustered all my forces from international conflicts and they are staying at home right now in wait for something important.....so this is all I can offer at this point.

At the same time, power supplies broke down when SF units destroyed a main powerline.

The Republic, honoring the mutal defense pact that we have signed along with Mora Tau has decided to enter this conflict. No enemy soldier will be allowed to enter Mora Tau. We urge both sides to back down, but if this conflict continues, we shall be forced to destroy the respective military forces of those arrayed against Mora Tau.

President Nikolai Teslakov stepped out of the limousine. He was a bit grumpy, after being woken up and summoned to the MoD for "urgent" information. He walked through the doors, took the stairs, and walked into the meeting room.

Inside was Intelligence Minister Karpov and Defense Minister Lebedev.

"How are you gentlemen?" asked the president with a scowl.

Karpov nodded his head and Lebedev coughed.

"Sir, we need your permission to launch an attack on Doomingsland. As you know, they've been terrorizing communists. This is a great oppurtunity to put them in their place, they are getting to be extremely cocky," said the DM.

Karpov handed him the report. The president eyed the cover and turned the page. He began reading it, muttering under his breath.

"Are you sure all the intelligence is accurate?" questioned Teslakov.

"Guaranteed. Krolik gathered the intel. You know his track record."

Teslakov laughed. "The best man for the job."

Lebedev donned his hat. "Sir, all we need is your clearance and we can begin."

Teslakov stroked his chin. "I accept. I'll make the announcement tonight."

"Glad you accepted sir. It'll be a glorious battle."

It has been far too long since I have laughed as hard. They, declare war on you? It makes me ill fit to speak, must i contemplate the general hilarity of the idea. These fools obviously have little idea of the CAD, or if they do, far underestimate the alliance's capabilities and loyalty to its founder.

To the enemies of doomingsland, it is foolish to test the iron will of the CAD, and the Empire. On this day, you shall learn a painful lesson from the combined might of Doomingsland and her allies. The blades swooshed past, blowing the President's hair helter-skelter. The Shah stepped out, and skipping traditional greetings, got straight to business. Shah Khosru looked at the President of Grenval with a bit of concern. "It seems the commie-nazi may be coming to the aid of Mora Tau if we counterinvade them."

"Then perhaps we should propose some terms of peace," suggested the President. He then consider the massive tribute Parthia had called for earlier in their own terms of peace, and he added, "Fair terms of peace."

He told his secretary to type of the general peace terms, which he outlined, and then the President left to find Victoria. He heard a helicopter taking off, and saw the Shah inside, apparently returning to the human rights convention in Generia.

The secretary watched the President leave the room, and she turned to her computer, where she began to type. She finished sometime later, sending it out via email to all the enemies and allies of Grenval involved in the war. Left on the screen was this.
