Takeover of Mongolia

[ooc:this is the thread to RP the takeover of RL Mongolia. Sparten has agreed to allow me to pass through China]
The 15,000 negotiators and armed troops rode their APCs and tanks through China quickly. Heavy Transport Helicoters roared overhead as the troops made it 3/4 of the way to the Mongolian Border.
In the distance, the troops and helicopter pilots saw the border. Guarded heavily by Mongolian Troops and SAM batteries, this entrance would not be gentle.
Four Mongolian-owned M1 Abrams tanks blocked the dirt road to the border. Two men stood outside of the tanks and walked up to the APCs. They stared long into the Witzgallian men's faces.
"Where you from?" asks the Mongolian soldier.
The Witzgallian driver holds up a small identification badge labeled "NCTO-W" (New Commonwealth Treaty Organization - Witzgall). The Mongolian man points his AK-47 at the driver and orders him out.
"You have any weapons, sir?" asks the soldier.
The driver pulls his M9 out of its sling across his belt. The soldier grabs his hastily. A few thousand feet behind the trail of tanks and APCs, the helicopters land. Two of the Warrant Officers exit a helicopter and run over to the driver and soldiers.
"You have access papers?" asks the soldier.
"Access papers? No, sir, we do not." says the driver.
"What is he asking you?" questions one of the WOs.
"Do we have access papers?" asks the driver.
"No...we were supposed to discuss this with the Mongolian Consolate in two hours." replies the WO.
The Mongolian soldiers stare at the three Witzgallian men.
"Listen, we have to pass. Let us through please. You may escort us to the Consolate if you wish..." says the driver.
"Consolate?" asks the soldier.
"Yes. Mongolian Consolate." replies the driver.
"Oh. Consu-late. Okay okay. We escort you." replies one of the soldiers.
The four M1 Abrams lead the trail of APCs down the dirt path and through the border. The helicopters are ordered to land at a nearby airfield about 30 miles from the Consolate building.
The APC column rides quickly. They pass through three civilian towns and villages and come to a checkpoint. The Mongolian Soldiers show a small brown-papered document and they are all allowed to pass.
A large sign saying something in a foreign language goes past, and they arrive at a stunningly beautiful white building.

Four men in blue and white army clothing exit out of one of the APCs and walk up to the Consolate gates.
"What is your business?" asks one of the Mongolian guards as he grips his AK47.
"Diplomatic talks with Mongolian Consolate." replies one of the peace negotiators as the soldiers and other negotiators exit their APCs and tanks and are searched by the Mongolian guards.
"From where, and I need identification." replies the guard.
"The Empire of Witzgall and the NCTO." replies the negotiator as he grabs a manilla envelope from his associate.
The soldiers stare at the document and read it carefully. One of the men knods and then hits a button that buzzes open the large iron gate.
"Welcome to Mongolia." says the soldier.
The negotiators enter the gate and six Mongolian soldiers stand ahead and behind them. They escort them to the big black, shaded glass doors.
The soldiers open the doors and the negotiators go through metal detectors. They continue to walk down a hallway and enter a large office with red walls and marvelous paintings hanging from the walls.
"Who are these men?" asks an old asian man.
"From the NCTO, sir." replies one of the soldiers.
The old man waves his hand at the three chairs in front of his maple desk.
"How may I help you?" asks the man.
"We are from the Empire of Witzgall and its brother nations. We ask you if it was possible for us to take your nation under our care. Your citizens would live here, and we could provide outstanding protection.
We have with us a document from the Fuhrer of Witzgall." says one of the negotiators as he hands the man a folder.
The asian man takes the folder and opens it. Inside is a 90 page document containing a treaty that states that Witzgall and Hawaiian Islands will take Mongolia into possession and care, and will protect it from all enemy lands.
The asian man looks intrigued.
"I cannot approve this...you understand that?" says the asian man.
"What is your position in the Consolate?"
"President."
"Then why can you not approve this?"
"My nation will not accept me as a rightful leader of the Mongolian people if I accept a treaty that gives us nothing."
"It gives you protection."
"We have our own defensive policies and military."
"We can give you 2 trillion dollars, in United States. We can wire it to the consolate..."
The asian man laughs.
"A bribe?"
"No. Simply a kind gesture to 'nudge' you to reaching a decision."
"Ha! You crack me up."
"I am totally serious."
The mongolian president pauses and stares at the negotiators and their six armed escorts. He orders one of the escorts to go and get him the Vice President.

A man in a black suit walks into the room in front of the guard.
"Greetings Witzgallian negotiators. I hear you have something you want from us?" asks the VP.
"They want to take Mongolia under their care, VP Ucken." says the president.
"And you agreed?"
"Not yet. They have a stunning treaty. They control the government, but we stay in power. And we get two trillion dollars."
"How do we know they are not backstabbing bastards! The Mongolian Consolate has been screwed over before!" shouts the VP.
"Calm down. We are willing to leave you and your governing system in power, and we will provide military and economic help."
"Whats in it for you?" asks the VP.
"We get to help a nation and we get an ally, if you comply with the requests."
"And what are they?"
"The oil business, or ninety percent, is to be handed over to Hawaiian Islands."
"Thats over 500 billion dollars in national profits!"
"We are willing to pay the nation of Mongolia back in full."
The president of Mongolia signs the document four times, and then lifts up the folder and hands it to the vice president.
"Are you serious?!" shouts the VP.
"Think about it...the nation of Mongolia will become a world player once again!"
"What would the consul say?!"
"Does it matter? Think about what the population would say! The civilians will once again feel safe from Russia and China! Surely we are saving ourselves from Genocide! Mongolia hasn't had an substantial military budget in seventeen years!"
The Vice president signs the document and hands it to the negotiators.
"Thank you men. I will personally hand this to the Fuhrer." replies a negotiator.

Not meaning to be rude or a flamer, but this is a pretty sloppy RP. You drive straight through China, then offer to "buy" Mongolia for 2 trillion dollars?
Witzgall
04-10-2004, 01:33
Eh hem,
SPARTEN has weakened China, therefor no opposition.
And I did not "buy" Mongolia, I am simply offering protection and ability for me and Hawaiian Islands to colonize, but the government shall remain in control until otherwise noted.

Well I did this before he gave it up, and I had no knowledge.
Technically, he would've just retreated, not blown it out of existance in II.

i think it got basicly ignored by most so..you know some say it never happened others did but eaither way passage though China would have been extreamly hard (if it never happen or he retreated) infact im shore if it never happened it would be impossible and if he retreated you would have been attack by eavy man and his dog since your a forigner.

But as I said, I made it through China before he did retreat/give up...

yes but (and this is a vary big but) your first post says that Sparten gave you permission to go though china, but since he never manage to invade China the Chinese Goverment would have needed to give you permission to enter china.

ya i know that and im not disbuteing this claim im just pointing out even if you went though druing the fighting you would have had to fight Chinese troops, Millta's etc it would not have been easy nor quick (depending on where you came from).

basicly depending on where you comeing from it would be nearly impossible to get to Mongolia with out getting shot at infact im shore with the invsion going on China would close all borders to itself. and not to mention that the people would form Milita's.
And Mongolia would also close its borders with China with that war on not leting anyone in nor out.

This is ok except for a few things. SPARTEN's claim on China is ignored because it wasn't realistic. Some fellow named Bob-Bob claims China now but I'm still not sure wether I add it or not. Buying nations is only possible in real life when a nation is bankrupt. NS isn't real life, obviously. Try RPing it from a diffirent perspective and will be recognized by the people. Make sure the nations in the same region of earth (Kanabia, Russian Forces, Bob-Bob, Dr_Twist, Granzi, Bedou) know what you're doing. This is much more important because Mongolia has no access to the sea.
