Hi im Heather Jessops reporting live from the scene of what can only be described as a masacre. Prisoners who escaped from a minimum security unit in Truro who obtained guns were rioting just yards behind me and firing on police officers. The police called for back up and the ED units walked in and opened up on the rioters. None survived. They were given 20 seconds notice to drop their weapons and failed to do so. Is zero tollerance to crime a good thing? This reporter thinks so. This is Heather Jessops for CoEM news.
