The Prime Minister of Karnatka today released a statement saying that although he does support Hogsweat, his military is tied up as tensions continue to rise on the Aruntopia/Karnatakan League of Nations border.

BTW:Our state-of-the-art Radar Systems have not detected any U-2 Spyplanes in our airspace... if they did, and we have looked at the records, they certainly would have been shot down by now by our quite sophistacated(sp?) MDM-4 Multi Targetting Use SAMs

Xeraph/the Xeraphian Federation does not have puppets. All of the nations of the Federation have freely chose to ally themselves together. All of the XF nations are located in the region of the Mercenary Lands.
