Neil Green pushed his finger into his pimple in front of his reflection coming from his dark computer screen. Neil Green was a young, scrawny man constantly looking over his shoulder. He did so now, looking around the room as an owl scanning each corner for an invisable enemy. As his head came back around to check the left side of his room, he stopped dead. He looked at his monitor. Yes, it was moving, barely perceptiable, but moving nevertheless. He jumped from his chair as a wave of energy ran through the building. For a second, Neil firmly believed the world had ended. He sat there, his eyes darting through the darkness, his neck spinning his head around faster and faster. Out of nowhere came a noise, the power coming back on. Two lights above him flickered and then surged back to life. Neil ran to his chair, grabbing the radio, shouting, "Help! Is anyone there? I am under attack!"

Neil threw down the radio. He knew that the armies were coming. He had long anticipated it. The doctors, he sneered, had called him crazy, but he was right. Now everyone would know. But he had to act. He had to make sure everyone knew. He could strike first, and stop the war, then he would be a hero. Neil Green, the man who saved Grenval!

On his workstation, there was a red button, encased in glass. On the glass, the words read, "WARNING". Neil flipped back the glass barrier, and without hesitation, slammed his fist into hell.

The dark screen of the computer blinked on. Across the sreen ran seven digits and numbers, "34H8IIJ". Neil typed the numbers into the computer. The machine let out a beep, and across the screen was a black line, in front of the line was one word, "Nation:__________________". Neil knew who it was. He had always known. The enemy was always the one you least expected. On that line, he typed, "Roach-Busters".

It had been to long since Julfai had been able to enjoy a night off. But he was making up for it now. He'd sent the kids out with Jim, a secret service agent, taken his wife out for dinner, and they were just now settling down to a cheesy, romantic movie. 'This is the life... not politicts,' the Prime Minister thought to himself.

Immediately after that thought, his secure landline rang, and his night, and his life as he knew it, ended.

Pedro liked his job. Neo Portugal was comfortable with its nabours, and wasn't involved in no military operations anywhere. As a result, working at the NPBMC (Neo Portugal Ballistice Missle Center) was almost a joke.

"How's thing on your end?" Asked Major Balimie, who oversaw the operation.

"Same old, same old. Nothing ever new," Pedro replied.

"Don't complain, Pedro!" the older man replied. He remembered times when they prayed for the times he lived in now.

Just as the Major was about to turn away, he heard Pedro cough. He turned around more quickly than his age would have you think, and saw Pedro ghostly pale. Rushing over, he looked at the screen. His face aged years. Shouting out orders he couldn't even hear, he watched as the tiny, red bleep crossed the map on the monitor, slowly, gently, inconsequentially, inexorably."

"Can we help them?"

"Well sir, they might be able to bring it out. But we also may be able to program HOP to take it out. None of HDP will do it."

"Do it now. Get HOP aimed."

The orbital station rotated as another one moved near Roach-Busters. Missiles sht off to hit the warhead.

"Lets pray."

"Sir, we have no option. We have to bump."

The Prime Minister bowed his head. Looking up, he nodded. That was all.
