but may I ask you this? why? why? who do you declare war? War is all around us! this whole world is a powder keg! one tiny spark could ignite the flames of War all over the world!
(you are that spark) and if you declare War on some1 normaly everyone comes to his aid(unlike WWII where France had no aid but verbal aid) France fell with a few days(was a pity really but who cares now? it's over)
