Ruben was feeling wonderous. He had hoped to take more control this time round but she was more experianced than him in this, so he let her take the wheel. She came up to his face again, and he kissed her. This was the best ever. He felt her brests, the neurons in his hands amost fried, they had never expericnced such pleasure. Several hours later, Ruben lay exausted but smiling on the satin sheets beside his lover. She was increadable. He still was facinated by her asleep as much as when awake. He lay a while in thought. He imagined where they would run to, and how they would get there. He drempt of being under the stars with her in the deserts of his homeland or running through the fields. He knew both may be wholely unrealistic but it was still nice to dream. He only wanted what she was happy with, and he hoped he could supply her with that happyness for as long as possible. He kissed her forehead and she sirred slightly and her eyes opened.
"Hello lover" He said.

The rumorus ranged from 'James Bond'-esque action herroisim to buracrats siting behind a desk. Either way, with Josephiene at his side, he could suceed. they stopped at the Sparklemist borders and were allowed to pass. They got out the car, Jo wrapped her long fur collared coat around her, she didnt think Sparklemist got this cold.
They walked into the Office and waited to see Pendragon.
'Hello, Jo! its been so long!' she exclaimed, hugging her friend.
'Who is this?' Pendragon asked, her eyes pointing at Ruben.
'My husband, Ruben' Jo replied taking off her wet coat.
'Right well if you will follow me' Pendragon ordered, she took Jo's hand and lead her to their office and they sat down......

Either way he was not going to let her control something as big and powerful as the hummer. "Sorry, Jo" He replied "not tonight". They returned to the house that Pendragon had given them to rent out. Ruben carried Jo inside. This was not because she was drunk but he thought of it as a romantic gesture.

They met up with the rest of the group. Ruben was keen to hear what was going on, even if it was just switching hotels. He was worried all of a sudden that he had brought Josephene back into a dangerous world. He could not bare to lose her now that he had met his perfect angel. His love for her was so interdependent now, that he may go insane if he were to lose her.

I don't really want this child, well i suppose I do she thought, her head muddled and clouded.
She just walked, her stomach seemed to have already got bigger - Serafiman womens gestation was 2 months.

Ruben came across to her side of the table. "I'm sorry" he said "I shouldnt have pushed you" he kissed below her sobbing eyes. He knew she always apriciated that. "Do you want too be alone for a while just to think with yourself" he asked "I just read that sometimes pregnant women need time to..." he tailed off.

Ruben couldnt believe he had just suggested that they be apart at all, but he had known she had needed it. He lay his head on his hands, and prayed that she would find some of the peace and happyness he had about the comming of her child.
"God" He wispered "Josephiene is all mixed up. I know sex is part of her culture but I hope she comes to see the love of a child as more important. Please please, give her some of the peace that I know you can give and have given to me when I needed it. I love her and you, I need you to help her even though she doesnt know you. I know you can, please do, Amen." he said, and lifted his head from the table. He waited patiently for her to come back, he knew she needed some time.

As she walked to her room, she felt someone rush up behind her and grab hold of her.
'Josephine, well well well' a dark voice muttered in her ear.
She felt a bubbling, griping sensation in her stomach, she screamed out in pain- then a cold blade was pressed against her warm skin, she was bundled into a room

Ruben's mobile went off, it was a text message from Josephiene.

Ruben understood imidately. He ran to his room, where his laptop was kept. He hooked his mobile up to the computer and ran a trace program to locate Josephenes phone. When it was complete, he dowloaded the program to his PDA and he began to look for her. The tracker said she wasnt too far away and he began running to where it said she was.

Ruben ran back to the cabin for a second and equpied himself with a stun-gun that was in their packs that Pendragon had given to them. He ran up to the door, bashed it in and fired the stungun at the man bending over Josephine with a knife. The two electic darts sank into his arm and chest and knocked him out cold. Ruben ran over to Josephiene and hugged her.
"You alright" He asked, hugging her tight. He knew the answer was proberbly no but still he asked

And soon after he unleashes rounds of bullets from his uzi, spraying the entire room with plenty of holes. He damn hated soap operas, and with this unjust action I think we know why.

"My wife is in Labour!" He shouted "Were on a ferry to Sparklmisnt, just trace my mobile to find us" he said.
"Help will be here soon" he said, "Dont worry my love, I am here for you, now and always"

'You know serafiman births are very easy' she giggled, she sat there tensing for two hours - no ambulance turned up, probably thinking Ruben was having a laugh. Then the baby slid out gracefully.

Ruben tucked Josephene up. He had been amazed at her grace of birth. Faith too was asleep in Josephenes arms. Ruben checked and dobble checked that she was secure there. He even gathered up all the towels and cussions he could and surronded Josephene with them so that if Faith fell, she wouldn't hit anything hard. He then went and found a travel cot in the ships tax free shop. He piled it full of the cussions and towels and placed Faith into it as she slept. He smiled and kissed her on the forehead. A baby and a wife, God was smiling on them all.

Jo slept, she was glad that this birth, her second had gone so well- she was happy but sad that she would have to bring up another person- she thought she was selfish but all she ever thought of previously was her and Ruben nothing else.

Ruben went to the bed, put his arms round Josephene, kissed the back of her head and selpt beside her. He loved her, and he loved Faith. All three were exausted and slept long and hard. Ruben hoped Josephene was ready to be a mother again, this had all been very fast. He slept long and peacefully as they all did.

Ruben watched her leave. He hoped Faith wasn't going to be sick over that dress, its was beautiful. He got dressed and packed up to prepare tp leave. He hoped there were things in Sparklminst to help keep Faith supported. He hoped perhaps they would move their one day. Serafirma was a disaster area and at the momnet not a place to bring up a child.

Jo was out on the deck with Faith.
'Look hunny thats your homeland' Jo said quietly to the small girl in her arms. She showed her the paradise island. Jo knew the place they would live, her flat was small and her and Ruben only just managed, she knew of a large scandinavian house up for sale, it was perfect, near the school and state medical centre.

He took Faith in his arms. She was so light and wonderful. Unlike most babies she had developed a shock of dark brown hair early on. Though that was not unlike him. He too had had a full head of hair from a new born onwards.
"Where will we stay this evening" he asked and then wispered "It needs a big bed..."

Faith slept so peacefully, she was unlike all other babies Ruben had ever known. Most of them cried all the time. "Its good she sleeps so well, we may be making a lot of noise..." Ruben said.
