I have just recently posted my second attempt at an RP after my first one was abbandonned.I thought It wasn't that bad,but It seems no one wants to play.That could be perhaps because the unsual name is turning people of it.It is called "The Republic of Name Pending(RP)"(just put that in the search box without the quotation marks to find it) and was written to be mostly character based.I already understand that some parts are difficult to read,but I think I'm getting better.Maybe not.But could you at least read it and maybe give me some feedback on what to do better at,perhaps?

Also,it seems rather long,3 pages,but most of that is actually just me bumping.Another experienced player to whom I was aquantited too before,an extremly good writer and Role player decided too give it a try and play,but It seems my writting wasn't good enough to keep him interested.He did however,give me a number of good tips and even offered to let me join an RP he had commenced with some others,but I don't really want to be disruptive,and on top of that I spent a good deal of time writing my other RP,and would at least like to get some constructive critisim out of it.

Well,thanks for reading this,hopefully you won't be too bored that you can't even finish reading the other one to critisieze.

This isn't General. Folks take a while to answer. You've allowed about 14 minutes for responses. A day would be better, just to give people a chance to glance over your RP.

And no, I haven't had a chance yet.

Oh,I see.I guess it could have something to do with the timezones.

Links to your RP may help out users who can't be bothered looking through hundreds of posts.

Gameplay doesn't have anything to do with RP.

I've noticed that you have no spaces between your sentences. Is, and I ask this because its happened to me, your keyborad's space key broken?

Well, I remember seeing the thread, but the title didn't grab me enough to click on it. I'll read through it when I have a chance.

One thing I'll note, you should put spaces between punctuation to make blocks of text easier to read.

I actually followed the "name pending" RP for a while, I just never posted because there is a limit to how many threads I can handle and I try to prioritize the ones I want to be "hot and heavy" on. Don't give up. DO separate sentences though, that is a little bothersome. You might want to join a thread rather than starting a new one to get your name out there too. You'll get some practice that way. Also, don't take it personally if you are ignored on occassion. Some times, for many reasons, no one cares about the topic of a thread. It happens to the best. I've been ignored, but I kept on going, now I get at least some respect from some players. I still get ignored by some too though. I don't sweat it though. I just keep playing, the more I do it, the more I read other's posts, the better I get and the more I get to join in.

Yeah, Dra-pol was ignored for months by all bar one or two players, and is now being spoken highly of in any number of threads (hee, I'm so cool! And drunk, yes). I noticed the title of the, "repulic of..." thread a few times, and thought it a pretty interesting title, actually... I know that's no use to you, but in the past I would have read it if nothing else... It's just that I'm in quite a slump, at the moment. Ah, what the heck, I'm going to go crazy and read it right now.

Keep working at it and don't give up. Once you have a couple of players the word spreads and more people join.

Here's a dirty little trick I used to use. Create your RP, then create another thread entitled "Rotovia Invades World: Everyone Defeated". Every RPer on NS will sworn in to either "IGNORE" you or fire an insane amount of nukes at every major city you own. However in the threads texts simply include the following: "No, not really. But while you are here check out my thread: http://crappyrp.com". Worked 99.9% of the time.

Could also have something to do with the way you type, its always nice to put spaces where there should be makes things easyer to read (tho i can talk at one point on NS you couldnt make heads nor tails of my post lol but im improved).

Anyway if you could supply links to your threads i would look them over see if there the sort of thing i want to get into.

People will read your RPs, but the People who read them need to be interested in what’s being said, Because of your size your can’t exactly show interest through brut military power.

So your true choice is to write a RP that appeals to the nations reading it, something interesting something challenging and something that could go on in length for some time.

ahhh...thats the thing.See,I find the way of role playing international things on this site is extremly flawed on many,many levels,but I won't go into that.Live and let live,as they say.

I have set the role play in an imaginary country without a page,and the story is written for characters,not nations.

No offense,but perhaps you should read it before trying too help.No offense,but I don't see how you could help without reading it.

but its not like a Must do, it just makes it easyer to read.

and a link is just the URL of the thread eg:
