"Lord Haart, the Federation is designed to protect the Klatch and the States within the Klatch. The laws the central government pass are primarily aimed at generating revenue for the JDF and administering lands not claimed by any state. The concept that allows our States to operate with only minimal interference is dual soveriginty. Dual Sovereignty allows Sovereignty to be shared between the Federal Government and the State Governments of the Klatch. All the Constitution, and the Central Government, demands of any state is to provide for the common defense by supplying troops and money to the JDF, not endangering the Federation, and not attacking your fellow states or interfering in their buisness."

She shakes her head, "To the common Neo Tyrian there would be no change. You could decide to keep slaves or get rid of them, Exlude all foriegners not serving with the JDF, get into a series of wars with small insignificant nations, coin money, raise your taxes to 97% (since 3% is the Federal Tax Rate) or legalize having sex with five-year olds and goats. We really don't care..."

"What we do care is that you never, ever think that the Federation will tolerate your...your nation's double standard allowing you to invade other but caterwalling when the invaded becomes the invader."

Lord Whitmann stated, "Tea...thank you..." and then proceeded to freshen up. Wash his face, attempt to relieve his bladder of any alchol, curse a few gods for this day, and put himself back into relatively good order.

When the tea arrived he tried it, nodded to the corporal and took a seat. "Well I am ready for my meeting with...Ah...I happen to have forgotten, a bit of a long day today..."

Haart nodded. "I understand what you are saying, and I see it as the best solution. However, the whole idea that the people can not rule themselves... It's against fundemental ideals for the citizens." Haart pondered for a moment, "I do suppose I could get the Parliment to agree, but I would need to get the backing of a few other Houses. I could easily gain the support of House Dart and Hemlock, I could easily bribe Kajar, and I could call on a few favors on House Trisken. That would be enough to convince the Parliment, and they would override the Princess. Of course I would need to communicate to them personally, which could be a bit of a problem. When I tried to contact them from the Cyprus it was aufully hard to get through..."

"While I do not agree to this 'double standard', as you call it, that is not the point of this meeting. So I request an open line to Neo Tyr to try to convince the my allies."

In the far northen wastes of Vrak, a small group burst into once an abandoned shack. They were all dressed heavily, which was not very odd considering the temperature. One man threw off his heavy cap and started to shiver. "Damnit! We almost got caught there!"

"But we were'nt, were we, Dash?" Another figure muttered.

The first figure shook his head. "Still, it was too close. I don't want anything that risky happening again." He paced for a little while, trying to warm up, "Where are we heading again?"

"South," Said yet another bundled up person, "To to capital of this god-forsaken country."

Dash nodded. "Right. We'll split up and head south tomorrow. Lets get some rest for now. Brian, you're first watch, wake Lilly in two hours."

They all nodded and went about their buisness on a very cold night.

Vassal kindly refused the food and nodded. He bit his lip and grudgeingly agreed to O'Booze's terms, but paused when he heard the word desert. "D-desert, sir?"

"Lord Haart I was informed that your Parliament would not consider such a proposal for at least six or more months. And I am a bit curious if you are saying that people can not rule themselves or that the central government of the Federation does not allow the people to rule. However, I will provide access to a sat phone in your quarters. I should note that your conversations will be monitored..."

OOC: quick question are you headed for Vrakprime or Port Olympus? There is a presidental palace in Port Olympus...(hint, hint)

O'Booze nodded, "Oh don't worry." O'Booze waved a hand dismissively, "We're not planning to submit you to some kind of heat torture, but well, we'll need to put your lot somewhere and we don't really want to put them on prime agricultural land, which pretty much leaves the desert... either that or we'd have to spend weeks and huge amounts of money ferrying the lot of you upriver to the Dyelli Beybian Artic Territories... but that isn't really a nice place, full of Moskauans for a start."

There was a pause and a somewhat apologetic smile, "So how many of you lot are there exactly?"

Meanwhile on the River Prison Camp a boat had pulled up, and it wasn't the usual time, it brought a passenger. He was male, probably in his early thirties woth blue eyes, sandy coloured hair, and hard features, the look of someone who was used to ordering others around. He was military, wearing a field grey uniform with blue trimming, especially around the band on his cap. He vanished for a while to talk with the police officers on duty, before finally being shown through the gate in the fence and into the part of the compound where the prisoners were held.

He stopped, shoving his hands into the pockets of his jacket, which he wore despite the fact that the place was baking "I'm looking for a Captain Grant Dart. It is Captain?"

His tone suggested he was mildly surprised at being sent to look for a mere Captain, but was, nonetheless, open to whatever confronted him.

As the fleet cleared the Squall Straits, they informed the Alconians of their arrival and on how best to deploy to the war theater. Trailing behind were hundreds of amphibious assault craft. Needles to say, this was a massive deployment of equipment and troops.

Back at the military high command, plans were being drawn up on how to best move more troops - since far more have been committed. Clearly, this was a logistical headache and it showed how much can be moved, which wasn't as much as the military planners had hoped.

Madrid and Colonel Mitchell carefully drew up a plan of surrender as Juliet composed herself .

Madrid Also phoned Supreme Naval Commander Itxaad and had a brief discussion with him, about Marine strengths and how soon they could expect the Naval Guard to arrive.

*****

Meanwhile aboard the Emperor Ehecatl the corporal was about to answer Lord Whitman when a large burly beared man burst into the room, startling everyone. The man could easily be a pirate if it weren't for his Naval Guard uniform the man growled gruffly as he entered "Corporal!"

The corporal looked panicked and pointed at Lord Whitmann

The man looked at Lord Whitmann and smiled "Ah, Lord Whitmann, how is everything? Please allow me to introduce myself I am Supreme Naval Commander Itxaad, may I have a seat?"

Itxaad then sat and continued

"I have just spoken with the Special Envoy and she informs me she may have negotiated a surrender and has asked that we proceed with haste so that you may be present when the surrender is made official. It would also be good if you comminicated this to your superiors."

He then stood, drew his cutlass and stormed out into the hall as he bellowed "ah-HA!! Avast!"

The Corporal looked out after the Supreme Naval Commander and mopped his brow and smiled at Lord Whitmann

"That sounds like good news your Lordship. Can I get you anything else?"

OOC: Hmm... Whichever has the laxest gaurd, I suppose. It dosent need to be said that MANHUNTER has reaserched the region beforehand, they're not your run-of-the-mill killers.

Juliet composed herself. She was a noble, she could not allow herself to fly off the handle like that. "Yes... I-"

Suddenly the door opened to reveal a somewhat young girl. She was clad in an expensive white dress, with rather stunning earings. She had gentle, short red hair, and was almost on par with hight of an avarage girl. Juliet immediatly bowed, but the girl smiled and waved, and Juliet strightend. "Well, Miss Seabrook, what is so important to call me from my meeting."

"Your magisty, this is an envoy from the nation of Ilek-Vaad, and they requested an audience. I thought best to inform you, m'lady."

The girl nodded. "Very good, Miss Seabrook." She turned to face the diplomats. "I am Marimeta Cicily Llamanian, House Sister to Great House Llamanian, and Princess of Neo Tyr. And you are?" She said with a smile.

---

Elsewhere in the Government Building, Hamariki Belda was watching over the ocean peacefully. A well-earned break in his day. However the silence was broken when a young officer broke in and saluted. "Sir Belda, I've delivered the orders."

Belda smiled, "The ones for blocking up the Barren Halo?"

The officer nodded. "Yes, Sir... But may I ask why?"

Belda gave a short laugh. "Tell me, do you know how the Sea of Ghosts attained it's name?"

The officer shook his head. "Not really..."

"A long time ago, most trading ships did not have maps of this region. So when they tried to enter Neo Tyr, their ships would get stuck in the Barren Halo. They couldn't move, and it was to far to swim. Lots of people lost their lives out there, and they say you can see their spirits certain nights..."

The officer realized something. "That means... you're blocking the Halo!?"

Belda nodded. "Yes, very good. I'm going to have it so their ships can't even enter Neo Tyr proper."

The officer frowned. "But then we can't get the fleet out-"

Belda waved him off. "Don't worry, I'm smarter than that. Leave the tactics to me. You are dismissed."

The officer saluted and left. Belda watched the sea. Those outlanders were in for a rough time. Even if they could muscle their way through the Net, and even if they defeted the fleet, there would be no entry into Neo Tyr. He had efficently gave an order to seal any naval vessels in, and enemies out. He smiled and wacthed the cerulean waves lap on to the floating housing out at sea. Belda left to go check the radar. He would shoot down any plane that even thought of going to Neo Tyr. He would not allow Neo Try to lose.

---

Grant Dart, who had been efficently mopeing at the fact it was goddamned hot, and going inside was letting them show that they won, and he had no goddamed cigarette in days (The stress was second only to his bitter hatred of these stupid outlanders), and it was turning him into a ticking timebomb. He heard his name and stood to this new man. "I certainly am, and I'm a noble to, don't you forget it!" For a noble, he had very few manners.

---

Haart nodded. "It is true about the Parliment, however, Great Houses and nobles have conciderable power in Neo Tyr. If enough agreed, the people would very grudgingly accept. And I know the Klatch would not impose fundmental changes, but Neo Tyrinians dislike most outland governments. The whole idea that Neo Tyr dose not have the whole say, and never will again, is such an adverse statement that not even I would accept it under the most extream of circumstances. And I am quite accepting, compared to my countrymen. I do accept that the conversations will be monetered..." Haart concluded.

---

Vassal frowned. "I see..." What would father do? He would of been able to change this... He quickly looked back up. "I think we're at around 19,925 men, and one civilian. We took few casualties, thank God..." He said, trying to remain strong.

"You can leave the Klatch once your povisional status is upgraded." She said to Haart. "We are not the United States, we do not have a Union individiable...I am most concerned with keeping your military out of other state's hair. As a Klatchian State we both get what we want. I get to keep your military out of our collective hair. You get to have a military although under my control, keep your government, and avoid having Vrak decide to force massive ecconomic costs on you...trust me, you do not want Vrakian corporations running about...unless you like inter-corporate warfare. My aide will escort you to your quarters...good day..."

She rose, along with the rest of the table, turned and walked out a side door. A young woman appeared by Haar's shoulder and escorted (with an armed guard) him back out through the anti-chamber, up a narrow winding staircase and into a small, but elegant room.

The aide pointed to a phone, "Dial nine to access the sat com system...seven to get the on duty assistant warden."

She turned and left, the solid door closing and locking behind her.

Madrid smiled weakly at the young princess as she introduced herself

"Greetings your Highness, I am Princess Madrid of the House of Arden, Heiress to the Throne of Coventry, and this is Colonel Mitchell of the second Purifiers Division.

I am very glad you are here your Highness, we need your help."

She then looked to Colonel Mitchell to bowed to Princess Marimeta and looked to her very gravely

"Your Highness, in a very short time millions of your people will die. Foreign armies that have no thought for the niceties of honourable warfare will be at your shores and they will seek to destroy your nation, enslave your people and kill you."

He pauses to let that sink in

"However, we have a plan that may very well prevent all of this. I know that you will never surrender to Vrak, or to the Klatch, so I am asking, for the sake of your people and for your own sake, to surrender to the Free Republic."

He moves and takes Princess Marimeta's hand

"This may very well be the only way to save you and your nation. It will not be easy, your government and military will have to be re-organized and while this is going on Retliatory Guard forces will be in your lands to provide security. Neo Tyr will also have to rebulid damage in the Klatch and replace equipment damaged by your forces and make reparartions for losses to businessess because of the disruption of trade.

This will not be easy, but this will be a much better alternative than invasion.

I want you to know that the Constitution of the Free Republic forbids Colonialism and Imperialism, our forces will towards restoring your nations sovreignty. I will also guarantee that I will protect you and your nation and to prevent invasion should you surrender to me.

I give you my word as an Officer and as a Knight Purifier that if you trust me and put your nation in our hands that I will do all I can for you."

"Sorry?, Corporal this is way above any future pay grade you may have but never assume the enemy is going to do what they say they are. This very well may be a trap to lure this fleet into danger....or it could be genuine. My meeting with their Lord Protector made me think that he will use every artifice known to man to maintain his own power."

He sat back, "If they do surrender, you may be enjoying having a war with the Klatch yourselves..."

"Really?" The officer seemed decidedly unimpressed that Dart was nobility, "We shot all of our nobility a few years back. It was a great day."

He gave a slightly condescending smile, "Well at the Cheka we do have a proposition for you, if you're open to reason, it would get you off this island."

He paused to check his watch, then sighed in exasperation, "I'm missing the inter-departmental cricket match, would you be interested in helping us or not? If not, we can just leave you here, who knows, this is a bit of a backwater, hopefully your file won't get lost like poor General Plank."

In Fiord Harbour

O'Booze nodded, "Mmhmm, hopefully there'll be room." he didn't sound entirely convinced, "Anyway, the formalities of the surrender have been drawn up on this form..."

O'Booze waved a sheet of paper in front of Vassal, "Basically it just says you agree to hand over your weapons and equipment in return for three square meals a day and suitable accomodation."

O'Booze handed the paper over. It looked like some kind of corporate contract, "Basically it's a template to resolve any problems with the conditions in the camp."

At this point an aide entered the room, and gave a brief salute, "We've got the Keys in Port Olympus on the line Sir, they want to speak to you."

O'Booze nodded, "Tell them I'll be right there. Dismissed."

He nodded to Vassal, "I'll let you read that over shall I? If you want anything to eat or drink, Grenadier Tikhonov can show you to the cafeteria. Once you've signed that form, we will request you to hand over any weapons you may be carrying."

O'Booze departed, leaving Vassal with the form, the Commisaar with the gun and the Grenadier, who turned out to be some young dark haired woman, an aide of some description.

Out to Sea

The Dyelli Beybian fleet had been joined by 10 enormous catamarans, larger than many of the Battleships, although quite a bit less heavily armed. These were well ships, and each held a further 60 amphibious landers of various sorts onboard, as well as several helicopters and a large battery of Cruise Missiles. They took up pposition in the centre of the monstrous formation, near the carriers and Battleships, shielded from any attack by hundreds of ASW missiles, thousands of AA missiles, and enough cannons and anti-shipping missiles to have sunk both fleets at Jutland.

100 nautical miles from Neo Tyr

Getting low on fuel, at least as far as the mission parameters were concerned, the two A-50s turned and headed back to Vrak. It was a bit unusual to think that they were able to penetrate this deep into Neo Tyr territory without setting off any alarms.

1000 nautical miles from Neo Tyr

The massive Vrakian air task force continued to bear towards Neo Tyr. They too, did not encounter any resistance yet, which trouble the more astute commanders. Either Neo Tyr was completely helpless or they were walking into a trap. Chatter was kept to a minimum as targeting information was fed to the bombers. Behind them, and trying desperately to catch up, were more long-range recon craft tasked to coordinate the first initial air assault.

Way up

High above, two Vrakian military satellites were now ordered to sweep Neo Tyr and to provide updated information to the Klatch.

OOC: I don’t know exactly how far your country is, Neo Tyr. Needless to say, this would have an enormous effect on the range of my fighters. If too far, they will either turn around or refuel. Not all of them will be able to refuel though. The bombers and long range recon should be able to reach you.

UPDATE: F.K.C. at War
By: Trisha Takenaka

Today, after an emergancy meeting of the parliment, Grand Chancellor Pavlich has announced that active military participation in this war on the part of the Terran Sphere is not going to happen. Though Terran Sphere troops enlisted into the Joint Defense Force will still be deployed, Grand Chancellor Pavlich states that, "We hope that the delegations going on between New Tyr and FKC delagates go well so that the need for troops and such senseless blood shed will not be needed." As well as the Grand Chancellors personal opinion on this, both congress and senate vote more than 75% against such action. More to come as it breaks.

“Well? What are our forces?”
“Well sir, we have the two hundred and first infantry regiment, and elements of the Tenth Royal Armoured, they’ll be ready to land at the designated target as part of Operation King of Diamonds.”
“Naval?”
“We’ve got three of our battleships, a couple of subs, and several of our large landing carriers, we still have supplies to keep our boys comfortable for a good fortnight, and of course we’ll have landed before then…”

The General picked a thread of lint from his jumper, and let it flutter into the wind.
“C’mon Bernie, I’m sure there’s a cup of tea around here somewhere…”

The comparatively small fleet had, by now, slipped in line with the main Vrakian fleet, boosting the amount of protection and firepower around them, the gleaming metal broke the waves like a hot knife through butter, the Midlonians would have nothing to do except provide some firepower to major attacks, and be responsible for Operation: King of Diamonds

35 Miles behind Ilek-Vaad Fleet

It looked like a odd string of small, almost clear set of sausages in the water. They were moving towards Neo Tyr at about 15 knots, not throwing up much of a wake...but enough to be detecitable in about a mile radius of them.

The sausages were actually several high frequency anttena keeping each of the eight Polar Bear and five [/i]Archer[/i] class subs that had been dispatched for initial survey's of Neo Tyrian waters.

The ones behind the Ilek-Vaad Fleet were attached to a Polar Bear a multi-role sub designed primarily for anti-shipping and overland target attacks. She was armed with 20 standard M-66 long range torpedo, 12 of the M-88 fast torpedos and 16 Bathos anti-ship/cruise missles that had become quite popular.

Not as Fast as the fast attack subs of the Orca class or carrying the massive guided missles that an Archer carried made them an oddity in most navies. However, she was designed primarily to attack surface targets.

Dyelli Beybi's now complete fleet set sail towards the Vrakian, all up this was going to be a fearsome armada that the FKC states had put together, they were still some 500 nautical miles behind at this stage, which at the rate they were going translated into a day. This kind of gap could prove problematic if the Vrakians decided to launch an attack, as such the Grossadmiral onboard his Flagship, the Super Heavy Battleship 'DBPS Lord Fisher' was tapping out a message to the Vrakians.

Back home the Dyelli Beybians were turning suspicious eyes on the Terran Sphere. Such open opposition was being interpreted as possibly representing some kind of large bribe having been offered. Government lawyers were busily pouring over the constitution seeking for some way to punish the Terran Sphere in the Klatchian Courts.

"Full stoooooop!"
The boats stopped vibrating and they coasted slowly to a stop.
"Drop Anchor!"
"Drop Anchoooooooor!"

The great metalic objects slammed into the cold icy waters, the small Midlonian fleet had come to a stop, the Vrakian fleet around it was taking similar measures, and soon the mighty war fleet had stopped in the great blue void.

"What's going on?" General Bernard looked slightly disgruntled.
"We've stopped 'till the Deyellians catch up sir."
The Captain handed Bernard a sheet of paper with the communicae on it.
"Bloody slowpokes!" Bernard crunched up the paper, his voice bitter.
"Sorry sir, can't exactly steam off into the Barren Ring and expect to win easily.... not without air support certainly."

"Yes, yes... Fine, all we can do is wait twenty five hours instead."
A rather annoyed looking General left the bridge.

The Vrakian fleet slowed down and finally ground to a halt. Considering the fleet size and various classes of ships, it was no easy feat. The fleet decided to take this brief respite to undergo any needed maintenance checks and tactical reports were being poured over by the Fleet Admiral aboard the King's Hammer.

====

The abandoned shack only appeared that way. In reality, it was a building that could be used by hunters and trappers and was large enough to accomodate a sizable party. Constructed out of wood and rock, it was solidly built. A fireplace and woodstove were off in one corner. Near the woodstove were some cupboards and inside some tin mugs, plates, and cutlery could be found. One drawer held some tools, a first aid kit, some fuel, emergency rations, and batteries. Ten bunk beds occupied two walls while a large wardrobe had heavy fur blankets. In the center were some rough tables and chairs. One table had a shortwave radio. There were various signs engraved in stone written in an unknown tongue that were displayed in certain areas, such as the fireplace and kitchen area. A large notice was bolted to the heavy door and some kind of sign in sheet hung below it. Clearly, this shelter was made to endure the hazardous environment it was located in.

====

The Vrakian fighters wheeled about. Neo Tyr was too far to be reached directly from the Klatch and someone was going to lose a flipper, tusk, or head for the shoddy intel. The bombers, now without escort went to plan B, which was to strike the closest Neo Tyr ships - presumably closest to the Klatchian side, and then dart back to safety. The northern bombers were being outfitted with all manner of missiles and bombs designed to wreck havoc on the military hardened shelters and general infrastructure.

Somewhere in Vrak…

Translated from Vrakian.

-Why did our fleet stop?
-We are waiting for the Dyellians. Besides, it gives us time to conduct any last minute checks.
-What is the schedule for the operation?
-Which one?
[Whispers conspiratorially] –You know. The Op-er-at-ion.
-Oh! Well, sir. We seem to be right on schedule. Well within the operation's operating parameters.
-And our equipment is operational?
-Indeed sir. We will have to see how well it operates under operational conditions though. After all, a plan often screws up once the actual battle is underway.
-Right! Did you submit our candidate of names for the…operation? And what of the names for our own Op-er-at-ion?
-Oh! Yes, sir! I did that a while ago. And the names for the other one are in the dossier. It's labelled "Operation". In big black caps I believe.
-Good! Keep me informed. You are dismissed.
_Yes, sir.

Küll: Full stop. Follow suit with the Vrakians. However, I don't want to look a second-rate navy. Pull our fleet to the right of Vrak's. Let's make this invasion look more like an invasion. While you're at it, let's make some good old fashioned, Germanian battle cries. Also, order a battlecruiser to each nation's fleet. Tell them we're sending a message.

As the closest ship to the Vrakian fleet, it was ordered that all personnel do their battle cry. As described before, it involved beating the tribal drums and blowing ox horns over loud-speakers, banging weapons against the sides of the ship, screaming and firing weapons into the air. Also, it involved waving the Germanian battle flag and various weapons like maces, axes, and swords into the air to draw attention. Basically, the Germanian battle cry was a way of saying hello and building morale of not only the Germanians, but the Dukratians, Vrakians, and Dyellians as well. It was a sign of good intentions, and that the other invading forces could rely on the Germanians in ANY SORT of situation.

Thousands of Germanian soldiers were preparing themselves for the launching of the invasion, and thousands were preparing to die honorably in battle.

Küll: Send a regular message to the Vrakian flagship. Tell them, if they can, to send Neo-Tyr a message from North Germania that says:

The Reichschancellor, civilian population, Army, Navy, and Airforce of North Germania personally has called you, Neo-Tyr, a nation of cowards and that the heads of your loved ones will rest on pikes held in the hands of barbarians parading through your streets. Blood will be spilt and we will be responsible. If you have anything to say to us, let it be said now.

Belda walked into the defense room. While the war room was the room where the leader discussed plans, the defense room was where the true action took place. Untouched by cyper attacks, giant montiers displayed info on Neo Tyr, the world, what they knew of the Klatch, and anything else worth mentioning. It was abuzz, people running to and frow with messages and opinions. Of course, all plans had to be verified with Belda before any decision was reached. Belda turned his head to see an officer run towards him "Lord Belda-"

Belda waved him off. Waveing was a sign of general disagreement in Neo Tyr. "Use 'Sir', I'm not a noble."

The officer nodded, "Right. We got Vassal to bring the AA Coast gaurd to where we think the bombers'll be." Vrak bombers had been detected a bit back, Belda was waiting for them to get in range.

Belda nodded. "Very good. The second, I mean that literally, they get in range, give 'em hell with the 'Net's AA. Hows the home gaurd?"

"Millitias are forming left and right. We've land mines on the beaches, turrents being set up, traps, we've got it pretty covered. It will be hard to land here!" The officer said, patriotic pride swelling.

Belda nodded somberly. It would still take a miracle to pull this off. "Very good. Give orders to launch the Eurofighters from Hamapuri soon, to wipe out those bombers. Keep the home gaurd going, and stay strong."

The officer nodded and ran off after getting Belda's signiture. Belda briskly paced into the chaos, looking for new plans against the oulanders...

---

The officer was more or less right on the millitas being formed. Any man worth his salt had joined SOME sort of millitia, and factoires were churning out supplies like there was no tomorow. Which was a very real senario. Fishing ships were being jury rigged into killing machines, with several illegal weapons the government was suddenly not enforcing laws on (Police men actually gave advice on how to use the banned RPG a few hours ago). Pop figures joined on national TV to get people out with guns. The resistance was huge. This would not be simple from any side...

Richard was in his office in the Neo Tyr Government Building. His declariton of a new country was a little white lie. He needed to get out of that meeting with that spoiled little girl and focused on what mattered, the war. And he had just been reading over a little message he got from some Vrak ship. It was vulgar, offenisve, and cruel. Just was he needed. He pressed a button on his desk and a screen poped out. He continued a document he was writing for some time, this message from North Germania was the icing on the cake. Richard was a professinal author, and this was too good to pass up.

And so, he wrote a letter. It was a patriotic peice, one in the future would be tought in Neo Tyrinian Lituratue in the future. It was full of the reasons to help Neo Tyr, why the Klatch was evil, a call to arms, ideals of morality and values, quotes from the rulers, and a general struggle of Good versus evil. It was a spectacular peice and called all the civilized, just nations to aid them in their time of need against cruel and boorish invaders. Richard was quite proud of it, and had it forwarded to his secretary to send it all over the world, hoping to pick up some allies in this struggle. There was no way he would allow a surender, and this CALL FOR ALLIES (OOC: hint hint) was a last ditch effort to keep that hope alive.

---

Dart scowled. He felt like he was betraing his men, but the homeland needed as much moral as it could, and any Dart retainer breaking free was VERY good news. "Fine! What do you outlanders want!" He declared, waltzing towards to boat

---

Vassal scrutinized the papers. He would be high in House Vassal someday, and legal skills were needed in the Great Houses. However, he saw no true terrible bits, and it was pretty fair. He finished it and sighed. He signed his name, and fuddled around untill he found the seal of House Vassal. He looked towards the aid. "Do you happen to have some wax, of any sort?" Seals were needed in most house affairs in Neo Tyr, and he needed some pressiable object of any sort to get this done.

---

Marimeta listend to the man's offer. "... I see..." She said after some time. She paced over to the window. The Government building was crammed full of windows. She was silent for some time. "I knew of these tides of darkness for some time. All attempts to reason with the Klatch have failed. They come in droves to kill us, yet..." She paused for a little more.

"I ask you for a little time. This is a colassal decision, and one that would change the course of history. I need a few moments..." She murmered, pondering.

Haart looked around his surroundings. It was very kind to a POW, but it was no Haart Manor. He wondered for a moment, and sat on his bed, thinking on how to deliver the news...

The aide looked completely confused, "Err wax Sir? You mean like a candle? I might be able to find some, begging your pardon, but what would you be needing it for?"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dart on the other hand was not getting the same polite treatment, in factthe Commisaar was behaving in a decidedly odd manner, "What do we want?" the agent seemed to be considering this.

"That's a very good question and one with many different answeres. What we want is a whole fliipin' great mountain of cash, preferably with a minimal amount of our product going the other way."

He watched Dart moving towards the boat, nobody made a move to stop him, "What I want to know Captain is what percentage of your overall Navy your little contingent made up."

Ships were hard to hide. If Dart lied they'd probably be able to find out the real number, for most countries, including the State of Dyelli Beybi, all it took was to look in Janes and you'd find a rough description of every ship in the Navy.

Meanwhile out to Sea the Dyelli Beybian Fleet was now within visual range. Technically it was still over the horizon, but not having a single nuclear reactor to share between the vast fleet meant they produced a huge volume of smoke. They'd probably be within sight in another hour or two.

"Bugger."
"Which could mean two things, one, they are forming militia's"
"Two?"
"They're having bloody large street parties."
"Idiot."
The map technician grinned.
"Well?"
"Well after the AA is taken out they shouldn't be much of a problem... so no serious worries, militias break and run easily, peasents against professionals? Please."

By the way, I'm not trying to be a jerk, just trying to make a good RP. :)

FURTHER OOC: The North Germanian Arms Department makes all propulsion systems and guns fire blue. i.e. if an artillery piece is fired, instead of a fire-colored explosion, it's a blue fire-colored explosion, or when a missile is fired, its propulsion system releases vibrant blue.

However, when they hit their target, they explode in a regular fire color.

IC:

Küll: Prepare the coastal batteries. Arm the missile boats. Let's literally make this look like rain made of fire. They'll know it's us when they see it.

Prepare a group of B-2's from the homeland to take out any possible AA positions. Satellite read has spotted several potential spots. Have them escorted with MiG-33s. I don't want any of those lost, understood?

Commander, this is how I want the invasion played out: Beat the hell out of the shoreline with missiles, cannons, and bombs. Once we've cleared a safe spot, send in a landing force by boat and NH-90 helicopter transport. Have the helicopters escorted by the Havocs and Apaches we have on that helicopter carrier. I want at least 350 men on that beachead within the hour assembling defenses.

Commander van Heschell: Jawohl, mein Großfeldmarshal. The B-2's and MiG-33's will be en route within the hour.

Küll: That is all, commander.

The guns aboard the battleships and battlecruisers were armed and the missile boats readied for assault. Several of the accompanying submarines prepared to launch their missiles to batter the defense positions.

The blitzkrieg was warming up, and every Germanian soldier was prepared for battle.

Out at sea the Vaadian Naval Fleet was averaging around 30kts. The Tactical Group Revenge that was already in the Klatch was closer to Neo Tyr than the rest, being now only a day away from sighting the islands.

Aboard the Emperor Ehecatl Lord Whitmann had been allowed to to join the Supreme Naval Commander in Ehecatl's Fire Control. This was a large circular room in the belly of the ship, filled with computers and terminals and the walls lined with giant plasma screens, tracking several radars at once as well as showing live video from ships and planes in the force.

The two largest plasma screens were locked on Neo Tyr and the Klatch fleet, both being watched by RASTER satellites.

The Supreme Naval Commander was speaking directly to Admiral Coyohuitl onboard the Revenge.

"Admiral, how many Marines are with your Tactical Group?"

The Admiral replied over the comm "one thousand and seventy five , Sir, with two hundred and fifty of them snipers."

Itxaad rubbed his beard " Get them ready, Special Envoy Arden may need to be evacuated , she wants out as soon as fighting starts. "

The Admiral replied again "Yes Sir, Coyohuitl out."

Itxaad sat back into his chair and smiled at Lord Hartmann "Well, well, you didn't do much to avert war, did you? Well you're lucky , at this point the Republican Council is most likely going to stay out of it and let you foreigners have a fight if you like."

He pauses and looks up at the screens

"And you've amassed quite a fleet! Nearly half the size of the Phyrric Fleet I defeated at Corcyra. Of course I caught all but one of their Battlehips at docks."

Itxaad chuckles

"Arrr, they thought that at two hundred miles out that our main guns couldn't hit them, they were wrong of course, dead wrong. Battleships, docks, depots and all went up in a litle under eight minutes. Jolly good shoot, jolly good!"

He rubbed his beard and frowned at Whitmann "Not a Naval man are you? A landlubber?"

To be honest, the Senate did little. Newly established, Josef Dorsal despised them. However, it was a move to show he was not a full dictator. He glanced down to his watch. 8:30.

10:45 PM, Idxiel Main Building.
The door creaked open, and in came the last minister, Minister of Commerce Ivan Stremsi.
"Good to see you Ivan, finally."
Ivan smiled.
"I was just doing... some paperwork."
Probably stealing more money. Josef thought. Never matter, Ivan was a critical member of the Politburo and a good friend. Now, seated on the table, was the whole Politburo. Josef Dorsal: Comrade Electorate, Nikita Brezhnelov: Foreign Minister, Vladimir Aleksandrov: Minister of Defense, and Ivan Stremsi: Minister of Commerce.
"Gentlemen. Did any of you read my situation report?"
There was a silence.
"Right. Well read 'em now."
After several minutes of reading, each Politburo member understood, from the Hogsweatian point of view, what was happening.
"So, Vladimir, your ideas please?"
Vladimir leant back in his chair.
"Well, obviously you know what i'm thinking. Deploy troops and ships aid Neo Tyr's sovereignty, while in the meantime we deploy bomb-"
Brezhnelov cut in, with a smirk.
"You mean, in the meantime we bargain for peace with the FKC?"
Vladimir held back his disappointment.
"Yes, we go for peace."
Dorsal nodded. "And you, Ivan?"
"Well, we don't do much trade with the FKC anyway... there are some nations here I haven't even heard of. It's obviously safe to say that deploying forces would end our trade with the FKC, but if we can mantain our status with Neo Tyr, maybe something will come out of it."
Vladimir raised an eyebrow.
"Like, TBD?"
"No Vlad, not like TBD. We already look like Stalinists."
Vladimir frowned.
"Well anyway, aren't we supposed to be consulting the senate?"
Josef stood up.
"The senate could not decide whether a foxes tail was green or blue! They are a bunch of misguided fools!"
"Very well then. Let's get on with it."

Dorsalgrad Ports, 11:20 PM
The Warspite class Battlecruiser gave a mighty hoot. Its steam engines were up and running, the guns swivvelling from side to side as the engineer crews tested every item. All around it, its brothers and its sisters prepared to engage, booting up their engines and awakening their crews. Admiral-Commissar John Howitz strolled up the dockside in his greatcoat, the hammer and sickle badge shining in the moonlight. He shivered as he opened the door and stepped inside the Naval Officers office. He stood up immediately, in a furious rage.
"Howitz! I knew this was you!"
Howitz gave a smug grin.
"Of course Zmelov, of course."
"What is the meaning of all this? This is my wedding anniversary!"
"Then you better go say goodbye to your wife, because your moving tommorow. Several hours, actually"
John stated very-matter of factly.
"Oh really? Where?"
"Neo Tyr. The FKC has gone too far this time."
Zmelov looked shocked.
"Of course they have, The Idxiel doesn't care about us. We don't mean anything. You and me, the crews out there, we are pawns for their rifle tally. You'll see Howitz, you'll se-"
Zmelov was cut off as Howitz raised the .357 Desert Eagle to his face.
"I can shoot you now. You forget, i'm a Commissar."
"For what? The truth? Hogsweat is supposed to be a free country, a nation of liberty and freedom. Instead, our politicians reel off statistics like numbers off a page. We only exist to-"
Howitz cocked the gun.
"Abadon Zmelov, i reserve the right to execute any political dissidents against the Dorsal regime. I will now execute this right, excuse my pun -"
"No, no no no no!"
As sadistic as it was, Howitz loved it when people begged for him.
"Very well. Now get on board your ship, Fleet Admiral."

-=|Dukratus: M.W.D. General Givek’s Office|=-

Krell Givek slowly opened his eyes as his office door hissed opened, a young female officer stepping in. She wore the standard black with red trim uniform of the Dukratus Intelligence Corp, a rather large bundle of folders and data chips held in her clawed hand. He couldn’t help but let out a growling sigh at the unwelcome sight.

The woman snapped to attention, making a valiant effort to salute. “Lord Givek Sirrah! I’ve got some intelligence for you, sirrah!”

A dismissive wave of his hand was returned. “What is it…” a half-caring glance was given to the woman “… Private Gecasa…”

“Lieutenant sirrah! Lieutenant Hinalat Jinykatisa-raan sirrah! And may I add that is a privilege and honor to meet you General Givek-san, High Warlor…” he concentrated on emphasizing the look of disinterest on his face.

“… Ahem, well, our TIO Sat array has intercepted a message inbound to Neo Tyr from some nation called Hogsweat. They are apparently sending military aid to stop destroy the oppressive Klatch forces from taking Neo Tyr.”

The old general cursed lightly in harsh Dukratian tongue, a clawed hand rising to rub his temples. “Do those trakthra know that Neo Tyr launched aggressive actions against a Klatch nation first!… Never mind, never mind, it doesn’t matter. Thank you lieutenant…”

“Sirrah!” The woman put the stack of folders on an open corner of the generals desk, saluting crisply only to be dismissed with another nonchalant wave of the hand. The old dukratian stared at the pile of folders for a while hoping that they would somehow disappear. With a sigh, he finally gave up, a hand grabbed the data disk, pushing them into several open slots on his desk, the data began to pour over the screens that surrounded him. A clawed hand tapped out several commands on his keyboard, opening an encrypted message channel to the dukratian fleet.

Admiral Vaal Tadmakra-mar threw back a tumbler brandy, a content sigh escaping him as a chime sounded from his war computer. He pushed open the laptop display, a few keystrokes bringing up the decrypt and Authenticode program that quickly worked on the incoming message. Blood red eyes slowly red the authenticated message, that normal dukratian frown growing a little. The admiral gently pushed on the bridge comm. button next to his computer.

+“Yes Admiral”+ the voice squalled through the comm.

“Yes, send out comm. orders to all Dukratus subs that there is a potential hostile contact in-route. Have hunter group one begin patrols, lock and track any vessels that approach our vicinity that isn’t broadcasting friendly IFF. As well, inform the other FKC vessels in the area.”

Dorsalgrad Port, 3:30 PM

The Commerce Administrator adjusted his glasses, looking dead into the eyes of John Howitz.
"You want me to close down all incoming vessels along the River Hog?"
Howitz nodded.
"Yes. Until all these ships are out, at least."
The Administrator blinked blankly.
"Say that again. Clearly."
"I. Want. Every. Civilian. Ship. Out. Of. Dorsalgrad. Harbour."
The Administrator laughed.
"No, you don't understand. Thats nearly impossible."
Howitz glared at the Administrator.
"Then I'll do it."
Howitz leant over and picked up the phone from the Administrators office, sneakily adjusting his greatcoat so that the Commerce Administrator could see his hidden pistol. Howitz was rewarded with a gulp. On the other end, the Chief Watchman picked up.
"Vestryiov here."
"I am Admiral-Commissar John Howitz. You need to stop all traffic into the Dorsalgrad Port and boot out all civvies. Now."
The reply was fierce.
"Are you bloody crazy?"
"Scared of a little hard work Vestryiov? Get on with it, or i'll come down there."
Vestryiov's tune changed.
"Yessir."

Quarter of an hour later, the phone rang again. Howitz picked up impatiently, to be met with the news that the civilian craft were leaving and the watch battlegroup was halting access to the River Hog. Bidding the Commerce Administrator farewell, John left the port to see at least fourty of his grand naval group awaiting him. At 4 in the morning, thousands of civilians had turned up on the docks waving their sons, husbands, and fathers goodbye. Howitz stepped up the gangplank, thousands of claps and roars and waving of flags. As he stepped up, Main Fleet Admiral Perry Fulansky was waiting for them. In turn, they saluted each other, and shook hands. Slowly, the fleet began to set sail... It would be days before they reached Neo-Tyr, but they'd have to hurry.

Three Hours Later, War Room of PNV Dorsal
"Fleet Admiral Fulansky, do you have any of those scans yet?"
"No, Comrade Howitz. The are still yet to come in."
"They're getting them from satellites, now." Zmelov announced.
The three commanders slaved over the table, a rough map of Neo-Tyr, drawing on lines and plotting courses. The door crashed open, a First Ensign plummeting through.
"Comrades, I have the scans."
"Then lets see them, damnit!"
The Ensign scattered them on the table, the mouths of the three commanders open wide.
"Holy.."
Howitz moved them aside to get a better look - Satellite imagery showed scores of Klatchian ships converging on a single point - Neo Tyr.
"My god. What are we going to do?" Zmelov started to panic.
"We can't possible fight that many ships"
"Well what did you expect? A paddleboat and two rubber ducks? Idiot."
Howitz slammed his fist on the table.
"Listen, listen. Of course we can't fight them. You think they sent us out to win? You think they expected us to return.?"
The two Admirals looked at the table.
"Look at me. Look into my eyes comrades."
They both looked up, and Howitz could see it in their eyes. He had seen it before, and it was fear.
"No. Our government sent us here to fight, but not to win. Look out the window comrades, look."
They looked out, as the carrier Marx set off its planes.
"Those men out there expect to win. They expect to return home to their happy children and their smiling wives. It won't happen. Most of them will die, or be captured by the Klatchians. They will meet their grave in the seas. But there's one thing we can do. We can fight back. We can hit them, and hit them hard. Buy our boys on the ground some time."
Fulansky nodded.
"Then let's do it."
Zmelov too nodded.
"For Hogsweat."
"For Hogsweat."
"For Hogsweat."
The three men shook hands.

Somewhere in Vrak...

Translated from Vrakian.

-It appears that Neo Tyr has called in allies. We got this from our fleet via the Dukratians.
-Oh? Who?
-A nation called Hogsweat. We don't little about them.
-It does not matter. The Klatch has several powerful allies as well, but I really doubt they would be needed. Consider our navy. Alcona & Hubris, Dyelli Beybi, Dukratus, Midlonia, North Germania, and ourselves. And I daresay that not all of them have even committed even perhaps even a third of their strength and it is impressive.
-Shall I send a message?
-Indeed. As well, the North Germanians wanted us to pass along a message to Neo Tyr. I must say, if the North Germanian appetite for blood is not sated, they would be very unhappy.

The Barren Halo was abuzz with activity. Every major corperation had been busy making defense and it showed. The once lifeless land was covered in bases, bunkers being built, cannons being raised, mines being deployed- it was amazing for Neo Tyr. Even the Blue Song Corperation had sent out new prototype "Balad Cannons", the massive guns marvelously standing from the ocean. The cannons were rather new, and had a huge range. The massive Blue Song corperation knew if Neo Tyr went down, they we're taking Blue Song with them...

Neo Tyr's weapons were ready for a fight, and all the while, a storm was heading towards the archipelago quite swiftly...

"Submariner actually, So I'm used to recycled air and having at least 20 meters of water between me and my enemies. And let's be honest, peace without any virtue of security is just a paper bag full of mouse sh*t"

"Why aren't our planes in the air?"

"Sir, red phone from JDF headquarters. They want you to scramble three wings of B-1s armed to interdict the Hogsweat fleet before they become a factor."

"Damn, alright give me a straitline course, and arm wings 232, 121, and 113 with standard anti-ship missles....did JDF indicate any targets>"

"Yes, sir...primary targets are the enemy flat tops, secondary are these ship types here..."

The image of a Hogsweat missle cruiser (Kirov Class) popped up on the screen.

Princess Arden watched as Princess Marimeta's incredibly short attention span snapped her in yet another direction, she looked over at Colonel Mitchell.

The Colonel grinned back at her "Race you to the transport?"

Madrid couldn't help but laugh. She then turned to Ms. Seabrook.

"Well, I'm sorry we couldn't help. We thank you for your hospitality and hope that things work out, well, better than they appear to be going now."

With that the Vaadians headed back to their Marathon Transports and headed out to meet their Naval assets.

Aboard the Emperor Ehecatl-

Supreme Naval Commander Itxaad roared with laughter at Whitmann.

"Very amusing. Very amusing indeed. Submariner eh? I never did like stale air. It's equally amusing that you think that the enemy let me get that close to them?

Anyhow, that's neither here nor there. I don't intend to sink your fleet. Let them have Neo-Tyr."

He paused as a Leftenant turned to him "Sir, It's Special Envoy Arden."

Itxaad nodded as the Leftenant put her on speaker "Go ahead Arden!" he demanded gruffly

"Halt your ships Commander, I am leaving Neo-Tyr now. They don't have the capacity to negotiate, or accept peace. I'll be there in a bit, Arden out."

Itxaad stood and bellowed "FULL STOP YOU SCURVY DOGS!" he then turned and winked at Whitmann "Well, you get what you want. Have at them!"

The Vaadian fleet stopped dead in it's tracks and fanned out defensively.

In the headquarters of New Shiron's Space Command at Mount Thunder, two Generals and an Admiral watched a televison screen where images from a KH12 orbiting over Neo Tyr recorded the beginning of the action.

"Geez, what are looking at, something like a couple of thousand ships all total?" General Martin, a young Royal Guard Brigadier asked.

"At least that, and that is just is what is in the immediate field of view." Lieutenant General Anderson, a tall and still attractive older woman replied.

Admiral Morrison, commander of all New Shiron forces just shook his head. He didn't really understand what Hogsweat was going to hope to achieve, other than perhaps some time, but he motioned a technician to forward the feed to another transmitter, where after bouncing off a couple of satellites it would find its way to Neo Tyr. It wasn't much help, but maybe they at least would see what they were facing.

"Scarlet Leader to all scarlet units, what can you see?"
The 9 Yak 141's cruised at speed, their scouting mission being ahead of the main fleet composition.
"Scarlet Two, I see nothing."
"Scarlet Three, Nothing"
"Scarlet Four, Nothing"
"Scarlet Five, Nothing on visual, radars clear"
"Scarlet Six, We're empty"
"Scarlet Seven, thats a nogo"
"Scarlet Eight, negative"
"Scarlet Nine, Nothing"
Scarlet Leader sighed. All this waiting. But, in the end, their fleet would be victorious. They would crush the fascist Klatchians and remove the filth from this world.
"Copy to all Scarlets, lets go"
The Yak 141 Formation took a sharp turn and headed straight back to the carrier Engels.
As they turned, there was a crackle from the main fleet.
"Scarlet Squadron, we are under attack, repeat, under attack"
=====
A missile screamed down and smacked into the superstructure of Manifesto, turning a once tranquil scene into raging flames. Another came down, hitting it hard and ripping out a weapon installation. Two more, screeching into the decks and generally causing mayhem. By this time, Engels had launched its other Yak141 squadron, Red Squadron, up in the air to intercept the targets. They screamed into action, bringing their cannon and missiles to bear before the targets were achieved. It was too late, however. The Manifesto was crippled and would have to be left behind.
[OOC: By the way, i'm not letting you get away wit that. The Yak's will pursue you.]
The squadron spread out, searched adeptly for what had launched the target.
"Still no visual, lets keep trying" Red Leader spoke into his mic. He banked hard left as a plane flew straight past him.
"ENEMY UNITS, ENGAGE, ENGAGE!"
"Jesus, calm down. Its only us" The words of Scarlet Four came through the commnetwork.
"Damn" Red Leader sighed. "Let's keep searching"
They ploughed through the skies mercilessely.
======
"It was to be expected, of course."
Zmelov and Fulansky nodded.
"We'll have to leave the Manifesto behind."
Fulansky added.
"Of course."
There was a crackle, and Howitz picked up his comm-unit.
"This is Red Squadron to Commissar Howitz, we have enemy units on visual, and are engaging, repeat, engaging."
=====
"Skipper, I have one on visual! Looks like A B2. They're running"
Scarlet Eight pulled hard on the throttle, and his plane accelerated to maximum speed, the two squadrons converging on his position. His hand met with the trigger, and a line of fire from his cannon streamed towards the plane as the two missiles were locked and engaged..
Dyelli Beybi

Dart scoffed, "Mine! It was one carrier, not much at all! Or do you mean Haart's little fleet? Pretty small. We're an island, we tend to have big fleet. I'd venture 'bout 5%, maybe... Might not be that big..." Dart said. He was going to fulfil the requirements with as little detail as possible...

---

"Um, no, to press this seal." Vassal said, showing a small bronze object to the gaurd, "I need to have the seal of House Vassal on this document, Tyrinian red tape, if you will. And I need some wax, or any pressible item for that matter..." He said, rubbing his head.

"Do you like Money Mr Dart? Here in Dyelli Beybi we love money." the Agent asked suddenly, "What about power?"

He gave a slight smile, "If you'll take both you'll also get your freedom."

There was without a doubt one small catch. There was always one small catch. With a Dyelli Beybian this probably wouldn't be a huge problem. Dyelli Beybians loved money.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Go and fetch a candle, there's a good girl." the voice came from behind Vassal, it was female and it was quite familiar.

"Yes Commisaar." the aide saluted and departed.

It was Dashwood, this time in full Cheka uniform, "Now." she announced, sitting down on the table Vassal had been writing on, "I'm going to cut a deal with you, it's approved by the Cheka, but if O'Booze heard wind of it he might very well cut my head off."

"Have you heard we're at war now, Klatch and Neo Tyr? This isn't what the Cheka wanted, unfortunately the politicians were too angry about this little invasion for us to cool them off. Either way there's going to be a lot of needless killing, this is what I propose..."

She leaned forward, whispering very close to his ear, "You're going to sign this nice piece of paper, then I'm going to arrange for you, and only you to go escape and go home. The condition is you take one of our agents back with you, we're not asking you to sneak anyone in, we're asking you to get the Cheka an audience with your Princess. I want to make this clear though, in this we're going behind the backs of our National Government and even the majority of State Government."

-=| DINAS Ragnak Maar: Water outside Barren Halo – Neo Tyr |=-

Admiral Vaal Tadmakra stormed onto the bridge as a low toned alert resounded throughout the submarine. An adjustment was made to his uniform as he sat down in the command seat.

He quietly plugged in his headset into the data jack of his seat. “Operations, report!”

“Sir, JDF Headquarters has just issued the order to commence the operation!”

“Which operation…” the admiral tapped a few commands out on his keyboard, tactical plate screens slid down about his head, coming to life with tactical data.

The operations officer fidgeted a bit, his voice timid “Operation operation sir…”

“What operation was that, come on boy you must know the name!”

“That is the name sir…”

A sigh escaped the admiral “…blasted JDF and their naming scheme… why not just call it operation bomb the crap out of the Neo Tyrians…” He quietly looked over the data that now flooded the screens about him.

“Alright, send out orders to all JDF strategic and tactical attack submarines to begin bombardment of coastal SAM sites and other such missile sites as secondary objectives with standard cruise missiles. Have them uplink to the TIO Sat array for targeting data. Destruction of the SAM sites is top priority.

Have our Fury and Wrath class submarines help out attacking SAM sites, but they are also to target other military assets of interest: coastal bases, military docks, those big guns they’re emplacing, etc. I want our launches to come in waves, let these trakthra know fear and the folly of their insolence by the rain of fire! For the glory of Dukratus!”

The operations officer snapped a sharp salute, “Sir!” The rest of the bridge personal joined in on a unified “For the glory of Dukratus!”

Coastal Waters – Neo Tyr

The calm of the early dusk was suddenly broken as the first few cruise missiles broke the surface of the choppy waters just outside the Barren Halo, their motors firing, accelerating the warheads towards targeted coastal SAM sites.

From four different locations around the Barren Halo, a large disturbance of the ocean surface would occur just before a ten missile volley would erupt from the water, their motors igniting in brilliant unison to carry the groups of multi-warhead missile towards the coast with intent to destroy military docks, military bases, and SAM sites with extreme prejudice.

IC:

Whoooop! Whooop! Whooop!

The giant sirens began to blare throughout the nation. Every city, town, hamlet was alerted. Some people didn’t believe that this was happening. Then, all radio and television programs were abruptly cancelled. In place, the Royal seal of the King of Vrak followed by the seal of government appeared, along with a text message which was accompanied by an stern voice.

“Citizens of Vrak! The FKC is at war with the nation of Neo Tyr. The following restrictions are now in effect.

Only necessary traffic will be authorized.
Curfew is now in effect. All citizens must stay indoors after 9 pm. Inter-Vrak and Inter-Klatch travel is now prohibited.
All business, unless on the Production #4 directive will close promptly at 5pm.
All citizens must carry their ID card. Expect random checks.
Necessary services will still remain in effect.
Failure to heed these restrictions will result in fines and/or imprisonment”

The message fades.

Soon, large numbers of police and reserve forces have been deployed and sensitive areas, such as oil refineries, manufacturing plants, etc… men and women could be seen building machine gun nests and actively patrolling the perimeters. On the streets, police are now out in force and random roadblocks have been thrown up to inspect vehicles and their drivers. Airports, ports, and other points of entry now have increased vigilance. Jump city still had regular space traffic but the perimeter around Jump City Zero had increased dramatically. As well, Vrak’s allies associated with that endeavor had been informed of the measures. Vrak had always been a paranoid state, but this level was unprecedented. Not since the Dozle war were these draconian measures enacted.

====

The Vrakian Military High Command also got the message from the JDF.

-It begins.

Meanwhile, the flipper group that had transtered to the Southern HORDE air district had the last of their missiles loaded and headed towards Neo Tyr. Escort cover would have to be covered by the Vrakian flat tops which were far closer. They would be aiming for enemy SAM sites and runways.

The six hunter killer submarine fleets, while behind the Dukratians quickly began to close the distance. The six cruise missile submarines increased to their maximum speed of 32 knots. They would have to get within 300 nautical miles, preferably closer, to launch their missiles. Meanwhile, the six Typhoons hung back with the majority of the attack subs. A message was send to the lead Dukratian sub along with IFF codes.

Commander Eschell: Sir, it is time.

Küll: Very well. The Hogsweat fleet has been located. JDF has launched bombers against them. They're likely to retaliate with air power. Let's see how they like 45 MiL-1's coming at them. Radio airbase B.903.L.T.V.55 in Veisser. Order a bombing strike against the Hogsweat fleet in follow-up with the JDF movement. B-1's armed with anti-ship missiles only, Commander. I want this to be fast, silent, and deadly. Have them escorted by 10 F-22's and 14 MiG-33's.

We're close enough to the Neo-Tyr shoreline. Satellite imagery is in. Begin coastal bombardment. Use the tactical submarines. Aim only at S.A.M. sites and bunkers. Order all cruise missiles to fire at same said targets.

Commander, I want those MiL-1's in the air within 15 minutes. I want them to search the sky and bring down every single Hogsweat plane they see.

Commander Eschell:Jawohl!

The MiL-1's began to lift off the aircraft carriers towards the Hogsweat fleet. A total of 45 jets flying at high altitude; their sole purpose: to destroy any enemy planes and defend the JDF bombers.

The B-1's, F-22's, and MiG-33's lifted off from the airbase in North Germania to intercept the Hogsweat fleet.

The submarines activated their underwater-to-surface missiles and fired towards the Neo-Tyr defenses.

Cruise missiles lifted off the vessels of the North Germanian fleets, headed towards Neo-Tyr defenses.

The strike had begun.

When announced in North Germania, citizens took to the streets and paraded, firing guns into the air and celebrating. A second fleet, comprised entirely of an invasion force was being prepared to follow the bombardment of Neo-Tyr.

The soldiers onboard the ships were in a total frenzy and spilling blood was the only thing on their mind at this point. War was finally here for them.

Veisser, North Germania...

Reichschancellor Einheit: General, commence the preparations for an invasion of Hogsweat following Neo-Tyr. They will not attack the Klatch and assume they can walk back home and remain safe. The 4th and 9th Armed Korps have departed to invade Neo-Tyr.

I want the 5th, 7th, and 12th Armed Korps ready for Hogsweat. Of course, this attack will not be launched for some time. However, I want them preparing. Hogsweat seems to be a harder nut to crack, and we may not have the support of the Klatch in an invasion. That is all, general.

"Copy that Leader.. I have them on radar now. Prepping missiles."

In the seas outside of Neo-Tyr, a bombardment of cruise missiles and missiles from tactical submarines had been hammering the Neo-Tyr coast for over an hour. The bombardment would continue until Command felt it safe enough to land a ground force.

All battleships and missile boats had been ordered to begin firing against the coast within the hour. Soon, once all anti-aircraft sites had been taken out, bombing runs would commence.

The Panzerkorps would be the first in, once the ground invasion was launched.

North Germania's attack was not going exactly as planed. Yes, Neo Tyr was taking losses, but they were not as high as expected. The Artimis Systems Net was able to counter several missles useing the SPRINT Missile System. SPRINT missiles are desined with one goal in mind: Speed. Any and all unneccicary parts of these small missles was scraped, making very inacurate and have a depressingly low explosion. However, these missiles were made in mass, and launched repectivly. Neo Tyr used her mine's tiny propellers to carry them slowly, yet surely, foreward, and her own cruise missles shot at any enemy ship above the water. At Hamapuri airforce base, two squaderons of Strike Eagles took off the aid Hogsweat. Besides the Relient, every ship in the navy and plane in the airforce was at home, ready to put down their lives for the homeland...

Juliet's rage was second only to her unyeilding sorrow. "Fine." She said, trying to keep her voice in check to the 'diplomats', "If you want to damn two billion so quickly, I have no right to stop you... Have a good time sleeping tonight." She said, bitter sarcasam dripping from her tounge.

---

Dart furrowed his brow, "What are you getting at?" He asked the new man, his eyebrow rasing.

---

Haart picked up his phone, and diled the number to his ancestrial household. It was picked up after two rings. "Haart Manor, how may I help you?"

"Shilva?" Haart said.

"M'lord Haart?! Oh, my lord, we thought you dead, your wife-"

"Not now, Shilva," Haart said in a serious tone, "I need you to get me on with Henry Dart, now."

"I-I can't do that, M'lord-"

"What do you mean you can't!?"

"M'lord," The slave responded, "Henry's off to some forign country, Yevon of Spiral, or something of that. We can't get to him. These odd attacks on our technology makes it impossible to get him number!"

Haart hung up the phone in rage. Time was of the essence. But every other call was a failure. Hemlock could not pick up. Trisken refused outright, with too many resourses put into this to pull out now. Kajar, noticing that Haart had no backing, polietly refused. Haart could not belive it. It was over. His chance to save his home, gone...

Vassal quickly listened to Dashwood's offer. Although he was surprized to see she was so... decorated, he stayed formal thorughout the affair. He gave the paper a cursory glance, and nodded. "I see..." He said, quickly signing his name. "I'm a noble, I can gain an audience..." he muttered.

He pulled angrily on the throttle, and dived straight down on top of an enemy plane, raking it with cannon fire while his teammates struggled to hold off the overwhelming enemy force.

"This is Lozit to Main Fleet, we are engaging, repeat engaging! Need assistance!"

In response, The Castro, Beria, Marx released their remaining Yak 141's and 24 Su-33's in an attempt to reinforce the raging dogfight.

OOC: Hogsweat, how many ships you have enroute? Fpr all the latest comers. the OOC thread for this little party is here:

http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=361718

IC:

Somewhere in Vrak...

Translated from Vrakian.

-These Hogsweat people are becoming a nuisance.
-Indeed. Reroute the bombers enroute to Neo Try and have them engage the Hogsweat ships. They are carrying anti-ship missiles. Inform the Fleet Admiral and have him provide air cover. Let the North Germanians know that we will assist them in the swift destruction of those meddlesome Hogsweatians. Hogsweatians. They sound like a nation of blokk pakrahs.
-Right away, High Admiral.

====

The 288 Tu-160 bombers that were going to engage Neo Tyr shipping were diverted. Their new target - the Hogsweat ships. They took care to stay out of range of the Neo Tyr AA defenses. They would have to complete the mission quickly. A message was sent to a fleet of tankers from the FKC, which were duly launched.

We have enroute a sufficient number of long-range bombers that will deal a crushing blow to the Hogsweat thorn. As well, we shall launch a sufficient number of ships to provide air cover. We shall divert one projection fleet to aide in your efforts.

Victory belongs to the Klatch!

====

Throughout the entire Vrakian fleet, AA defenses lit up and began to pummel any and all Hogsweat craft that dared venture too close. They were also looking for any Neo Tyr aircraft - which would be of primary concern. A total of 16 surface warships began to slowly turn towards the Hogsweat position. An Aerius-class aircraft carrier began to disgorge her 104 fighters while five attack subs also began to bear down. The single Hamas-class battleship activated the WOTAN cruise missile boxes. Nearby, a Kirov cruise launched a Cyclops UAV to gather more intel about the Hogsweat ships.

Still, it was decided that Hogsweat was merely an irritant at this stage. It remained to be seen if Hogsweat would become more...troublesome...which might force the FKC and her numerous allies to make yet another...example.

OOC: 39. I'll get you a link
The Hogsweatian ships kept their course to Neo Tyr- an estimated further two days before they would make contact. Or so they thought.

------------

The paratrooper planes entered Neo Tyr waters, steaming over the barren halo and into inner Neo-Tyr like a flock of migrating birds. Or eagles, more appropriately.

OOC: Sorry for this post. I've spent all my literature points for today. Bloody english assignment....

Kapitän van Heimler watched as his comrade's MiL-1 was shredded in half by cannon fire from a Yak. In an act of rage, he aimed his jet at the plane and increased to maximum speed, igniting his cannons and firing off two more missiles.

The Germanian jet pilots were in a rage, and it was showing. Missiles were flying from every direction and blue tracers from the jet cannon fire lit up the sky. Some Yak's were utterly destroyed, some had just lost pieces and were falling straight down.

van Heimler watched more of his comrades die in the air. He radioed to the Germanian bombers to call for assistance from the MiG-33's and F-22's supporting them.

Soon, 24 more Germanian jets would be in the area to secure the battle. And not the regular aircraft carrier-based jets; the most modern and best fighters in the world.

I thank you deeply for your support. We are having a major air battle with Hogsweatian jets as I type this to you. Be cautious, as there are many enemy jets in the battle. You should bring an escort, for your bombers safety.

Victory belongs to the Klatch!
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Onboard the K.M.B. Todeskopf, an alarm went off detecting missiles headed towards the ship...

Küll: SCHEISSE!!!

As soon as he could say it, however, the miniguns lit up, sending a wall of depleted uranium at the incoming cruise missiles from Neo-Tyr. The ship managed to sustain no damage. However, Küll knew further strikes would be at hand.

As he relaxed back in his seat, watching the cruise missiles explode before they hit his ship, he spoke...

Küll: Arm the S.A.M. batteries on all ships in the fleet. Put every AA gun on highest alert. Have half the radars dedicated to searching for missiles, the other half for planes. Request search and destroy jets from the mainland. Have them on 24-hour air refueling schedules. Make them MiG-33's. Have them hunt down any stealth plane or bomber our radars can't pick up. The bombers should be hitting the Neo-Tyr coast within a half an hour. Ready the Executioners. No one has seen those since the war with Dozle. That is all, Commander.

As soon as he finished speaking, the alarms went off again, and again the miniguns lit up, deflecting the missile strikes.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Losses thus far from the air battle: 7 MiL-1's destroyed, 2 damaged. 36 remaining.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

OOC, FYI: The Executioners are battle droids developed when the Klatch was invaded by a planet of machines. They look identical to the robots from Terminator, but no laser guns. On each arm they have miniguns, small tracking-rocket launchers, or T.O.W. missile launchers. They're immune to all small arms fire, as they have 7" of depleted uranium armor on their bodies.

Only T.O.W.'s, artillery shells, tank shells, etc. can easily destroy them. However, they run by battery, and the battery life is only 4 days.

But of course, no one knows the details. Only 1% of the military knows of their existence, much less their weaknesses. However, there are rumors of them that float around.

And you don't know about them either. In fact, the only other nations that do I believe are Vrak and MAYBE Dyelli Beybi and Alcona & Hubris.

Lozit pulled his Yak to the side, dodging the tracer fire and the missiles. For the moment, he felt glory. He had evaded some of the most advanced weapon systems in the world! However, his glory faded when he saw Scarlet Two, his wingplane, disappear off the radar in a fiery ball. He bit his lip as he ascended, followed by the elusive enemy plane.

"WE NEED THAT SUPPORT, NOW!"

Lozit gulped as his radar showed only two more allied dots left. Around 30 of the enemy were left floating around. He looked up to the sky.

"So. This is where I meet my maker."

Lozit brought his plane down and to the side. He had been careless though, and an enemy plane came into view, tearing through the air straight after him. He closed his eyes for the inevitable explosion. There was none. There was however, a whooping through the commnetwork. Lozit glanced down to his dashboard, and a grin appeared on his face as he saw the 50 odd yellow dots streaming onto his radar.

"The cavalry has arrived!"

The regiment of Su 33's bore down onto the Germanian planes, cannon and missile roaring.

"Thank god you arrived. They were knocking us out of the sky like flies"

"No problem, Scarlet Leader. Die Nirgwekalbs!"

"Die Nirgwekalbs" Lozit replied, before returning to his aircraft carrier with Scarlet Five. Seven planes down in one mission he reflected. How would he ever forgive himself?

Dart furrowed his brow, "What are you getting at?" He asked the new man, his eyebrow rasing.

---

Vassal quickly listened to Dashwood's offer. Although he was surprized to see she was so... decorated, he stayed formal thorughout the affair. He gave the paper a cursory glance, and nodded. "I see..." He said, quickly signing his name. "I'm a noble, I can gain an audience..." he muttered.

"Well we'll just have to see won't we." the Agent still wasn't giving anything away to Dart.

Sudenly he frowned, "Hang on a minute..."

And without a second word to Dart he'd dashed off towards the other side of the campWhat he had left though was the small boat he'd arrived on, it's engine still puring, completely unguarded and accessible. For a country that seemd so tight on security this seemed completely incredible...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dashwood raised an eyebrow, "So shall I take this as a yes?"

"I mean if you don't want to you don't have to. I came to you first because I'm the one going on this funny little mission, and well..." she gave him a shy smile, out of keeping with her usual confidence, "To be honest, I trust you Commander, and hopefully by now you trust me enough to know I'm not trying to pull one over you."

White's informant was still at large, and undoubtedly watching her. Taking on this mission would convince it that she didn't know. That way she could expose it when she returned...

The aide returned right at that moment. She looked somewhat surprised to see the Commisaar perched on the side of Vassal's table (or more correctly museum display case), but wisely decided not to say anything, "You wanted a candle?"

"Give it to me." Dashwood snapped.

The aide hurried over and gave her the candle, "Matches as well Commisaar."

"Good good, dismissied Grenadier."

The aide hesitated for a moment, she wasn't supposed to leave at this point, but it was usually highly unwise to go against a Commisaar's orders. Dashwood lit the candle as she waited until the door had closed behind the aide a second time, "I must say this whole sealing business is very old fashioned...so what do you say Commander?"

A blob of wax dropped down onto the page.

At Sea the Fleet was aware that Battle was likely to be talking place soon. The decks were cleared for action. All electronic systems were engaged. The Dyelli Beybian fleet Commanders loved electronic jamming devices. Every ship was fitted with a long list of devices that boiled down to a general description of 'heavy ECM suite', while the little 'Skua' and her class of escorts were fitted with the UAA1- Abbey Hill system as well as several other interesting little extras, which not only made them hard to detect on radar, but meant that anything working on the wrong wavelength that got too close to the little craft ran a very real risk of having her electronics fried.

In the Hogsweat-North Germania dogfight...

Kapitän van Heimler: Damnit! Break into attack formation 12.A.U.N.

He fired off 4 heat-seeking missiles at an enemy jet.

The 30 jets raised to maximum ceiling height and speed and began a retreat to their aircraft carrier. They dodged missiles and cannon fire on their way back until their strategy took effect.

24 MiG-33's and F-22's flew underneath them and unloaded a wall of missiles and cannon fire at the enemy jets. Explosions of enemy planes lit the sky.

The MiL-1's reversed their course and opened fire on their enemies once again.

However, another 4 MiL-1's were lost in the retreat and reversal attack.

Total losses: 11 destroyed, 5 damaged and in retreat to the carrier.

The bombardment of Neo-Tyr had been increased, but Küll was still displeased at the lack of enemy destruction. However, not long after those thoughts, 30 B-1 stealth bombers flew over the section of land designated to be the point of invasion...

As they dropped their bombs, the thudding of the explosions could be heard on the Germanian flagship, and the ships around it.

It continued for several minutes until 4 huge, blinding explosions lit up the night sky. The last 4 bombers were B-52's, and had dropped M.O.A.B.'s on enemy targets and cleared hundreds of yards of enemy territory. It was uncertain if any bombers had been lost in the strike, but it was clear its design and plan had been carried out with maximum success.

Küll: The landing of troops should begin within hours, Commander Eschell. Prepare the helicopter carrier. I want all transports to begin dropping off the ESPK (special ops) onto the shores of Neo-Tyr. Instruct the engineers to begin fortifications out of the bomb craters. Establish a position on the beach so the 4th and 9th Armed Korps can begin the blitzkrieg. Lead the assault yourself, Commander. Forward a message to Vrak, A&H, Dyelli Beybi, Hirgizstan, and Dukratus. Have it read the following:
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Attention: An opening on the Neo-Tyr beachead is open. Germanian troops will be landing within a few hours. I urge you to prepare a strike in the same spot.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

That is all.

Commander Eschell: Jawohl!

A small transport helicopter flew him to the helicopter carrier, where he was dropped off. The troops were ready and the helicopters were being prepared. Soon, the real battle would begin...

North Germina had played into Belda's hand. The bombers were quickly intercepted by Frederic Vassal's coast gaurd with several AA weapons positioned right behind the Halo. The stealth coating did nothing to stop the silloette of the planes against the stormy green clouds, nor the bombs they ushered out. The Halo was able to send out enough Cruise Missles to make some difference in the battle, and 48 Strike Eagles flew in from Neo Tyr and were on a direct course to the Klatch's fleet, to deliver their payload to the ships. Any masons would be depressed to find the peaty, soft soil of the Barren Halo made any short-work building effort more difficult than neccicary at best, and unbareable at worst. The mines ignored by the battle made an unnoticed shield of death to sea landers, and the coast gaurd would hammer any planes and paratroopers. It was not as good as Belda expected, but he could work around that. Besides, they made one hole in a huge plan. Hamariki Belda would kill them all.

---

In the POW camp, a the young bridge officer smiled and started to make his way to the puttery craft, but Dart's arm stoped him. "Cap'n Dart!? Why-"

"Shut up kid, and go back inside," Dart snaraled. As a noble, he needed to make some kind of example. And besides, if he tried to make it out on... that he had little chanse to meet up with even the Reliant. No, it was safer to stay here and rot then take that out.

---

Vassal listend slowly and nodded. "I understand, Commisar." He said in a formal tone, "It sounds acceptable." He picked up the small mass with the seal of House Vassal on it.

He gave a weak smile. "I can't belive they're threatining the homeland..." He said, pressing the copper mass in the wax, leaving a very ornate coat of arms and ribbons with old slogans on them. He nodded. "... Thank you..." He said afterwards.

The six typhoons breached the surface momentarily. They had to release a special corps of warriors that specialized in mine sweeping and other activities.

Soon, one...two...and soon about 30 walruses bobbed to the surface. It was believed that Neo Tyr would be so engaged with surfaced vessels that a few marine animals should escape unnoticed.

====

Now, with the Neo Tyr aircraft detected, the carriers began to disgorge their own Yak 141 interceptors. The AA systems scoured the skies while the cruise missile submarines let loose their shipwrecks at costal targets. They would have to draw closer to fire the Yahkonts. The five Hamas-class battleships began to target the coast and readied the WOTAN cruise missiles. The landing craft were getting prepped but certainly could not all land at once. It would be in waves.

Finally, the Vrakian Tu-160 bombers drew closer to the Hogsweat naval force.

PM offers to broker cease fire in Dyelli Beybian conflict

Prabha (KNS) – Alarmed by the spectre of a possible bloodbath in the Dyelli Beybian city of Fiord Harbour, Prime Minister E. S. Cirettekrub has offered to moderate peace talks, provided that both sides in the violent conflict are willing to call a truce.

“It’s the most compassionate thing that we as a nation can do for another country,” the prime minister told the Assembly during the weekly question and answer period. “We cannot stand idly by while thousands of innocent civilians – on both sides – are harmed in this conflict.”

Assembly members voted unanimously to support the prime minister’s request that facilities be made available to house representatives from both sides of the conflict, and that security in the capital city be beefed up to protect the country’s guests – if they agree to the offer.

While no response has yet been received from leaders on either side of the conflict, the prime minister’s office has repeatedly stated that it believes the ongoing violence can be halted and ended with wholehearted negotiations from both sides.

Admiral Vaal Tadmakra quietly watched more data scroll over his screens, a definite look of displeasure crossing his face. "Tactical…"

"Sir, they're using high velocity, low yield blanket warhead fire to take down our incoming cruise missiles with a decently good success rate."

Primitive yet effective…, the dukratian admiral quietly crossed his hands, falling into tentative silence as he continued to watch the display. A few keystrokes brought up information on the approaching Hogsweat fleet. The tactical officer chimed in to the unasked question.

"Intel on the Hogsweat fleet places them at a mild threat for the surface fleet. Their naval air support is at the moment engaging the North Germanians with nominal affect. Classing and intel of their ships from the TIO network suggest sub par technology. Section 5 at MWD-HQ places a high probability of success for a dukratian hunter/seeker attack on their fleet. To be honest, the numbers say that we could send a single attack sub at them and they'd never know what hit them…"

The admiral sat there quiet for a moment, a clawed hand gently stroking at his chin before he addressed the operations officer.

"Alright, have the Wrath class subs of groups 1 and 2 begin launch of their deaths head cruise missiles at Neo Tyr's coast while groups 3 and 4 target their fleets. Have them go half and half trajectory high/low, with broad separation stages. All Fury classes are to concentrate their attacks against SAM sites only.

Send Prowler class attack subs groups 1,3, and 4 to intercept the Hogsweat fleet, full stealth – sound, optical, thermal…everything. They are to engage their underwater forces as primary with carriers as secondary. Have them show those trakthra what it is meant by silent death.

And by maar get updated thermal imaging of the Barren Halo for stealth AA battery's to destroy!"

[b[-|Neo Tyr|-[/b]

As usual, volley's of Dukratian cruise missiles erupted from the water, except this time half of them take a high trajectory. The volley of warheads would begin to converge against clusters of naval vessels and coasts, but this time, as the first SPRINT missiles began launching to intercept the incoming cruise missiles would explode into 4 smaller warheads, short burn motors spreading them apart before each smaller warhead would explode into yet 4 more smaller warheads which spread out, each warhead capable of a 10 Kt yield. The chance to intercept these small warheads with their SPRINT warheads would drastically drop.

Küll: B-1 squadron leader says they're receiving AA fire and being chased by Neo-Tyr jets, but that the bombs were dropped successfully. Arm all S.A.M. sites, and launch the other 45 MiL-1's to protect the B-1's and B-52's. Order another strike from Germania. This time, use B-7's. They fly at 85,000 feet at 1,600 mph and use 185,000 lbs of JDAMs. 180 1,000 lb. JDAMs in each B-7. Hit every single cruise missile and AA site. Send 40 of them. Have them escorted by 20 MiG-33's flying at max ceiling height. They won't be able to catch these unless they have birds in the air. But I think those 45 MiL-1's we sent up will take care of that. As well as our S.A.M. sites.

Prepare the Executioners. They should hit the beach first, since they really can't be destroyed easily and are pretty self-reliant. Send in the mine sweepers now. Continue ship bombardment to protect them. They should clear a wide enough path within 2 hours. Also, Commander Grosser, prep the 203mm self-propelled artillery guns. Fire them only at cities and towns. Make sure the shells are loaded with the VX-II-A gas.

I want the Executioners on Neo-Tyr soil now. Transport them by helicopter. Make sure it flies low. Have the Executioners with miniguns also track and destroy any AA missiles from inside the helicopters. I want 20 of them on the island. Make the transport FAST. I don't care if we lose these helicopters. They're remotely controlled. If we have to, we can just use the old tactic of swarm the beach with thousands of soldiers & tanks. Thank you, Commander.

The helicopters full of Executioners flew at lowest altitude until they reached Neo-Tyr soil, where the Executioners were dropped off. Their orders were to attack all AA sites with missiles and miniguns.

The mine sweepers were at work...

We have also sent 3 cargo planes filled with weapons and ammo, mostly AK-47’s and grenades. We are sorry that we cannot send any troops to aid you in your time of need since we are in the midst of reorganizing our military, good luck.”

*End transmission*

the emperor cuts the transmission to the world. His aid walks up holding a stack of papers. “sir we have 4 units ready to be deployed.”

“excellent work, with the reorganization of our military if we loose a few units in the reorganization that’s fine. What units have you chosen?”

“since our military has never been tested we have sent the Fire Fox company. They are good in the training exercises that they have been in…”

“as that may be, real combat is different from training. We will wait and see. What is there ETA?”

“ETA is about 4 days after the cargo drop.”

“good carry on,”
