As military soldiers and tanks roam the street of the Haitian territory, which was annexed by Imperial Puerto Rico years ago, enforce the martial law set on the territory by Emperor Fernandez's Executive Order.

It is uncertain how many deaths or arrests have been made at this point due to the media blackout, however, it is known that at least 2,000 rebels corpses lie in the street. Some killed in combat, others executed when attempting to surrender.

Emperor Fernandez’s speech is broadcasted on all stations in Imperial Puerto Rico

“The rebellion is now over, my beloved citizens. There are those that wish to destroy our paradise but I will let them know, I will not tolerate enemies, domestic nor foreign. So far, the official count is 2,896 rebels killed in Combat and 344 arrested. Our men and women have casualties lower than 17 killed in combat and 13 wounded.

While we’re on this topic, specialists have informed me that the northern portion of Haiti must be evacuated. There seems to still be fumes of chemicals in the air. We advise you to go away for at lease a week.

Anyways, to the citizens of Haiti, please embrace our soldiers in the territory. They are there to make sure order is maintained. I would like to inform you all of three measures that must be taken by you all in the Haitian territory.

1) All phone lines and Internet access has been suspended in the region. However, 9-1-1 is still operational incase of emergency.

2) No one is to be outside of his or her homes past 7:30 PM. All businesses in the region will be closed.

3) There will be military vehicles in every street in the region. Please do walk towards these vehicles at a fast pace. They are authorized to shoot according to their judgment of “Hostility.” Please not provoke them. Any deaths caused by this will not be held accountable to the State.

Anyone who violates the 2nd measure will be arrested and held in a local jail without charge for a maximum of 1 month.

Thank you for this time, and may our State continue to be blessed."
