Dear Male aged 18-50,
Upon order of Great Emperor Dorsal, you have been hereby conscripted into the Hogsweatian Army, Navy, or Airforce. Please report to the local town centre, at 8 AM tommorow morning. You will be doing your country a great service. It is an honour to be in the Hogsweatian Army, let alone asked to join up.
Volunteering is mandatory. Not doing so is punishable by death. You do not have the right to a fair trial.

Satellites noticed an increase in military activity in Hogsweat. Radio chatter has increased as well, and it would be a very bad signals unit to not pick it up.

He unhooked a comlink phone, and dialed the private number of Dorsal (as we are GDI allies). He waited for the other man to pick up his end.

Conscripting for an offensive action is a highly contraversial move. A small bit of advice here, I would cancel all conscription immediately and back down from what ever threat you have made. If you don't do this you'll not only have AMF to deal with, but also a couple of dozen angry civil rights Nations.
