Well gentlemen(and the ladies) it seems that Ankhmet decided to threaten to blow up our allies capital because she..."opposed slavery" all attempts at trying to reason with these barbarians have failed and where ready blow them out of the sky.

I've looked through the FSI thread and the ultimatum. If war is declared on Serafima we will blockade Ankhmet. If further aggression is used we will neutralise the nuclear weapons inside of the Nation and force them to back down using economic warfare.

The Sovereign High Illuminatus of Ankhmet are disgusted at this military intervention into a matter of economic importance.With military action against the FS Inc. certain countries would suffer as a result, through no fault of their own, but through the fault of some 17 million citizen busybody. This intervention is quite frankly offensive, and as for barbarism, the Ankhmeti people are quite cultured thank you very much. Please keep things as much as IC as possible. No, I condemn the use of irrational force. A blockade does not have to be violent, it is merely a method to stop you administering offensive actions upon Serafima or any other Nation that is disagreeing with your ideas in diplomatic format. You are the one that is wrong here. We do not want to use force, but at the end of the day if it means saving our allies we will have to.

President Rand Veristek leaned back in his leather seat, with his feet propped up on his magohany desk. The chair squeaked as he pulled himself towards his desk to scan several reports stacked on the desk. The chair wheels glided smoothly across a crystalline floor, as Rand took a deep breath. Rand's eyes took a glimpse of the crystalline walls momentarily, before settling onto the stack of papers.

Rand took a small sip of root beer, as he began looking over some paperwork related to the progress of Task Force Chasca in rescuing the females from Female Slavery Inc. His eyes wandered over to pictures, reports, and diagrams of the development of a new coastal city, Cocha. Rand smiled as he scanned the map and traced the outline of the bay. Multiple suburbs have already sprang up in and around Cocha, thanks to its attractive location.

He took out the large map, and rolled his chair back then leaned back once again. He kept the map open, tracing the outlines with his eyes, and analyzing possibilities for future expansion.

There was knocking on the door, but Rand didn't notice. He was immersed in two other pieces of paper with bridge plans. He looked over a photograph of the azure bridge that crosses the narrow strip of water between the Huimen peninsula and Yelamu peninsula. The words "Cocha Gate Bridge" was clearly stenciled on the bottom of the photograph.

This is a Public Message from the Hikoma Bureau of Diplomatic Affairs

The Hikoma Military Policy aims not to encorage war but to remove war altogether. Wars bring about destruction of property, substantial amounts of money and, most importantly, involves millions of innocent civillians. The Hikoma way of warfare, also known as War of Assassins, eliminates all these evils who are brought from warfare. Most wars are motivated by a group of power-hungry man who care not for the lives of their military or civillian populations. By employing Hikoma Assassin Squads the leaders can have their enemies killed and the war ended without any more bloodshed.

The Bureau has received the correct amount of money to hire 4 squads, each comprising 8 members.
