Joshua, the Spokesman for the Phoenix's sends out a message to all Communist Countries.


"Greetings Comrades. Recently, the goal of arming my populace is becoming more and more of a social need. The people demand the weapons they can use in parthian tactics, in case of our noble commune ever being invaded. I ask from you, brothers and sisters of the most glorious revolution, to trade raw plutonium, and a oil for Ak-74's. Our nation only trades, and does not have a currency of it's own. It is all the barter system. We are willing to trade radioactive materials, of which we have no use. ( we have no inclination towards nuclear weapons or power plants.) I am sorry we can not trade with currency, but it is simply impossible."

"I await your responses." "Long live the Revolution."

The Komitee für Staatliche Sicherheit (Committee For State Security) finds your country rather interesting in the fact that it is willing to simply arm any and every baboon that requests it. We encourage you to impose gun laws of anykind in your country. We also request that a KSS Agent be dispatched to inspect (On friendly diplomatic terms) the stability of your economy and political sectors. -- Konstantin von Neurath, Head of KSS

Joshua looks at the telegram intently.

" Our country is defended by a small army of elite revolutionaries who are sure to protect liberty. However, almost all of our citizens fear returning to the old hierarchal rule of days gone by, and also an invasion where the army would be destroyed, leaving the people to fend for themselves. We have decided therefore, that we will place no type of law (honestly we can't, there are no real laws, just social repurcussions.) on weapons, we have decided not to trade security for freedom."

"On your visit to The Phoenix Protectorate, you are welcome to come, but I am asking that fifty Phoenix Vanguards of the Revolution travel with you. This is mostly for your safety. The people of this nation are wary of armed, non Phoenix's, so on top of your guard you should have some of our army.
You will find little here in the way of an economy. It's mostly communal, therefore mainly agricultural. Some mining is done, but it's mostly all for trade for needed materials, or for simple need for more infrastructural building elements. "

"Still, if you indeed wish to come, then come in peace, and leave with our best."

Pheonix Capitol City:
A large Herbenz 576 modified for military and govermental purposes lands at a makeshift runway within the city. Upon the side of the vertical staibilizer and atop the wings lay the logo of the FC, a crest of a white 'cross' (It's all the same length, not to be confused with a Christian cross) on crimson, surrounded by a black border. As the aircraft lands the pilot contacts the air traffic control area, "Rottie One landed. Preparing to shutdown and allow occupents to leave."

As the aircrafts rear doors open, KSS inspector Charles Orageniv along with 35 KSS guards from the Ninth Directorate follow him, followed inturn by ten Wehrmacht Waffen-SS soldiers. Each bodyguard and soldier march their traditional stiff-legged march, while Herr (Mr./Sir) Orageniv walks normal.

Upon completely exiting the plane, the guards surround the inspector alognm with the soldiers in a protective formation, awaiting this 'army' along with hopefully their transportation...

A crowd of jubilant men and woman civilians cheer and laugh at the FSS soldiers. Some come up and offer them alchoholic beverages. From the looks on the FSS faces, it does not appear they seek revelry. (OOC: sorry if I am assuming action, but it seems to be thier disposition.)

Suddenly, the crowd steps back, and smiles knowingly. A line of fifty soldiers, clad in back, but with Red phoenix's on there breast pads, and backs.
They step in line, moving with discipline, but not rigidness. Smiles line there faces, and the crowd appears to be in love with them, cheering and laughing. The men are armed with Ak-74s, some sniper rifles, and pistols as secondary weapons.

A dark young man walks up to the crowd of soldiers. Mr. Orageniv would see he was Joshua, the current leader of the Phoenix's. "Ah, greetings visitors. We intend you no harm, if as a show of peace, you could switch the safeties of your weapons on now."

"Now, we have plotted a tour of our capital city by military transport, but next on our stop is the city of Be'ag. That is where the initial revolution against our oppressors began."

OOC: It's KSS...

The KSS guards watched, holding their Z80 automatic Plasma Rifles at ready position. The Waffen-SS soldiers too, pulled their 5.62 mm OICW's to ready position. From atop the aircraft Herr Orageniv came in, a large .55 caliber turrent becomes visable. Four barrels extend vertically from the turrent, before lower to a horizontal position, covering all four flanks. As one of the 'citizens' raises the beer glass, one of the KSS aim directly at their face, being Fascians are rather xenophobic and says, "Get that sh*tty piss away from me you f*cking maggot." He quickly cocks the weapon, activating it and charging the S2 cell. The others follow in unicen.

Herr Orageniv looks stern at the operative, but doesn't say much. He watches as the Pheonix military rides up. The KSS, not knowing of whom they are, instruct Orageniv to back up, the guards form a triangular formation, aiming their weaponry at the military, knowing their plasma will easily incinerate any army they may posses. Joshua then becomes known, and the KSS and Wehrmacht regroup. Herr Orageniv steps out from them, extending a hand, his black suit gently ruffling as he shakes the mans hands, "I think I'll have them keep their safty's off for now... Unless you'd rather discuss it..." he utters, subconciously directing his eyes to the larg .55 caliber turrent... Fascians love to intimidate... "Sorry of we appear abit agressive... We're not right now.. You should see us on a pissy day.. Now, let's get this tour started."

Three large transport vehicles roll out for the troops from the aircraft...

The crowd formerly considered itself a welcoming group, but it was quickly leaving, and then returning, behind cover with small arms and grenades.

Joshua attempted to calm his comrades "Brothers these are our guests, our guests!" An unkempt man with a whiskey bottle in his hand appeared ready to throw it until several stern citizens grabbed him and put a pistol in his hand. The situation appeared to be turning worse and worse. More Vanguards of the Revolution arrived, standing behind sandbags with gun emplacements. The situation was obviously tense. Anger surged throughout the welcoming party, who were originally festive, seemed to be at the breaking point.

Joshua pointed to the troop carriers of the KSS. " I think it's best we be on our way, we shall skip the tour of the capital, Be'ag may treat you better."

Several soldiers spat on the ground at this comment. A few muttered " Ah, send em back home. We give em our finest booze and they spit in our faces, never did understand the unliberated." Although it was a quiet comment, the silence of the moment made it impeccably clear. Joshua turned an icy stare at the man who made the remark, and he quickly made his face impassive. The Phoenix's moved in a protective line, blocking the KSS soldiers from any fire, and bade them to walk to the troop transports.

Herr Orageniv watched the happenings. "Joshua, you should get your people under control, before we have to bring the KSS into this anymore... Or even worse, a Shavj" he told him. Now, the Pheonix Protectorate was a relatively young nation, and had no expierence with a Shavj. The Shavj is a large, bio-mechanical structure that relatively resembles a humans skeletal system, sept the gaping hole within the thorax of it. Hundreds of S2 (Super Solenoid) Engines powered the bohemeth of a weapon, which fires highly concentrated quantum energy. The energy, due to its endlessly multipling power, has absolutely endless range. It was mainly used as a tool for intimidation, but was used to stamp out a rebellion on FC-Colony 554 by obliterating the entire island on which the insurgents resided. It could also be used as a PPW (Pin-Point Weapon), meaning extremely accurate, and capable of taking out a single person from orbit. That was what it was mostly used for. The Shavjs' were adapted and evolved from the GGX-Cannons created by FC's long dead allie Xanatrix.

The KSS guards doned their transports with the Waffen-SS along with the KSS inspector, all in their armored vehicles, and on their way to Be'ag...

OOC: Actually, FC is a mix of future-tech, modern-tech, and post modern-tech. So, you can still reply. Like i said, the Shavj is just for intimidation and utterly last resort. So, you can still reply. (The OICW gun, is being made IRL now by the US Military to replace the M-16, so, it's still modern.)

OOC: Actually the M8 is replacing the M16, the M8 is the rifle portion of the OICW with less electronics. The OICW may be entering at the squad level however.

OOC: Ah... I had only heard it was replacing the M16. But I looked it up, and yeah you're right, I guess I didn't read it all. But, never the less, it fires the same round as the M16, plus the grenade and explosive rounds. So, heh.

OOC: It just seems somewhat strange that an august nation would be armed with OICW's. Consider the price per bullet.

OOC: Because Fascist Confederacy is the continuence of my May nation known as Der Auftrag. I made it known right after I made FC, that I control territories I used to own, and all technologies.. Not to mention I have over 200 million in population, and my economy is a Powerhouse. :)
