The Republic of the Beast would like to extend our hand to drug lords and slavers. We know hoe hard it is, especially to be able to do buisness without meddlesome morals. Let me assure you, we are completely amoral here.
I have passed laws allowing the sell and owning of human slaves, and I am willing to allow drugs such as p.c.p. crack, marijuanna and other narcotics to be sold in select places.
A recent government program has begun where we get drug addicts to do work for the government in exchange for pills, heroin, crack cocaine and marijuanna. We could use enterpernuers like you unfairly despised druglords to run it. We have all the sociopathic thugs to enforce the program and to make sure the junkies don't try to stick up the people who give them their dope.
With this new program we have made much progress. The junkies make ideal slaves, so if your a slaver, we have some fine junkie scum to sell to you. There too far gone for any use to us, so we will sell you to them at a cheap rate. Some are only good for perhaps someone's degenerate desires, or possibly as test subjects for medical experiments. Whatever, it dosen't matter. There yours for the right price.
