The Free Republic of Upper Egypt wishes to open relations with its neigbors.
Upper Egypt is a peaceful, isolationist nation. We seek trade agreements with other nations. And are interested in contributing to a peaceful settlement of the European crises. In what ever way we can be of assistance.
Upper Egypt as you know comprises the southern half of Egypt and the Sudan.
Upper Egypt was created in 2002 when the Egyptian Empire broke in half due to civil war. Upper Egypt got the smaller half while Lower Egypt got the bigger half.
Lower Egypt is well known to most people's of the NS world, with its active foriegn policy while Upper Egypt on the other hand has been relatively isolationist.
