The empire of Bene Tleilaxu will buy criminals, POWs, or various other unwanted humans from any nation for a negotiable price, beginning at a thirty standard credits per person, for various tests of science, ranging from vaccines, viral weaponry, and various other tests on the human body.

For a slightly diminished profit at twenty standard credits per person Bene Tleilaxu will send back harvested organs after the unwantable is dead from research, should they be healthy enough.

Any surviving unwanted humans will, after all research has finished which shall take years more than likely, be trained as slaves and returned to their nation.

Bene Tleilaxu would also like to mention that a breed program will begin, and if the nation has a problem with their unwanteds being used as breeding material should speak up first.

We would consider, but we send our unwanted off to a 'prison' that was designed after the Hell described in Dante's Inferno. It keeps the rest of the population in line rather well. Getting rid of it would cause more problems than it would solve.

Then perhaps a deal can be arranged where only so many are taken? Also, would it not be fitting to publicize where they're being sent to? Not many would enjoy being put into scientific research by force, specifically into the viral department and other things.

We of pyta will ship all of the external criminals incarcerated as stated under our neutrality rites, which includes anyone from a foreign nation who commits a crime within our borders of a severity of theft of ten thousand CTUs or more.

Bene Tleilaxu:
We here in Lestavra have almost no criminals, but, being the money-loving nation that we are, we have scrounged around and charged citizens with as many petty crimes as we could possibly come up with.
We currently have 39 able-bodied male prisoners, 13 female prisoners between the ages of 15 and 30, and 4 prisoners under the age of 15 (3 males, 2 females).
We hope they will make good test subjects for your lab!
These prisoners are in nearly perfect health, due in part to our wonderful prison system, and partly because they are usually perfectly happy, law-abiding citizens.

If you need any more, we'd be happy to arrest a few homeless people for vagrancy, if you don't mind the smell...

We have rounded up 68 homeless people (of course, we had to evict some people for not making their house payments..).
Most of them are in adequate health, but the few disease ridden that we're sending can be used for target practice.

At Lestavra, we couldn't care less about the general welfare of our citizens!
