In a Lightening Coup, Socialists took control of the Government quickly and without the use of force. The King seeks assylum in a willing nation since the current government has placed him in exile. The New Government has begun to appropriate all private enterprises and has established a two party state. The new government seeks financial aid from other nations, their people are starving, and they have no weapons to speak of, please send help.

The People and Government of Dhabi are willing to help.

The Commonwealth of Sarctic will immediately disptach AL-15 cargo planes to airdrop our Aid Packages, which include:

*2 sacks of rice
* One bag of assorted meats
* a large portion of fruits and vegetables, sealed in a thermal canvas tarp
* 2 large, military grade galleons of water
* One tall, plastic pole

About 2,000 of these packages will be dispatched as soon as possible, and another run is concievable in the future. The plastic pole can be used to hold up the unfolded thermal canvas tarp, to create a large tent for up to 4 people. As soon as the appopriate supplies can be allocated, we will send large quantities of food and aid to your country.

As for the matter of weapons, Sarctic is not totally posisitive armament will be a fruitful option at this point. However, a small Peacekeeping force to protect your nation will be disptached, comprising of the following:

* 8,000 Standard Infantry
* 200 Sarctic Operational Officers, which are basically Elite Commandos
* 10 Outdated Mi-24 Assault Hind Helicopters
* 5 MiG 29 "Fulcrums"
* 40 AXL-8 Scout Vehicles (Equilvalent to Bradley fighting vehicles)
* 20 "CASEVAC" Cargo Trucks (Basically a humanitarin and military medical vehicle, carrying supplies and qualified doctors)
* 2 Tovorsk Light Sea Frigates

Sarctic will dispatch this force as soon as possible

In addition we will send a small Stabilization force to the country consisting of:

- 4th Infantry Brigade
- 1st Battalion, Kings Hussars Armoured Regiment
- 5th Battalion, Royal Tank Regiment
- 11th Special Operations Brigade

- 122nd (Airborne) Logistics Regiment
- 4th Royal Army Medical Regiment

As well as elements from the 3rd (Transport) Air Command and the 1st (Fighter) Air Command.
