OOC: Snice there was no Democratic-Socialist/Communist future tech alliance, I decided to make one

President of the Socalist States Of The East Coast Federation: Due to the Spread The Red! We feel threataned. We wish to create a Alliance of Democratic-Socialist and communist alliance for races that have very Advanced tech and or have taken to the stars. It would be tighty bound. An alliance looking out for each other. Communist and Socialist nations are far and few in this time period and I extend my hand to any Communist or Socialist nation to join this alliance. If a Capitalist nation attacks any one of us just because of our from of goverment and poltical ideals. When there is a peaceful communist revultion taking place and they try to stop it using force. We would be there to help our comrades.
There would be free trade between all of us.
We would build a strong fleet of donated ships to help preserve communism.

OOC:well CL said it was a good idea. Besides this will be a very tight military and economic alliance.

Not to be a party-crasher, but there isn't really much demand for this kind of thing in future tech. All currently communist FT nations are not under any threats from other types of governments at all.
