Solarias Space Admiral, Kelovoan Mor, swore. He had no idea why the embargo had been placed upon The Fedral Union, and now his post was going to have major trouble dealing with these foreigners. He had only a small fleet under his direct command, as the most of it was off dealing with space pirates, or helping the colonization of new worlds. He certainly did not have enough to deal with such a large fleet. However, he had a few tricks up his sleeve. He decided that TFU couldn't possibly block all his borders, and proceeded to send a small fleet through Warp Station A.
(OOC:Could I please have some linkage to your ships stats. Also, what are 'star ships'? Are they more like cruisers, fighter size, what?!?!)
He then sent a fleet up to face off the Fedral Union fleet, but not to attack. Simply to secure his borders.

He then dispatched a message to the TFU fleet -
This is the Admiral of Solarais. You are coming dangerously close to infringing on our territory. If you enter, we will open fire upon you. If you attempt to desroy any ships leaving, we will mount an assault upon your ships. Take note, you have been warned.
*sigh* Can I get a reason for the embargo, Solarais? Please? Anyways, these are Star Trek ships. Considering the size of this 'small' fleet. . .
The Kingdom of Weyr must request a reason for this embargo against a member of the Confederacy from the Federal Union. As an ally of the entity of Solarais, the Kingdom of Weyr is required to protect the peoples and the integrity of that nation. Please be advised that hostile action against the Kingdom of Weyr or its allies, committed without due warning and justification, will be considered an act of agression, and an act of war, against the Kingdom of Weyr and the United Weyrik Prefectures.
To the entity of Solarais :: We would like to inquire as to the reasons for these recent actions. Plase note that the Kingdom of Weyr will not protect allies who attempt to use the Confederacy as a shield, and that it will not protect nations who commit acts of agression against other nations.

The Fuhrer stood, looking out the window of the top floor of the Reichstag, his oculars peering down at the faint glimmer of the lights leading on the pathway to the main gate, several miles away. He, already in his nightly attire, was preparing to retire for the evening, with his Fascian Ale mind you, when a rapping came to his chamber door. He (In his own time) walked to the door, opening it, assuming the four bodyguards at the begining of the enterance corridor had cleared the man he was about to see. Shure enough, they had. It was Lt. James Partridge, a political and military advisor for him. Most would posses a General as an advisor, but the intelligence (IQ: 183) and pure wit and wisdom of the Lt. impressed the Fuhrer, thus making hims one of his many advisors. "Mein Fuhrer, it appears that embargos have been placed upon The Federal Union," uttered the Lt.
"Really?
"Yes. That is why I disturbed you, and I'm sorry and apoligize for doing so, but I suggest we send a Vannen class space carrier along with two Neinver class S2 warbirds to investigate. Not in an act of hostilit of course, to neither nation. Ah, I forgot, the imposer of this embargo appears to ne Solarais. It is a relatively small nation."
"Yes, it is. I saw it in one of the reports of newly constructed territories in my office today. Yes, send the 68th Pack. And yes, I know, it's more than a Vannen, it's only a Vanhallen, two Neinver S2 warbirds, and two Leibar class cruisers, a little more than you suggested, but I don't see the harm."
"The carrier armed with Stinger fighters Herr?"
"Yes. Oh and," He leans close to the Lt. whispering (Secret:),"Arm the Neinver with TNB (Tactical Neutron Ballistics ) neutron ballistics, just incase this thing gets dirty..."(:End Secret)
"Herr, yavole Herr," the Lt. utters, before stiffly raising his right hand upward in unicen with the Fuhrer,"Heil Heydrich," they both say in unicen aswell, before the men depart, and the Fuhrer turns in for the evening...
Off The Coast Of Solarais; Ten Miles Away From TFU Fleet:
A message begins relaying to the fleet and Solarais people:
To Whom it may concern,
As a nation friendly with TFU, and merely interested with the events, the 68th Pack of the Fascian Uniwaffe is now dispatched and docked here until further notice, or until the situations die down. We do not intend harm, nor do we intend to interfere as of now, we are merely wishing to observer. Thank you and good day.
The signal crackled out to a dull buzz as the frequency closed, and the radios whom where affected by the strange transmission control signal returned to the frequencies they were set on before the interuption and control seize...

OOC: I figure I'll send a diplomat on a pod to meet you, and explain that our embargo is 1) only on our borders, we are not attempting to stop all TFU trade, just stop his goods going out of our borders. 2) The admiral has no f%^$in idea what is going on, and will - politely ask you to leave

A small pod, shaped like a carrot, orange in colour, was launched towards the FC ships. The diplomat inside looked at the FC ships, looked out at space, and violently threw up. He then emptied his bowels, and bladder as well. A few minutes later, he had cleaned himself up, and was preparing to dock with the carrier.

As the carrot like space-craft flew past the space cruisers, their large Anti-Space Craft Thayloron cannons pivotted with the ship.
Two KSS (Komitee für Staatliche Sicherheit) members from the Guard Derectorate stood waiting as the ship docked within the docking bay, the Oxyplex Shield sealing behind the craft. The guards, each holding XM-29 OICW advanced assault rifles glared at the foregin craft, their azure oculars following it as Admiral Roukoff apporached. He watched as the ship docked, overhearing one of the KSS guards saying something about the ship trying to compencate for what Solarais lacks (OOC: Lol, Just playing, but I couldn't stop myself), the Admiral, holding back his chuckles as he waits for the diplomat to exit his pod...

Skeelzania once again protests this blatant act of Fedral imperialism. The Solarais "embargo", if one was even placed, was most likely a justifiable attempt to keep their economy from being overrun with cheap, poorly-made Fedral goods. The Principality of Skeelzania will full-heartedly support Solarais when the inevitable Fedral invasion commences.

Several hundred thousand miles to the right of the Fedral fleet, 15 new stars burst into existance for a moment, before fading away to nothingness. They were replaced by Skeelzanian warships, including a massive Nidhogg battlecruiser. Making no overtly hostile moves towards the Fedrals, the cruiser beamed an all-channels transmissions out.
"Attention all factions in the area. This is Admiral Gar of the Skeelzanian Principality, sent here on orders of the Grand Prince himself. We would like to reaffirm our support for Solaries, and will maintain our current position as observors. At the first sign of overt action on the Fedral Union's part, we will open fire."
As if to emphasize their point, the fleet manuevered into a battle wedge, pointed at the Fedral flank.
OOC: Ships include:
1 Nidhogg battlecruiser, the Dosadi
2 Deimos Assault Destroyers
4 Phobos Destroyers
8 Teutonic Frigates

The screens lit up, showing KSS operative Eric Gorven: Due to the heightened amount of natiosn becoming interested in these comings, the Reich have decided to heighten security of the 68th fleet. Thus, the KSS assigned me to oversee the diplomacies and if it comes to it, war and analyse it for further information. We are appauld at Solarais' acts taken by killing TFU's diplomats, thus, the KSS is in the progress of seizing the diplomat upon the Crysallis. We will be held in the brig until further notice, or until all embargos and sanctions inplace by Solarais are deactivated. The diplomat will not be harmed unless an act of war is taken against the FC or TFU. If any citizen or diplomat or soldier of these nations are harmed, the diplomat will be immediately terminated, and the pod destroyed. We firmly encourage you to cease your embargos and sanctions. -- Eric Gorven, KSS Operative
Aboard The Crysallis:
The KSS guards approached the diplomat, grasping his arms firmly, and placing a injection gun against his throat. As the guard pulls the trigger, a 15cc amount of Horbomathaline (A traquilizer) is injected directly into the diplomats blood stream; he falls unconcious and is taken into custody, his ship impoded and bolted to the Crysallis...
Secret: In The Brig:
Eric Gorven walk into the diplomats cell, followed by two guards and a large, floating black sphere. "Now... Tell us the location of all mine fields, and any other machinery impeding us from crossing Solarias' border... Or.. well hell... We'll start this off with a little fun, shall we?" utter Eric as the orb hovers close to the diplomat. The two guards grasp the envoy, pinning him against a wall, his back pressed against the metal as a slit in the orb opens. A slender tube slides out and is forced into the diplomats maw. CS (Tear Gas) begins flowing into his maw for 15 seconds at a time, then 45 second intervals. As he is being pumped with the mild toxin, the bottom of the orb opens a long, serenge like tube slides out. The serated, hollow tube hovers before the groin of the diplomat. It slices his slacks and undergarmet upart, the tube, very small and slender, is then forced into the urethra of the diplomat. A mile corrosive fluid is spewed inside of the urnation tube for 3 seconds at a time, as it begins to eat away at his urinary and reproductive system... Eric awaits for the time to ask questions...

Two hundred fifty thousand kilometers from the Solarais/TFU standoff, the fabric of space/time bends for an instant. Three ships emerge from a momentary rift: one light freighter, one Stryker 411-B interceptor (tiny tiny TINY and uncomfortable fighter, hard as hell to fly, but the pilots get paid a LOT for it!), and a seemingly innocent civilian shuttlecraft. All three ships are running with weapons powered down and shields and drives on minimal so as not to attract attention. The shuttle's rear bay doors open, and a thin tendril of sensor cable begins to trail out, the momentum of the shuttle's entry helping extend the polyfilament cord to its full length of eight hundred meters. The Stryker, meanwhile, docks within the unmarked freighter, but does not power down, and the freighter's cargo doors do not close. The pilot is edgy and restless, since his only task is to create a diversion if things go awry, possibly at the cost of his life.
The freighter captain engages his comm unit warily, but the unit has been pre-calibrated for just this task. The low-frequency, tight-beam directed transmission would show up as interstellar noise on all but the most powerful sensor dishes from this range. Regardless, messages were kept short.
"FR-One to Shuttle, ack protocol XC4."
"Shuttle respond, ack ack."
The data started feeding in from the shuttle's sensor cord, data that was collected and sent to the freighter in irregular, short bursts. The skirmish going on here seemed local enough, but with The Green Lion's Chief Director on the Arcadia Installation orbiting Sol, any and all combat maneuvers would have to be carefully monitored. They might have to pull out in a hurry... and this three-ship intelligence team out in the middle of nowhere might be the only thread of hope the Director would have if he were discovered and one of the warring nations chose to make an example of him. The Bulk Cruiser Cordelia was standing by to assist if necessary, keeping a very safe distance of over a dozen light-minutes away.
OOC: This is not a spontaneous happening. You people chose an interesting time to make a war, I learned about it an hour after this happened: http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=356560&page=9&pp=15

TFU, give me some stats for your ships. They SEEM overly godmodded, especially the '250 defiant class star ships'. Unless I know what a Star Ship is, I will ignore all ships with that tag. And, unless I get stats for the rest, I will treat them as the lowest possible technology level for that type of ship. Just warning you.
OOC: If you ever watched Star Trek, then they are the ships TFU uses, but obviously upgraded. TFU's ships don't have the 'warp core breach every second' problem, for example. A Galaxy would be like a battleship or heavy cruiser. A Sovereign would be a battleship. A Defiant is a heavy fighter/light frigate. Gotta ask TFU on MSN or telegram about further stats. Just think "stronger and more powerful weapons than the show uses".
IC:
The Imperial Star Destroyers and Cruisers lept out of hyperspace in a flash of light. Space 'twisted' a bit, and then the ships seemed to grow from an infinitely small point to the 1 mile length they have. Fighters immediately went to combat aerospace patrols as the larger ships scanned the enemy and allied forces.
"*whistle* I didn't know TFU had that size of a ship. I thought they were all saucerheads?" A lieutenant said in an X-wing, referring to the Executor.
"Heh. I guess they, too understand the wisdom of diversity." His commander smiled. "Now let's get to patrolling."
"Yes sir."

The space-cruiser carrying the diplomat began to buzz as their Super Solenoid engine turbines roared, a dull azure glow igniting from the exhaust ports. The ship began moving and rapdily gaining in speed for a lapse in existence accured, allowing the ship to seemingly vanish from sight. The Scimitar warbirds began slowing, forming a protective barrier around Eclipse, Seele, and Nerv. A slight flicker formed several hundred miles to the rear of the Fascian fleet. It grew rapidly before a small squadron of one thousand Scorpio class (Moderate size; Two man; Line-Seating; Fighter) fighters zoomed from the rift, the formate of the ships crackling with radiation sparks; they soon died down as the fighters took into two formations of five hundred each, below Eclipse, and above Seele and Nerv.
Upon the bridge of the Eclipse one of the techs watched as a 'large' spike in radiation shot up on the monitor, "Herr! It appears that we either aren't alone, or a star burst several light years away!" the tech said.
"Just monitor it Aid. Let me know if anything comes about."
"Herr, yavole, Herr."
The Fascian fleet, having long mastered the technique of frequency jacking, monitoring, and the like, had tuned their radar and moniotring systems to an unheard of rate. The only problem was, when something big did finally happen, like a precusion mine explosion, it would fill the room with an awful hum that lasted for a mere few seconds, but could be fatal to some people in certain cases, if perhaps they had had Shelloff Syndrome...

The pilot of the unmarked light freighter squinted at the data readouts. "Impossible...." he muttered. The energy signatures were far too great to be even a massive warship. He tracked his passive optical sensors toward the signature, and his eyes widened, then squinted again.
"That's no moon..."
He had to risk it. Something of that size and apparent power, ruse or not, was a potential threat to any fleet. He compiled the data he had received since the entry of the... thing... and sent it off on a high-power burst transmission aimed toward the Cordelia. There was a much greater chance of them being detected, but he couldn't risk them being destroyed or jammed without sending the data first. All he could do was hope the distance, the short duration of the transmission, and the more pressing matters between the two fleets would cause that transmission to remain unnoticed. A slight burst of thruster pushed his freighter farther from the shuttle that was trailing him, making their sensor profiles individual and very small.
Fascist Confederacy

Calamity had detected the transmission, but decided to allow it to get to the Cordelia, knowing good an well, the most information they could comply was the fact that they had atleast 550 Photon Torpedo bays, capable of carrying millions in each, at the fact that they were big, all other sort of devices were cloaked and untraceable. But the Admiral, Admiral Albert Scole, a former KSS analyst before deciding to go back to the Fascian Uniwaffe, had to do something...
A tracer signal was launched directly towards the freighter, locking their frequencies and completely shutting them down, spare a single one, at it was used by the FC to contact them, and all transmissions were recorded at that. A disrupter bank fired a mild shot into the freighter, notifying them they didn't want to kill them, merely wanted to make shure they didn't do anything foolish; The freighters shields were deactivated by the powerful disruption. A buzzing came across the screen in the frigate, the Admiral soon appeared: This is the Calamity. We are aware that you have scanned our fleet, and also tried to conduct a mild form of espionage by trying to figure out what exactly we are. Now, under Komitee fur Staatliche Schiserheit law, we are authorized to obliterate you... But we're not, we're going to let you transmit what information you gain to your mutter ship. But.. we would love to speak with all of you, in person...
A tractor beam fired from one of the banks on the Calamity consuming the freighter and drawing it near the ship, making it aware to the others that some formal operation by The Green Lion was taking place. Two Scorpio fighters buzzed the freighter, escourting it to the Calamity. The freighter was docked into one of the bays, the occupents arrested, and taken to interogation chambers.
All occupents of the freighter will be returned to the Green Lion promptly after a routine investigation is taken by the KSS. This is not an act of war, but merely routine procedure that must be taken. The occupents will not be harmed aslong as they do not attempt or try to attempt a hostile act to the FC, in which they will be punished accordingly. Thank you, and good day. -- Admiral Albert Scole

Secret:
Captian Josef Hollitz watched as his squad entered the freighter, taking captive every person they ran into. KSS Operative Eric Gorven walked up behind him; He glared somewhat... Before he entered the freighter himself. He walked up the many hallways til reached the bridge. His slender fingers pressed down against the touch-screen monitor as a tech-aid beside him unscrewed a small metallic panel beside him. The tech, pull it off, attached two wires to ports. The wires were attached to a small box, identified has a de-encrypting information harddrive. The machine searched through the thousands of files an applications in the freighter, before accessing the radar, plot, and location systems. It absorbed all radar recorded, the plot the freighter was designated to take, and all those it ever had, and the location of any troop and fleet formations in the system.
Eric exited the ship, smirking as he passed the occupants of the frigate, all held at gunpoint by the guards, X90A plasma rifles held to their backs, each activated and charged, ready to fire..

Seconds before:
As soon as the freighter was locked by the tractor beam, Kess Altair knew what had happened, and acted without having to think. Pilot of the Stryker 411-B, he was a nervous man, always on the edge of lashing out. It kept him on his toes. He glanced at the little red button on the center of his control wheel, but chose the standard throttle instead due to his craft still being fully inside the freighter.
His interceptor rocketed toward the freighter bay exit as soon as the larger ship started to vector towards the station, the umbilical cables tearing out just as the last shred of optical and sensor data had been fed into his fighter's databanks. The shuttle had jettisoned its sensor cable, and the trailing wire caught in the edges of the beam and was whisked toward the space station, accelerating quickly. The freighter pilot, obviously acknowledging his own fate, had shut down his shields and engines, perhaps in the hopes he would get some decent treatment for cooperation.
Kess hit the little red button.
Accelerating faster than the fighter's limited inertial compensators could handle, Kess was practically liquefied against his seat as the small ship, which was mostly engine despite its small size, thrust to full power before fully exiting the freighter, setting the docking bay on fire and liquefying the door. Sirens wailed as damage control lights lit up... accelerating that quickly had knocked out his primary shielding and weapons arrays, but thank the Maker his hyperlight was still running. He was kilometers away from the freighter when his scanners pinged the shuttle making a panicked, uncalculated microjump towards the wormhole. His own course laid in almost perfectly, and the relatively huge sublight drive shut down just before his ship entered its own tear in space.
Mouthing a prayer for the doomed freighter pilot and his ship, Kess tried to relax, letting the trails of the hyperlight slipstream ease his panicked mind. His hands wouldn't stop shaking....

15KM? We entered realspace a quarter million kilometers from the standoffs. Until I figure out what's going on here, my fighter and shuttle are alive and my freighter is still caught in a tractor beam.
And even lightspeed weapons have a hard time tracking a wildly bucking and accelerating fighter of the size of the Stryker from that far away... there's almost a second lag time. Missiles wouldn't have a chance. I can work with jamming from that distance, but that's effectively the distance from Earth to its moon.

OKay... A) The traction beam pulled the freighter within the neutral zone, which is 15 km around the entire fleet. B) At that marker, there is a minefield of tracking precussion mines C) the mines locked, hit, blew you apart, imobilizing the fighter thing that came from the freighter, not the freighter. D) that would immediately stop the acceleration of the fighter, trust me... They're like hittin a wall of tungsten. E) That would allow the quantum energy BEAM CANNONS (GGX-Cannon) time to lock on, and destroy the threat.
I let you by by letting you escape the pull of the tractor beam, even though it extends around 20 meters around the freighter, and if you did escape the beams, either 1) the minefield would tear you apart or 2) you'd have around 50 Scorpio class altered-space capable fighters on your tail..

Casualty included the freighter captain and whoever was riding with him. The shuttle also misjumped and ended up in the middle of a rock, you don't have to worry about him. The Stryker jettisoned at 250,000km, as soon as the freighter was locked on by the tractor, and even I can't believe that a tractor (A) extends for twenty miles around a single ship (way to pull in an entire fleet into your minefield), nor why your station would want to expend such energy on a light freighter, or (B) that the tractor could pull even dust 249,985km in a fraction of a second. The freighter is space scrap, though, do with it as you will.
EDIT: And your nation is about 2/3 the size of mine, so no popping up a gigantor fleet to counter and utterly destroy anything I bring to bear. OOC: The tractor beam is composed of particles of an isotope of Thayloron. The isotope, unlike Thayloron itself, is not radioactive. And due to the atomic structure of the isotope, it has an almost endless range (Note: ALMOST), much like Thayloron.
Secret:
In a large chamber on the far, dark side of Calamity the occupants of the freighter crew stood, sealed in a technadron metal chamber, with a single window in which they may see space. As they sat and awaited their fate, four small passageways opened on the walls of the chamber. Out of each hole, Radon-330 (A mixture of radon gas, and solid mineral uranium) began pumping in. As the men injested in gas, an advanced form of radiation poisoning set in. The small sand like granuals of the uranium tore away at their respritory system. Pools of their carmine fluids and corpses littered the chamber after a few moments...
The chamber opened into space, the vacuum made by space itself sucked the corpses and crimson fluids out into the great beyond, the darkness of the area concealing the atrocity. Many other things entered space, to help disguise the corpses from other chambers; it was trash. The trash too, was sucked into the abyss...

Wisps and tendrils grew vibrant, and Kess's Stryker reverted to realspace with a jolt that shook every bone in his body. I wish they'd put better compensators in this flying deathtrap, he thought, as his inertia carried him toward the Cordelia. The larger ship's fighter wings were already launching to patrol the space around the Cordelia, and the docking bays were empty by the time the Stryker settled into its berth. The service droid's synthrubber treads squealed as it dragged the data umbilical to the powered-down interceptor. Its electronic voice echoed in the fighterbay:
"*YOUR PRESENCE IS NEEDED IN BRIEFING ROOM FOUR, PRIORITY URGENT*"
What choice did he have? Kess' nerves were like hot wires under his skin as he leapt down the last four rungs of the ladder, stumbled, and took off at just under a run towards the briefing room.
Rear Admiral Ancroft was waiting for him there. "You broke cover, Altair, but for good reason." He smiled then, a warm smile meant to reassure. "Tell me... everything."

Where are TNNN. They should be here by now...
TFU,you do realise that this guy has a fleet about 30 times smaller than yours. You also must realise that that fleet is a f**king major godmod, considering the amount of wars you are in. Let me draw attention to a few things -
You have a nation, say, 100 times bigger than his. This means you have 100 times more fleets. Now lets us throw in some other factors. You have a 100 times larger budget. Therefore, you have 100 times more costs, 100 times more people to cater for, and 100 times more patrols, anti-pirates, etc. You also have 100 times more profit off your budget. This is where the godmod factor is thrown in. You can't throw 80 million worth of people (in ships) at one nation, considering everything. Or, to be more precise, you can, but you have to feed them, clothe them, keep power up on the ships, keep morale up. His men are doing a patriotic duty, in defending their homeland. His men know that they have to stop this, or everything they care for will be destroyed. You however, are maintaining a fleet far away from home, a f**king massive fleet at that (my entire navy is perhaps, 1.5 times that size, but with a helluva lot more fighters). You are eventually going to run out of both money and morale. He can just sit there until you leave. You cant blockade space, unless you directly blockade a planet. Which is an act of war, which would probably get quite a force onto you. He can simply skirt around you. You would have to push a fleet 100 times larger than that, at least, to effectively blockade such an area of space. Oh, wait, I forgot. All TFU ships are made of cardboard, and use godmod cannons to attack. Never mind then, Solarias can just ignore you.
Solarias, I will be sending you 1 IGNORE cannon in the mail, with precise instructions on how to use it. Next time, don't be so absolutely stupid. If you want to hate someone, don't hate the TFU. Such a known godmodder will just lower everyones opinion of you.

Still think the action was a little overboard and reactionary for a simple burst transmission from a source that posed zero threat to your Death Star, but The Green Lion is willing to forgive and forget all about that little recon force that "never was".
Actually, we would be interested in purchasing some of your tech to retrofit our own fleet. If you need a little capital for your effort (this is either side here, I'm not gonna take sides in this scuffle just yet) send TGL a telegram with any weapon specs, power, and cost... also willing to trade build time in my shipyards for schematics But I'm not gonna crap on this thread with that anymore.
TGL is in a bit of a dilemma, though. One of our ambassadors is on Arcadia Installation, a station orbiting Sol. Our recon ships were not in-system long enough to plot the trajectory of Arcadia Installation, and GL Intel is worried the station may auto-trigger the minefield if it happens to come too close. GL Intel only wants assurance that the station, which is crewed and occupied almost exclusively by civilians, will be on the minefield's Exclude list.

The Dominator engaged the Dosadi in a fight between battlecruisers, while the other ISDs fought the Assault Destroyers. The 3 Star Cruisers threw energy and projectile fire at the four destroyers, and the 4 Neb-B frigates and 6 Tantive corvettes attacked the enemy frigates.

"The battle has begun, Herr."
"Good," stated teh Admiral, "Tell the Nerv and Seele to fire Quantum Torpedos into the Solarais defensive border!"
Outside of the two Star Destroyers, around 100 tubes filled with highly pomressed hydrogen, Radon-330, gravity generators, and other mechanics slammed into the border. Each torpedo imploded at a different pre-set area, their tubes releasing the hydrogen as the gravity generator turbines fired, holding it in place. The radioactive gas of Radon-330 (Radon laced with solid uranium particles) began emitting its harmful neutron emission. The gasses converged, forming a small star. The atomic make-up of the white-dwarf like form became unstable moments after they were formed, causing a great exothermic and somehow an endothermic super-nova. The great explosions ripped the very fabric of the space-time continuum, causing rifts in the system which rapidly devoured any of Solarais' defenses within thousands of kilometers.
The Fascian fleet began to move, passing through the defenses and over the border. The Scorpio fighters flooded over the line, aiding the Federal Union in battle as the Calamity prepared it's GGX-Cannons and Thayloron Emitters.
"Starting turbines... Trubines started... Thayloron reaching critical mass... Ready to fire..."
"S2 engines firing... GGX-Cannons ready for combay..."
"Fire the GGX at will!"
Hundreds of beams of ivory particles filled the area, taking down the closest defensive fighters sent by Solarais to control the borders. The Scimitar super-warbirds stayed in their protective formation, yet now seeming to orbit the fleet, enabling them to take out nearby weapons and the like...

OOC: Basically, the smaller ships have microwarped on the dorsal and ventral (top and bottom) sides of your ships to initiate a sandwich maneuver. They opened fire with quantum weaponry (I'm sure you can block), and the other ships fired the regular phasers and torpedoes. The Executor held back, firing broadsides of it's weapons. The other ships maneuvered around, continuing to fire their powerful phasers and torpedoes.

The Solarais commandant, expecting nothing of the sort, suddenly saw the TFU fleet open fire. He quickly barked orders to the rest of the fleet.
"In this position, we are outnumbered. Fall back to system X-22. We will use the defenses there."
Considering the fact the fleet were taken by surprise, almost a third of the fleet was ripped apart, and half of the remainder badly damaged.
With a few flicks of his finger, the commandant brought up the fleet status screen:
Losses -
57 Fyli-B fighters
25 Medir-X frigates
17 Porian-V corvettes
Damaged -
51 Fyli-B fighters
17 Medir-X frigates
23 Porian-V corvettes
The commandant sighed in relief. At least the BattleSong had been strong enough to resist the assault. The fleet retreated, and then... bent. Then they were gone.
Message to Skeelzanain fleet: Retreat to system X-22 if you wish to aid us further. If you do not, we will understand. Coordinates will be automatically decoded after detected transmission to a Skeelzanian ship.
In X-22, the bulk of the new Solarais fleet was preparing. An assault would surely come here, as the inhabited systems are too far away, hidden, and unobtainable, due to location and several other methods used in the hiding of the planets. X-22 was also Solarais's most valuable world, with all the creation of new technologies being made here. They could only hope the ships had time to self-repair before the Fedral Union fleet arrived...
In X-22, a distress call was sent out:
The Fedral Union has chosen to attack us, and has iniatiated a conflict which may last for decades. All we ask for is that TFU receives no help from any sovreign nations. We can defend ourselves adequately, but may not be able to if any such nations help the Fedral Union. Please, heed this call.
This message was then broadcasted to every system, and will soon be travelling everywhere in the galaxy.
OOC: I won't be on as often for awhile. Give me some time after you post for me to post. Also, TFU, you pretty much screwed yourself by initiating the conflict. My nation is in the 'good' category now, and can ask for help.

The Admiral watched intently... They had retreated to X-22, and the Admiral knew, able to use The Navigator technology to use temporal energy in the way to 'fold' space, and instantaniously transport themselves to any given point across the universe, would come in handy.
He began to grow calm as the last of the ships retreated, the fire dying down as the fleet drew to a hault. It had advanced through the border, and squeezed at the Solarais homeland along with TFU...

"Fedral ships opening fire, sir!"
"Raise shields." Gar remained seated, even as the Fedral barrage screamed towards them. As the first wave smashed into the hard shields, sending ripples down the protective field, the Admiral ordered a general withdrawal to X-22. As his massive battlecruiser turned to jump, the Fedral fleet came into line with its broadside: a oppurtunity to good to miss. "Port broadside, fire in sequence on my order...fire!"
Gun crews cheered and yanked the fire cables; a rippling broadside of plasma and ion cannons worked its way from the bow to the stern. As the crews began to reload for a second volley, the 2 triple-railgun turrets opened fire as well. One ton shells streaked through space, 3 of them carrying 2 gigaton charges set to explode inside the Fedral vessels.
A second broadside was accomplished, just as the Fedrals moved out of the firing arc. Now properlly aligned, the Skeelzanian fleet jumped as one entity, reappearing minutes later in the X-22 system.
OOC: I've introduced a new type of railgun ammunition, the High Penatration Atomic Round. 2 of the 6 railgun slugs fired have a 2 gigaton charge set on their 'bottom', which should explode on impact. However, its still kinda in the development stages so only one will probably explode. You still have a one ton shot moving at significant speed to deal with though.

The rest of the fleet followed suit, the destroyers opening up with railgun and ion cannons as soon as they could. The Admiral ordered all fighters scrambled, and his own flight of torpedo bombers on standby. The anxious Flight Officer leaped for his computer, hurridly typing out a garbled message to the hanger.
In the Dosadi's cramped hangerbay, technicians rushed to and fro preparing the craft for launch. Fuel lines were disengaged, ammo boxes snapped shut, and pilots sealed in. Suddenly, the overhead vidscreen lit up with the Flight Officer's message: For great justice, launch every Zig. The Dominator once again chose the Dosadi as the ship to combat, as it razed the enemy battlecruiser's behind with forward broadsides of turbolasers and ion cannons.
The return fire of railcannons and ion cannons crashed against the shields, causing a few hull breaches, but it would take some time before they fell as the enemy was caught with their pants down.

The ship underneath Gar's feet rumbled as the Coredian attack struck the engines. The Hard Shields could not be extended over the engine ports without restricting thrust, making it a natrual weak spot. Luckily, the millions of pounds of thrust provided by pure energy helped to compensate. "Engines 4 and 6 reporting power fluctuations, nothing serious. Minor damage to thrust control system, impact on steerage estimated at 8%."
Gar scowled. The Dosadi was a big ship and sluggish on the best of days. "All guns, concentrate fire on the flagship. I want a mixed solid and spread missile barrage, aim for the bridge!" In the prow, sixteen missiles were manhandled into their launching coils. Generators hummed, and the flight of missiles flew upwards in a curving arc towards the Dominator. As two missiles went down to PD, 7 of the survivors burst apart into more than two dozen microwarheads apeice, presenting Coreworld gunners with an addition 144 targets. The rest, large 8 gigaton ship-buster missiles, continued to thunder onward.
In the gulf between the two fleets, the vastly outnumbered Skeelzanian pilots put their craft through radical turns, the physically superior Skeelzanian body withstanding the enhanced Gs...barely. Heavy plasma bolters shot out at the flimsy Imperial craft.
By now the whole fleet, aside from the Dosadi which continued to exchange broadsides, had reoriented itself to face the Coredians. The two Deimos destroyers screamed in, heavy armaments blazing away the the much larger Coreworld vessels.
Losses: 1 Teutonic, 5 fighters, slight damage to the Dosadi's engines and steering

Admiral Munch watched closely, before slamming his fist against the control board. He also happened to hit a tech's hand, and being Aryan, the hand was easily crushed beneath his muscular construct. Carmine fluids leaked to the floor of the corridors as the tech was taken to the Medical Ward to be operated on.

OOC: Well, its kind of tricky since SKZ hasn't declared war on TFU (yet) or FC, but only on Coreworlds, it can't be truthfully called the Solaries Blockade Conflict or whatever. For the time being, Skeelzanian historians will refer to my conflict as the Skeelzanian-Coreworld War, though at its current rate its going to morph into the Skeelzanian-UFP War(s) soon.

Over seeing the battle the federal Executor class opened fire
The large executor SSD turned towards the battle … there turbo laser battiers targeting there phaser and torpedo tubes readying … then a huge explosion of green and crimson energy rushed out of the executor gigatons upon gigatons of fire power poured in to the skeezlanin fleet. Massive amounts of fire power rapidly fired for thousands of turbo laser battiers on the executor , massive amounts of proton photon quantum and other missiles Poured out of its missile tubes all homing in on the enemy fleet

"Damnit!"
To: The Federal Union
From: Admiral John Munch
FC is pulling out of the Solarais-Blockade Conflict. We might engage in the conflict between Coreworlds and Skeelzania though
A sudden vibrant light fired from the top of the Apocilyp... The light, vibrant in the tele-monitors of the Skeelzanian fleet. Soon, the CDAC system was active, inflitrating and gaining access of Skeelzanian communications. Upon the main vidio screen of their fleet, Admiral Munch appeared: Being a rather diplomatic man, I ask you to back down and allow CoreWorlds to succeed against your fleet. We, a relitively peaceful (As of now) nation doesn't wish to harm you or form hostile actions against you, but we must protect our allies. You have 24 (NS) hours to comply...
The channel closed as the electricity and control of communications was returned to the Skeelzanian people... The Admiral, awaited their answer as he pulled the two fleets away from the Solarian occupied planet, the two Death class Star Destroyers drew close together, and were surrounded by the remainder of the fleet around 2,300 KM away from the Skeelzanians...

The Skeelzanian fleet ignored the FC message, aside from switching to semaphore communication. Instead they continued to pound the Coreworld and Fedral fleet, though things certainly weren't looking good. A second frigate exploded under the enemy barrage, and one of the Phobos' was reporting extensive damage forward. Onboard the battlecruiser, Gar ordered a broadside directed at the Executor.

Gigatons of major fire power poured out of the executor continuously towards the enemy ships

"Captain! One hundred fifty two vampires approaching the bridge! Engaging now!" Point defense lasers and decoy missiles launched at the missiles, taking down dozens of them, but many more still bore in. They impacted the bridge shields, which bled off the energy. The bridge shields are double-layered as opposed to the rest of the ship, meaning that the enemy would have to put that much more effort to destroy the bridge.
In the gulf between the two fleets, the vastly outnumbered Skeelzanian pilots put their craft through radical turns, the physically superior Skeelzanian body withstanding the enhanced Gs...barely. Heavy plasma bolters shot out at the flimsy Imperial craft.

The A-wings (think smaller Zigs) were able to keep up with the Zig fighters, as they dove and looped, hit and run, utilizing superior maneuverability and speed to their advantage. The slower but more balanced X-wings went on the defensive, making sure that any fighter or missile doesn't get through.
The Star Destroyers and Cruisers blasted away at the enemy destroyers, firing massive broadsides into the enemy sides, and losing shield energy with each major hit by the missiles and railcannons. The Cruisers were able to keep their shield percentage higher than the Star Destroyers, as they emphasized double and triple shield redundancy over firepower.
Losses:
One frigate, two fighters

The Admiral didn't neccisarly want a conflict... But.. He was an ally of Core. "Start the Schuldig cannon turbines!" Every tech looked at him in astonishment. But they soon issued the order for both of the Death class Star Destroyers to start the Thayloron engines.
Deep within the bowells of the stations, long tubes filled with solenios tablets lit up, releasing a drastic amount of heat and energy. The black helmet dorned techs at the Schuldig cannon control center flipped several switches before an order came over the comm system: Warning! Brace for firing of Calamity's Schuldig ray! Fire to be targeted at Dosadi battle cruisers most heated area! The Techs heard, and began the final preperations for firing.
The countdown began as the Dosadi (Sp) continued to engage the TFU and Core fleet. Their engines giving off a drastic amount of heat. The second station, Apocilyp was prepared to fire, but wasn't firing at his round. The fleet knew they were protected, for a great precussion minefield completely surrounded them, and the Scimitar super warbirds were ready to fire their smaller, less damaging, but still catastrophic Thayloron rays.
"Fire!" came over the comm system...
Eight neon glowing orbs became visable at the crater that was the exit point for the cannon. Beams of the same hue launched out, merging, preparing to fire as a great single beam, and release a holocaust down upon the Dosadi... After several seconds that seemed like a life-time, the beam fired. A great green hued beam careened across the sky, impacting and completely piercing through the center, slightly nearer to the rear, section of the ship. The ship, impacted was seen jerked from its trajectory by the Admiral, flames coursing from the hull and inherds as the Thayloron ray expanded, begining to consume a large portion of the ship, immobilization started and finished. The ray ceased, and they immediately began the proccess again. It took less time, for the engines were already hot. The Calamity fired this time, coursing through a large portion of the Skeelzania, fleet, expanding, and removing a large chunk of the division. It to, began preparations to fire again, about the time Apocilyp was ready again.

The captain of the lead ship laughed a bit “he said we have the orders fire arc long rage missiles!” 8 ships began to fire hundreds of powerful missiles towards the enemy ships in the system the mine sweepers and front ships move in starting to fire torpedoes at the enemy constantly . torpedo after torpedo poured out of the fed ships towards enemy ships just then a group of 40 transports dropped out of war they carried 250,000 clone warriors in all and 1500 walkers / tanks .
The ships continued to fire torpedoes and arc missiles as the mine sweepers being covered started to sweep the area for mines .

OOC:
????? TFU, when did you jump into my system. More to the point, when did you RP tracing me? CF, the entire idea of temporal travel blocking works thusly. Although this is only based on my theories on temporal travel (which are : you manipulate time and create a ripple in the time-stream. Agh. I have never been good at explaining such things) The temporal disrupter disrupts temporal travel in the area in which you attemt to come out. Or more accurately, it send the temporal travelling ships to a random place in the universe. It essentially reflects the effect of the bend of time. It isn't an UBeR device, and I put a fair bit of thought into it. As I said, everything is based on my own theories, which are probably wrong, but no one has actually developed time travel yet. (In reality) So if I said I used a pink bunny generator, and it worked as temporal travel...
Also, TFU. Before you jump into the system, it might be a good idea to check for a trap, or maybe send probes ahead. As it is, you made a huge tactical mistake. Let me explain something. You couldn't jumped into X-22 and pulled towards my planet. You would've been destroyed. (All of this is OOC, just explaining a few things) I have a massive minefield, with each mine covering 20 Km cubed. Each mine also uses a one-time propulsion system, which can go 50km in about 0.1 seconds. I have layered the system like a sphere, considering the facts these mines are cheap as crap. You could break through the field, but by warping in, there's going to be a helluva lotta mines after you all. I then have a large gathering of ships there. Let me put it this way. You know how castles were well defended, back in the medieval ages. This is much akin to a castle.
IC: As the TFU fleet was fighting the Skeelzanian fleet, the Grand Commandant smiled. " Fools" He muttered " The Fedral Union is doomed!"
He then pressed one button.
Hundreds of mines began to activate, flying towards the TFU fleet, ships flew up into the air, laser batteries were activated. With the flick of a switch, he brought up the system status screen.
(note the fact none of my ships are especially good, but the mass production taken on, made quality a little worse. This is basically my entire fleet.

OOC: TFU. You won't be able to go foward very fast, due to the extremely copious amount of mines.
IC: The admiral smiled. This was more his game, with the enemy ships exactly where he wanted them. He told the fleet to advance, and fire gravity wells at the minesweepers. If all went well, the enemy would be destroyed in time for Execution. He looked momentarily at the massive barrage approaching him, and grinned outright. He ordered the rest of the fleet to fire on the torpedoes. Most of the phaser shots hit mines, and did not affect the fleet.
And when the rest of the barrage arrived...
(BattleSong status computer)
(Refraction shielding activated)
(Planetary Power Source utilized)
