This HENN, today Achilles revealed the secret Hellas bomb which id formerly known in the Hellenic Army as the Hellas V Thermonuclear bomb. This is what Emperor Achilles had to say about Hellas.

A Warhead designed for a single Warhead based ICBM due to its power. This new weapon comes directly from NTG Military Research and is one of the most powerful Weapons of Mass Destruction in NationStates. Though, at a price. The Weapon's destructive power is due to research in the field of 'Compactive Explosives in Nuclear Weapons' - which came to the conclusion, that like all things, Nuclear Weapons were capable of miniatarisation. The end result was a warhead which attributed these qualities by shying away from the theory that 'the higher you can stretch the critical mass ratio in terms of weight, the more explosive it is' - This meant that this warhead is produced using lighter lab made, highly unstable radioactive materials (that were preivously too unstable to use - but thanks to advancements in materials and electromangnets, this is no longer the case) to provide the radioactive core, and stretching the ratio of critical mass, while the low weight of the materials compensates for the massive amount.

With an incredibly high yield of almost 100 Megatons, this is the most destructive weapon known to man. Its blast radius extends almost 40 Miles out meaning not just a city will be destroyed in the event of any attack. But every single surrounding town and village as well. This weapon has only been tested once in Underground laboratories, and thus, not much is known about the effect of fallout. Though it is expected that the fallout exceeds 250 Miles, and that the density of radiation in this area is enough to kill 58% of people within this area.
Likely Urban Casualties: 20,000,000+

When he said the tests where completed we doubt they where completed underground and that’s why we asked where. He refuse to say anything on that question. Rumors are going around that they where tested on International Waters, which is illegal in the UN and some other nations will object to it. This is all for now.

I hope you mean megatons, cause 650 kilotons isn't even close to the most powerful nuke ever made.

Sure you don't mean 650 megatons?

And it's up there in power, at least for Modern Tech since Future Tech is in the gigaton and occasionally teraton range, but I dunno about the strongest.

OOC: I dont think 650 megatons is possible. As i said we use "unstable" radiation to make it so the bomb dosent have to be huge to do a huge explosion.

OOC: Go for 60-100 MTs. Stronger then the SS-18s I used when I was MT...

The bomb is still under mass production but we will soon have it available to specific nations.

OOC: KT and MT, etc. are talking about the explosion, not the amount of substance. For 1 MT, it means the explosion would be the size of the explosion from 1 megaton of TNT. See?
