Seeing as our previous requests have been pushed off the board, the Prime Nomad/Guardiean has now grown impatient and has requested that all those who were willing to import uranium to Neo Cannen (specificly the The Unfree Dictatorship of Harrylandia, The People's Republic of Rominique and Paratonia although others are welcome) please now come to this thread to begin negotations regarding the size of your import. We require at the end of these procedings at least two hundrued thousand kilograms of uranium in order to fully arm our new weapon systems

We are prepared to enter into negoatations regarding our new anti terrorist weapon. The weapon in question (Project Whitehall) is a weapon based on the principle of using extrmely powerful ionising Gamma radation in explosives and as pulse blasts. For security reasons the exact details of the technology cannot be outlined but its effect in an explosion is that rather than producing concussive force, it sends out a blast of Gamma radation, killing all in the blasts radius. The key thing here is we have delevloped a computer controled inhibiting energy field which can neutralise the gamma radation and thus can control the size and shape of the blast, so in theroy you could touch every wall in a building but not outside of it. The technology will be available in several forms, hand weapons (sinper rifles to send gamma pulses through walls, as nothing short of a mile of lead will stop a focussed gamma blast) and grenades and bombs from aircraft (which can be pre programmed to detect just how far the blast radius goes). However, to trade for this, we will only accept millitary hardware. We would trade in aircraft, submarrines and tactical weapons for comparble supplies of these weapons. The negotations begin from when we have confirmation of the Uranium that is needed to power these weapons will be traded with us. We must implore you however that this weapon is only anti terrorist and not to be used on other nation states and we have the ability to self destruct any weapon we sell from a remote location. I hope that we can stamp out terrorism with these new weapons.
