Peace in Le Havre(All involved in Crucible, come)
In the open city of Le Havre(Not inside the closed borders of France), Chellis is holding a peace conference. We must discuss peace, or war may come about, something Chellis really does not want. We are sure that everybody wants to see tensions lowered, and so we ask that every involved nation sends at least a diplomat. If a diplomat wants guards, he may bring one for each diplomat sent. Our concern is preventing fighting, not killing off small ambassadors, and we want all nations diplomats there to feel safe.

He will be accompanied by a single bodyguard.

As we are hoping to seek a way of peace into the situation while still being able to get the crisis diffused as effectively as possible, and in the interest of peace and stability, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is considering to send the Minister of Foreign Affairs Wen himself into the possible peace conference, with the appropriate security personnel. As we hope to avoid war and needless deaths, we hope that the nations involved in the crisis could look into this possibility to save unneeded casulties, while also getting a beneficial result out of this.
The Consititutional Republic of Rotovia shall send Senator Sarah Feilds in the intrests of peace.

The Pontifex of the Greek Order will attend. He relies on the security of Le Havre and the Chellian policeforce.
To give late nations a chance to send people, the conference will be start at (6:00pm est), though it may last for quite a long time. Chellis has stepped up security in the city to make sure no rebel French forces try anything stupid, but so far, Le Havre has been left alone, being an open city, seen as not even under Chellian real rule...though quite obviously being.

In order to show how important the Fuhrer of Unified Sith regards these peace talks, he himself will be attending. Already on the way to West Germany he will make a small de-tour to the French protected city in an attempt to stabilise the region. This is the first time he has ever left Unified Sith and as such he is very anxious, there will be four Vangarian Guard accompanying him.

We will make sure all precautions are taken to protect the Fuhrer, we see no problems with security, as nobody even knows the location of the area except us(When the leaders arrive, we will lead them to the area in secret).
