Ic-
"Due to the recent deterioration of the FSI situation, with our intelligence operatives speaking of possible foreign terrorists and special operators using nuclear weaponry in a first-strike against FSI, we have been forced to call an international conference to discuss this matter and how it can be satisfactorily resolved for all concerned.
We would like to be known that it shall be the policy of Mississippi to regard any attack against FSI as an attack against Mississippi, as there are currently over three hundred thousand Mississippian soldiers, two hundred thousand advisors, and over three hundred thousand sailors, along with tens of thousands of pilots and maintenance crews, in FSI. As such, any attack against FSI that results in the death or maiming of just one Mississippian, will result in a retaliatory strike against the nation, government, or terrorist organization found to be responsible.
As for the matter of foreign intrigue against FSI, we will make it crystal clear, that while I do not personally agree with their institution of slavery, and I am trying to stamp out the slave trade in our African Commonwealth Territories, I believe that the fundamental right of national sovereignty, in FSI is at stake due to liberal intrigue and masonic-jewish cabals. I must therefore make it crystal clear that any attack against Mississippian ships attempting to trade with FSI, will be considered an act of hostile terrorism. We will not allow the economy of FSI to be strangled and smashed. If necessary, we will bankroll them until this crisis passes.
As for the matter of the approximately two thousand ICBMs in FSI, they are currently under Mississippian control and will remain as such until the FSI crews are adequately trained to handle them. The missiles will not be removed, at least not as long as the security of FSI is seriously threatened, unless they ask that we remove them. But we will not remove them unilaterally so long as their security is threatened.
We are therefore asking the leaders of the world to gather together with myself and the leader of FSI and meet to discuss manners to ease tensions and avert any possible conflicts."

The nation of Avadria recognizes Mississippi's current deployment in FSI, however we still stand by our decision to board and seize any illicit cargo found by our blockading forces. No land invasion or sea-based attack has been planned nor will one be implemented unless of course we are provoked.
The Minister of Defense, a stern, grey man of the age of sixty-two approached the microphone. Into it, he uttered something to the effect of, "Non-agression pact..." before hurriedly re-taking his seat.
The High Illuminatus are interested in a peaceful end to this.Ankhmet has no wish to send some of the smaller states involved nto an EMP-blasted no-technology zone.
The Empire of Pyta is prepared to attend the conference regarding the future of FSI, and we are Dispatching the PNS Pytan to service 100 miles off the coast of FSI, where it will deploy two of its largest Battlegroups to the task of defending the island from so-called liberators.
We Are prepared to allow the use of the Pytan as a location for this conference, as well. All official emmissaries will be granted an armed guard unit and protection under law as citizens of Pyta. You may, if you wish, forgo either of these priveleges, and are welcome to bring you're own guard unit
Ankhmet will contribute 5 'scorpion' Carriers to the defense fleet.
The Ankhmeti delegate will have a Guard of 4 'Scorpion's Tail' special forces troopers. The Serafimans have already sent what appeared to be some kind of prostitute in what we belive to have been an assasination attempt. We are careful.
As for the Avadrian delegate, we will be bringing the ten members from the Imperiales Fallschrimjaeger Korps, Gewehrgruppe 221.
Greetings.
We will be sending a diplomat to this conference, as we have already brought 1.2 million females from FSI to Sharina.
Best Regards,
President Rand Veristek

The Militant Imperium still has only one objective in our affairs with FSI, and that is the total disarmament of any Nuclear, Biological, Chemical warfare capability.
Vlad has already proven himself untrustworthy with regard to the sovereign rights of other states; Tyrandis will not stand for a nuclear-capable FSI.
Remember, our fleets are still conducting exercises along the shores of Female Slavery Incorporated. If our demand is not met, FSI will face an attack worthy of the name Automagfreek.
Regardless, Tyrandis will send General Ayumi Hamasaki to attend this meeting.
She will be guarded by two companies of Morning Musume troops.
I hope that this will not turn into war...
However, our threat still stands; unless FSI disarms, we will attack.

Ic- She may bring a ten man guard detachment.
Ooc- If she sleeps with the delegate we send, it'll likely improve her chances of convincing him of her argument. We're going to be sending Minister of the Interior Arthur Frick, he's quite the ladies man, a stark contrast to the Czar who has only been with one woman in his life (his wife)
The conference will be held in Stahlecker City in Western Sahara, we suggest everybody at least arm their diplomat with a pistol and bring 1-2 bodyguards, there are still some terrorist issues in this land where there are pockets of radical muslims.
The Delegate from Emanara will bring a two woman guard but will not be personally armed.

* Aboard Colonial Airforce VIP Transport #4 Bravo, Boeing 737 at 50,000 Feet *
Secretary Kelli Perim and Senior Agent Micheal Drake were engaged in a quiet conversation at the front of the massive aircraft that was thier transportation to the international conference in Decisive Action. While the surroundings of the two Colonial personel were elegent and luxurious, the topic of thier discussion was of a much more utilitarian nature. "Alright then Secretary Perim, do you have the slide motion down now?" asked Drake. Perim nodded. Cradled in her hands has the metallic form of a SIG P221 .40 caliber pistol, the standard sidearm of military and federal forces in the Democratic Colonies. "I think I've got it okay." said Perim, before carefully ejecting the pistol's magazine, pushing it back in, and then chambering a round. "Good, good - that's exactly right Secretary." said Drake reassuringly. Perim smiled and held up the sidearm, aiming across the aisle of the aircraft. "It's a bit heavier than the old Berreta 92s the Colonial Government used to issue." she said, lowering the weapon. "I imagine that the recoil's more too. I suppose there are reasons for everything you do, but it's been quite some time since I've had to carry a sidearm of any sort on a diplomatic outing." she said. "Don't worry Secretary, I'm sure you'll never have to use it." said Drake. Perim shook her head. "I know agent, you and your team will keep me safe, as always, but I've got a bad feeling about this one. The fact that I've been issued a sidearm, the fact that you and your team are to carry submachine guns whenever allowed - hell, the fact that we're going into Decisive Action for the love of God. They're insane - no one says so in as many words, but the atrocities of DA speak for themselves. Even the statement that invited us here had references to 'liberal intrigue and masonic-jewish cabals' - no reasonable people actually believe that the bloody stone masons are out to get them..." Perim leaned back in her seat as Drake looked on, a concerned look on his face. Such an outburst about another nation was unusal for Secretary Perim. "Secretary... Are you alright ma'am?" asked Drake. Perim gave the agent a weary look. "It's nothing Drake. It's just that... Well, I suppose you and your team should know incase something happens. Shortly before we left, Colonial Intelligence Service Section 3 gave me thier profile on the DA Minister of the Interior, Arthur Frick. The CIS dosen't expect Czar Fabus to show up himself at the conference, just Frick... and CI3 believes that if I were to somehow seduce him, or present the illusion that I've been seduced by him, or simply find some way to sleep with the man, that we might have better chances of success at the conference." Perim leaned back further in her seat, slowly sinking into the soft black leather of her chair as she spoke. Drake fought to contain a horrified look from breaking out onto his face, but failed miserably. "Ma'am... you're not going to do it, are you?" he asked. Perim shot him a look that contained a mixture of feelings. "I have no intention... Perhaps..." Perim hefted her pistol in her hand as she considered her response. "I'm not sure." she said finally. She toyed with the integrated laser sight on the weapon for a moment before allowing it to drop down into her lap softly. "I'm not sure..." she repeated. Drake seemed like he was at a loss for words, he had never been confronted with a situation like this before. An akward silence cast itself between the two as Perim slowly rose from her seat, pistol in hand. Dressed in a conservative black business skirt suit, she had just enough space to fit in a holster for the sidearm near the small of her back, where it would be concealed by her jacket. After sliding the polished metal of the sidearm into her holster, Perim brushed her hair aside with a hand before continuing. "I hope that I don't have to." she said. "But there's more at stake here than just me and my body - there are over 3 million women at FSI, and I have an obligation to them. War could break out, countless Colonials could die, we could lose alot of good people. I don't want to do it, but if things require it, what choice do I really have?" she asked, her voice struggling to remain steady. "Secretary Perim... I trust that you'll do the right thing." said Drake quietly. He too rose from his seat so they stood face to face. He had led her personal security detail a little over 8 months now, and had known her to be willing to do almost anything for the good of the Colonies... almost anything. The two simply stood in silence for another moment before the voice of the pilot came on over the intercom. "Secretary Perim, Senior Agent Drake, we are now approaching DA airspace." he said, his voice slightly distorted by the effects of the intercom. "Roger that, inform our fighter escort to peel off and return to Kearond Colony." said Perim. The 737, which had previously been escorted by a flight of 32 F-111D Super Aardvarks, would be heading into DA alone. "Inform DA of our position, and await instructions." finished Perim. The confirmation of the pilot crackled back down the intercom as Perim sat back down into her seat. Drake continued to stand akwardly for a moment. "I... ah... I need to check on the team, make sure the other agents are good to go." said Drake before walking away at a rapid pace. Perim heard him go as she turned to look out the window - there was a beautiful sunset ongoing that cast a long shadow over the wings of the last of thier fighter escort as it slowly turned to head back to Kearond Colony, probably with multiple midair refueling stops en route. The 737 and the souls onboard it would be alone for the time being, until DA gave them landing instructions.

The air traffic control cleared them to land at runway 14, after they landed they found a convoy of cars waiting to take their people to the hotel where the conference was to be held. The first thing they noticed was hundreds of guards, police, and soldiers were patrolling the grounds in and around the airport. They saw men with Stingers on the roofs of the terminals, ZSU-23-4s rolling alongside BMP-3s and T-98 tanks parked in garages. Their ears were dealt a great amount of pain as a MiG-41 went to mach 4.2 as it passed overhead, the captain of the guards laughed, "I see you've met the MiG-41, nice thing eh? Well my name is Captain Arthur Nelson, I am here with the Roger Fabus SRG Division, if you follow me, my company will take you to the conference and the Czar.... But first."
The SRG company leveled their OICWs and XM-8s, two men walked up to each of the DC personnel and stripped them of any and all weapons, knives, guns, grenades, pencils, pens, anything that could inflict bodily harm. Nelson chuckled, "The Czar is often paranoid, follow me we shall go now."
After a twenty minute drive, the convoy of cars, BMPs, T-98s, and mobile SAMs came to a halt outside the massive hotel. Nelson opened the door and stepped out, he was in the same limousine as the DC guards commander, they'd had a nice chat about the requirements of their respective jobs, what the SRG was all about. The man was most shocked when Nelson told him about the 300 mile march through the desert all RG men who wanted to become SRG men had to endure, 300 miles, 3 gallons of water, 12 packs of rations, one rifle, nine magazines, and a ninety pound rucksack.
Inside the conference room, the DC personnel were led in, the Czar was sitting in a large armchair, with Arthur Frick in a chair to his right, and Henry Stahlecker (governor-general of Western Sahara) in a chair to his left.
Roger chuckled when he saw the team ushered in, "Welcome, welcome, how are you?"
Ooc- DC, please use spaces between paragraphs, etc, it makes it easier to follow and easier on the eyes. Thank you.
Ambassador Drandel took a sip of his water and set it down on the small wooden table next to his chair. He turned to face the three men who would vital to the diplomatic mission in DA.
The first being his advisor, Pter Geim. An older man, in his late fourties, the late Foregin Minister Geim had been invaluable to Hans in helping him prepare for the coming meeting.
Assisiting Geim was a young, but experienced, intern named Nori Fallsburg. While Geim was coaching Drandel, Nori had done his best to retreive as much information on the foreign ambassadors as well as their destination. As well Nori had also been requested to bring a glass of ice water for Mr. Drandel.
The third and most important man of the evening was Unteroffizier Lugard Das of Imperial Fallshcrimjaeger Gewehrgruppe C-9327. His presence painted an odd image on the cabin of the plane. Das, dressed in full combat gear (minus the helmet) sat in one of the black leather chairs, surrounded by more expensive furniture and amenities, making his plane trip much different than the ones he was used to.
Das and his team would be responsible for the safety and well-being of Ambassador Drandel and if the need be, they would also assist and support allied guards and offical's if a situation arose.
"Mr. Drandel... we should be nearing DA airspace soon" The young intern said. "I'd recommend you make any final preperations now sir..." He said, before taking a seat in his chair.
"Right then." Hans said before finishing off his glass of water. He stood up and approached a small mirror hanging on the opposite end of the cabin. Mr. Drandel looked into the mirror, studying his features. Frowned as he took note of the slightly graying hairs encroaching on the brown. His face appeared slightly wrinkled around his eyes, reenforcing his aging. "I'm surrounded by the youth of our nation..." He said to himself upon observing the reflections of the other members of the room. However his eyes fell upon the older Mr. Geim and Hans shook it off and smiled into the mirror as he adjust his red, silk, necktie. He adjusted his lapel pins, the left one featuring the Flag of the Empire, the other of the Flag of the Homeland.
Drandel took a seat back in his chair and turned to Unteroffizier Das. "Shouldn't you be getting your men ready?" He asked, raising an eyebrow towards him.
The young Unteroffizier stood up and responded: "Yes Sir, I'll make sure they're prepared at once" Lugard left that section of the plane and proceeded towards the back were the other nine members of C-9327 were.
Meanwhile over the intercom an announcement from the cockpit came. "We have now entered DA airspace and our escorts are turning back" The pilot said, while his co-pilot contacted local DA air authorities and notified them of there present location.

The air traffic control guided them with their landing on runway 4, and they were promptly greeted by four squads of SRG who proceeded to confiscate any and all weapons from each and every of the personnel, before they led them to nearby limousines and ushered them in for the twenty minute drive to the hotel.
Once at the hotel, they were warmly received by Czar Roger Fabus himself, he stood up from his chair, clapped his hands and shouted to a worker, "Drinks, for all the guests, on me! Bring them within two minutes and here is your tip!" he waved a large bundle of bills, at least fifty 1000 dollar bills.
Roger turned to the newly arrived ambassador and chuckled, "Enjoy the flight?" Before he turned serious, "Take a seat, and we'll get down to business..."
Mr. Drandel and his entourage were very surprised at the warm welcome they received from the Czar himself. Emperor Baiziel rarely made public appearances and almost never spoke publicly either, so this was a fairly unique experience to the men.
However noting the bundle of money and the jovial attitude, each of the Avadrian's coulnd't help but wonder if the Czar was 'all there.'
"Mr... Fabus" Hans began, unsure of what to title the Czar. "We are deeply honored by such a warm welcome." He said, the others nodding. Das took off his helmet and motioned for the others in his team to do so. "And I agree we must get to the matters at hand." Hans bit his lip not sure where or who would start. He figured the Czar or whomever was speaking on his behalf would begin.

The Czar snapped his fingers and immediately Frick started talking, "First of all", he said in a very demeaning tone, as though an adult scolding a child, "His name is not Mr Fabus, he is Czar Fabus, Excellency Fabus, or Most Exalted Whiteness, or Brigadier General Fabus, General Fabus, Doctor Fabus, or just Sir..."
He suddenly chuckled, "Now that we have that issue cleared up, let us get down to business, we will not allow FSI to become a negro colony of african liberals and asiatic marxists, nor will we allow the jews to plant their flag of conquest on the sovereign soil of FSI, we would sooner see the world plunged into a war than the jews stretch their slimy tentacles across another nations borders."
"What do you think? Should we all not strive to avoid a war which will give world jewry such a great boost in power and influence? My Czar thinks so. Take world war two, it gave the jews a great lift, they gained Israel a few years later in 1948 because they got people to feel sorry for them and buy into their bullshit stories about what were simply detention facilities and nothing more. But that is another matter, you can read about that in my book, 'Debunking Histories Greatest Lie: The Holohoax and the Those Who Keep the Lie Alive Today', I will gladly give each of you a copy, signed of course, after this conference is concluded. Well, what say you? Should we not attempt to band together to fight world jewry? Rather than help it?"

Hunt shifts in his seat, anxious for this flight to be over. Amy Laxineta, his head advisor is seated across from the minister. She is a tall, elegant woman in her 30's.
"We cannot back down from our stance," Hunt utters as he glances out the window. The aircraft is entering DA airspace, soon Hunt would be face to face with these people.
"JRV must stand strong, but we must try and co-operate with DA where ever possible. War must be avoided," Davison replies.

"You may land at runway 5 at the Henry Stahlecker International Airport in Stahlecker City. This is Western Saharan Air Control approving your landing. We request you leave all weapons, any pencils, pens, stabbing implements, firearms, etc, on the plane, it'll save us time of having to confiscate them, you'll be searched anyway, regardless of what you do, it'll just save time and get you to talking with the Czar quicker, yes the Czar himself is here. We ask that you bring nothing, no objects, just yourselves."
Once they arrived, they were thoroughly searched and all objects that they forgot to remove from themselves were taken, to be returned at a later date. After the searches, and the drive, they found themselves in the spacious conference room at the hotel. The Czar sitting quietly as Arthur Frick spoke.
Mr. Drandel's eyes widened at the unexpected scolding by Mr. Frick. Hans had never dealt with royalty before and was much more used to buisness like diplomacy.
"Right then, my sincerest aplogies Czar Fabus" Hans said, deciding on the less ridiculous of all the titles.
Hans was very surprised at the language coming from Frick. He could tell that this man was devoted to the obvious cause of the regime. Mr. Drandel was really at a loss of words after that speech. However he collected his thoughts and cleared his throats.
"I do not believe the matter is that of communists, liberals, blacks, or jews invading and seizing control of this island. Unless I am mistaken the matter at hand is that of the general situation on this island." Hans said, somewhat annoyed. "The slavery, especially of the kind practiced and integrated into FSI's economy is shameful. Such acts as that have no place in the civilized world, I am certain you can see eye-to-eye with me on that." Hans adjusted his tie. "No country can call itself civilized and then go about selling, buying, or even encouraging practices such as slavery. It's utterly despicable. Especially when it involves using young women as it's sole, quote 'product.' As well I believe that you are thinking to rashly when it comes to a potential invasion by one of the said ethnic or political groups, after this crisis is over. However I think it is too soon to hammer out the details on the fate of the island itself." He said, concluding his statement.

Roger nodded after Frick looked to him for encouragement. Frick sighed, "We have credible intelligence reports to suggest the jewish plan to annex FSI is part of their plan for "Greater Judea" annexation of the entire middile east as a prelude to annexing great portions of the world. The jews want the white female slaves from FSI to work in their own slave brothels so they can make the money instead of the mob making the money. As to the issue of slavery, my Czar."
He turns and smiles at his leader before continuing, "My czar in his infinite wisdom, has decided slavery must be phased out in FSI, we will not pull our military support for then the afro-asiatic bloc would claim them as they have claimed far too many a once-white run nations, but we will apply economic incentives for them to abandon slavery. We will offer them two hundred billion dollars to convert the sex slave trade into a voluntary prostitution trade, would this be acceptable to you?"

"Yes, I entirely am in agreement with my Avardian friend here. The acts of FSI are unfair, unjust, cruel, and completely callous. We appreciate the fact that DA is in agreement, but we do not think allowing FSI to hide behind you will resolve the situation. JRV doesn't care for land grabbing; we only care that these women are freed."
"If it is the plan of the Jewish community to incorporate slaves from FSI or anyother nation to there own supposed slavery program, then that is something, if it does indeed materialize, that must be stopped. We do not want another situation similar to this current crisis again." Hans said, addressing the first issue.
"As for the issue of what to do with the women, we agree wholeheartedly that the slave trade must be eliminated, however your solution would only add to this quagmire. I look at FSI as being a corporation built around the trade of slaves before seeing it as nation whose econmy is built around the trade of slaves. Therefore the company itself must be dealt with. What we should do is either totally restructure the company and gear towards a new goal, or it must be completely destroyed. In either scenario I believe that control of the island and or company must be placed under an international provisional government, possibly consisting of the members in this conference." Mr. Drandel said, giving his plan.
Taking a glass, Hunt threw some whisky down his throat before rising to speak unannounced.
"Since DA has so many damned military units on the FSI island, we suggest that DA just take damned control of the place. As radical as it may seem, we believe it the best solution to this messy matter. JRV would fully support such a capture of FSI by DA, providing the 3 million women are either handed over to the allied forces or insured freedom by DA. Why offer them money, when you can just take their land? At least then you don't have to worry about Jews. You know FSI is solely about female slavery, why else would you call yourself Female Slavery Inc.?"

The Czar spoke for the first time, his voice was soft at first, "No, there must be no international control, and there will be no international control. FSI will not become a Lebanon, or a Kosovo, no, not at all, unacceptable, totally unacceptable."
Roger rose from his chair, his 6'6 height looming over all the others present, his voice started to boom and carry throughout the entire room, "No! The world has no right, no cause, no justification to interfere in the matters of a nation of sovereign citizens, citizens whose very laws allow for this practice, as horrible and detestable it may be, they have voted for this. I will not see any nation attempt to attack them or actually attack them."
He motioned with his hand, smashing a fist down into the palm of his hand before wrapping the open hand around the fist, "We will bury any nation that attempts to harm FSI." He sighed, "We will not allow the jews to make FSI into a colony based upon jewish-masonic cabal oppression, not now, not tomorrow, not ever!"
He sat back down to catch his breath.
Jochain Xuliewa approached the debating delegates, then bowed towards them.
"Pardon me for being late. My convoy was held up and had to double checked for weapons and dangerous objects.
Could someone fill me in what has happened so far?"

OOC:
Sorry if it was like a "god-mod" bringing my delegate right into the conference, but I didn't want to fall too far behind.
The young intern shot up from his seat, just as Drandel was about to repsond. "FSI is not a nation, it is a corporation!" He shouted in response to Fabus. "Your Exellency, surely you can see that" Norin added, his voice lowering, carrying an almost pleading tone.
Drandel cleared his throat loudly, signaling for Norin to sit and allow him to speak. "I can guarntee that no forgein power already associated with this situation will be involved in the recovery. That includes any Jewish, Black, Asian, Communist, Liberal, or what ever you have. They will not be involved."

Roger shouted, "My God man! Are you insane, I've given my word, my word is my bond, my honor, I cannot... No I will not, betray my word! Not now not ever! I am through listening to you. I am going up to my room, I will come back down when I have suppressed the urge to kill you where you stand..."
With that, the 6'6 giant of a Czar looked down at the man, glaring into his eyes, burning of hatred and the desire to strike him down where he stood, then and there, suddenly the Czar spun around and marched off towards the staircase that would take him to his room
(He hates using elevators as he prefers the exercise stairs offer)
Frick chuckled, not changing his position with one leg crossed over the other, he raised his glass, "Cheers, you just pissed the Czar off, the man who controls the missiles not only in FSI, but in the entire Federation and Commonwealth, the man who holds the power of life and death over all Mississippian citizens and indeed the entire world."
Frick grinned.
"If he wants somebody dead, they'll wind up dead, one way or another... He is not nearly as extreme as his father was, granted Roger shut the gulags down and granted nearly ten million political prisoners amnesty, but the one thing he surely has that his father had, he always keeps his word... Curtis promised to smash the jewish power in Mississippi and he surely did that. Curtis promised the Indians would be safe on their five reservations, and indeed they still are. Our leaders keep their words. Honor is very important in our society, perhaps in your backwards society honor means nothing... I have no idea, but the Czar will return in a few hours... So what shall we talk about?"
A young, fair-haired soldier seated closest to the JRV delegates area, glared over at there ambassador. Even as a soldier, he knew that such conduct and language was unacceptable in a meeting such as this. The young soldiers opinions were shared by everyone in the Avadrian delegation.
Hunt's mouth dropped as the Czar stormed off. He turned towards Robert as the man spoke to him.
"He can take my life for all I care. I am here to see what I can do for the 3 million poor women. What shall we talk about? I thought we were going to find a peaceful means to this mess."
Laxineta sitting behind him shook her head in terrible disgust. This wasn't the man who should have been sent, but would those idiots listen? She got up to leave the room, hopefully make contact with the capital...
Jochain Xuliewa sighed as he stood up from his seat.
"Gentlemen, it appears that we all agree that female slavery is a terrible thing. As some of you people already know, my nation has purchased 1.2 million of these women. What Female Slavery Inc. does not know is that we have already begun the process of re-educating these women to become useful members of Sharina society.
They are given several rights, such as freedom of personal identity, choose towns or cities they want to live in, and they have the right to eat or wear what they want. Most of all, they get paid for their labor.
They are to work menial jobs such as secretaries, factory workers, garbage women, and so forth. They are to do so until they recieve higher education via schools and colleges, and pass tests of loyalty to Sharina to root out rebellious and potential terrorists. Then they will be permitted to become full Sharina citizens and enjoy all the rights and privileges of being Sharina citizens. In addition, they will be allowed to apply for advanced jobs like engineers, technicians, businesswomen, railroad operators, scientists, and so forth.
After all, we can't have angry young people disrupt the Sharina economy and nation."

Laxineta turned taken a little surprised at first. She smiled at the man, seeing an opportunity.
"Certainly..."
Hans shook his head and rest it against his hand. "This is all going to hell..." He muttered after Frick left the room.
The soldiers spent there freetime now, just talking amongst themselves. Their job of serving as guards was obsolete as there weapons had been taken. Their sole purpose here gone. Boredom had crept up on them quickly.

Frick smiled, "Follow me, we'll go to my room, sound good?"
He led her towards the elevator, being a less adventurous man than his leader, he preferred the elevator over the stairs, anyway, he ran some ten miles a day, what the hell did he need the stairs for. Granted the Czar always tried to average a swim of twenty and a run of five miles a day, he always tried to stay in shape it seemed, the Czar was a great guy. But enough of that Frick thought, the real idea here is to get this woman upstairs and out of her clothes and into your bed. Frick smiled as he spoke her to her,
"So ma'am, shall we go then?" as the elevator door slid open and he stepped inside, waiting for her to join him.
Jochain Xuliewa took a glance around the conference room then began chuckling much to the surprise of the other delegates.
"Gentlemen, I think this conference is kind of moot, as the delegate from Female Slavery Inc has yet to arrive here. Should we be dictating over its fate like overlords, or should we wait for the Female Slavery Inc delegate to arrive?"

A young and attractive brunette woman, about twenty years old, slowly walked over to where Hans was sitting. She sat down next to him, asking softly, "Sir, is this seat taken? I was in the other room and couldn't help but overhear the horrible situation being argued about... All those women helplessly in slavery with no hope for release, just awful... Tell me, what do you plan to do about it?"
Ooc- She is a Diplomat from DA and is working undercover to find out information, she's also been told to sleep with him to help relax him and make him less tense and angry for the meeting. That can come later, if you want.
"Well it doesn't look like we'll be doing much right now" Hans said with a laugh, although he was very annoyed.
One of the soldiers, attempted to cure his boredom, got up and meandered around the room, looking around at the decorations as well as the people. "It certainly is odd that they chose a hotel..." He said to himself as he continued to look around.
Hans was very surprised by the presence of the young woman. He cracked a smile at her comment and motioned for the intern to move over. "Here's a seat for you... and it's nice to see some more people agree with me... in a less extreme fashion at least." Hans sat in thought for several moments, pondering what he would do. "Well... it really isn't up to me. I'm just a representative. But I think what we would like to see is an international resolution to this crisis... the dismantling of FSI, and the establishment of a new government on this island..." He said to woman. "Hell, we could let the former slaves rule themselves in due time... still, they'd need some men there as well..." Hans added, half joking.
She smiled and strutted in after Frick.
"Of course."
Conference room...
Hunt sat back in his chair grumbling to himself, ignoring the Avardian. He was a stuck up little rich boy who really had no clue of what he was doing.
The DPS men stood in a corner, talking to one another. They occasionally looked over at the Avardian soldiers. All were tall men with tanned skin, dressed in expensive suits. The DPS men speak in heavy middle-eastern style accents, though in English.

Once up in his room, Frick started to undress almost immediately after he'd shut and locked the door. He turned to the woman, "Well, shall we get right down to business?" he asked with a grin.
Jochain Xuliewa began to shift uncomfortably in his seat as the other diplomats wandered around and seemed to lose interest in the talks. He began rubbing his forehead and massaged his temples.
He began muttering to himself, perhaps a little too loud.
"This is wonderful. Nobody seems to be listening or doing anything. At least nobody can say that Sharina didn't send a delegate. What am I to do in the next few hours?"
She brushed back her blonde hair and grinned back, she began undoing her shirt.

Hans was taken aback by her proposal. He knew exactly what she was talking about. Hans adjusted his tie and shifted uncomfortably. "I'm sorry miss, but I'll have to refuse your... offer. I have a wife and daughter back home."
However Hans, taking note of the boredom of Norin, decided to make a suggestion to the woman. "Maybe Mr. Fallsburg would take you up on that offer." He said, motioning towards his intern.
At the mention of his name, Norin turned to see what was being said about him. The intern raised eyebrows, he wanted to know what was being said about him.

"Or Alex for short..." Norin added to Helga's remark about his name. "It's my middle name... most people call me that, just when we have to be formal." He felt his face go a bit red when she asked him about his job. "Eh... I mostly file paperwork and act as a go-between for Mr. Drandel. I was the city champ in Philadelphia in Neshoba County, well at least two years I was, one year I had to go up against Paul Stahlecker and I was KOed in the second round, that man is one tough son of a gun!"
Jochain grinned.
"Twelve years? Impressive. There is a mandatory marital arts program in Sharina where every Sharina citizen begins training at 4 years old, and doesn't stop training until they are twenty years old.
They are taught several different discplines. The kids start off by learning Judo so they are able to protect themselves aganist larger opponents. Once they reach 8 years old, we add karate to their training.
That way, the kids will learn how to defend themselves before learning the attack types of marital arts. This also teaches them discpline first before rage and power."

DA personel were quickly making thier way across the room, handcuffing everyone present. Drake began to speak as a pair of SRG personel placed a pair of handcuffs on him. "I believe that your safety may be at risk - myself and the rest of the team are now restrained as well as unarmed, and DA officials have openly proclaimed that they hold the power to kill anyone here. Ma'am, I believe that we should depart this conference immediately." he said, a strong look of concern and worry clear on his face. Perim brushed a few strands of hair away from her face before she too was handcuffed, and then began to speak. "While the situation is... horrific, to be honest at this point, we must stay." she said. "Our personal safety might be at risk, but our objectives outweigh any potential risks we could be facing - 3 million women. 3 million lives are at stake here, as well as the entirety of Second, Third and now, Fourth Fleet. We will stay. We will talk. And hopefully, we will find a peaceful resolution. The DA offer to provide cash incentives to FSI to get them out of the slave trade sounds acceptable - but that relies on FSI accepting it as well. And thus far..." Perim glanced around the room before continuing. "Thus far, FSI hasen't sent a diplomatic envoy."

My envoy wasn't handcuffed. Avadria's envoy was.
My diplomat merely pointed out that guards who know marital arts won't need guns to harm other diplomats. What's to stop a vengeful guard from suddenly chopping someone's throat with his bare hands. That sort of thing.
Besides, my people never kill people with marital arts unless they are locked in mortal combat without any ranged weapons (guns, arrows, throwing objects, etc.)

A long black stretch limo pulled up to the confrence building followed by two black SUV's carrying Mrs. Rutter's security personal. The guards in the SUV's quickly got of the cars and then they reached for there 9mm hand guns. "Lower your weapons gentlemen, and give them to the DA security, we are not allowed to have any sort of weapon in the facility." Mrs. Rutter said calmingly. The DA security personal then showed Mrs. Rutter and the Tylinoa gaurds to there private quaters.

Roger suddenly strode back into the conference room, the female diplomat and the Avadrian diplomat also returned a few minutes after he had, the two of them were still readjusting their clothing. Roger shook his head at them and that sat down.
He chuckled, "Well everybody, I am back and this conference will continue, I would have your handcuffs removed but the captain of my guards assures me that at least one if not all of you might try to kill me, and I cannot accept that as I am the leader of my nation, a husband, and soon to be a father... My wife and I just spoke, she told me she is indeed pregnant, that is the main reason this conference must continue... I want a world fit for my son, I hope it is a son, to grow up and live in." God forbid what you attempt against my family or myself should succeed, my brother William will inherit the throne, until my son comes of age, and William would raze your lands into the ground."

After a good night's rest, Mrs. Rutter began to get her documentation to present to the board. She gathered all of her notes and went strait to the board room. There were just a few ambassadors in there at the time, she set up her notes on the overhead and then began to give her speech. "Good afternoon all of you, as you all know we are here to discuss the problem that is happening with FSI, the nation of Tylinoa believes that this act should be terminated immediatly but in a peace full way."she said taking a slight pause. "The nation of Tylinoa proposes that we set up talks with the FSI to give the women the choice to leave or stay." "If some of the women stay they shall be treated with respect, are allowed to have breaks between working periods, dental and health benefits provided to them, and to work in a safe and healthy enviroment." she said as she looked into the crowd of ambassadors. They were mumbling, she wasn't sure if they liked the plan or not. She slowly began to pack up her notes and she went out of the room towards her qaurter's." I hope they think this is a good resolution to things." she said mumbling to herself quietly.
Mr. Drandel took the stage again bringing up a major factor that he felt hadn't been fully realized. "Ms... Rutter is it? I ask you this simple question. Is it a country you plan on rebuilding... or a corporation? I think that is the first thing on the agenda we must address. I personally wish to raise a safe, habitable, country for these women to live in. Not some company that provides them dental and a nice retirement package." He said, not taking his seat until she responded.
"I am sorry Mr. Drandel, I also believe they should not be in that country or to have a nice country to live in, it was just a plan, not the entire resolution to the problem." "I know there is a better resolution what is your suggestion Ambassdor Drandel?"

Ooc- There may yet be women there, he has a habit of not always paying attention to details when not in combat.
Hans Drandel nodded to her response and brought up his idea. "First and foremost we must oust the current corporate government that is in power. Then occupy the island in order to prevent any potential invasion by an outside power. During that period of occupation we would work to build an infrastructure as well as establish an actual government on the island. Of course it's people would have the choice of whether they wanted to stay or leave... but we wouldn't give them that until we declared the nation able to support itself. The last thing we want is a refugee crisis on our hands."

Secretary Kelli Perim coughed softly to get the attention of the assembled dignitaries. "I find the idea proposed earlier by Czar Fabus to be worthy of further exploration. The bailing out of FSI financially to get them out of the slave trade? If that is coupled with the shift of FSI into more of a government type entity instead of corporate, I believe that could prove to be an acceptable solution, if elaborated upon."

"First and foremost your Exellency, I apologize that we can't see eye to eye on this issue, but I feel compelled to bring up a counter to your arguement." Hans said, feeling a bit uncomfortable challenging a ruler who held his life in his hands. "Surely you do not think that... that a pack of women would raise up arms against us? As well I see this crisis as a direct result of the lack of a government. All it is, is a company led by some uncivillized man who makes his money off of the sales of individual humans."
Hans adjusted his tie. "The situation here is about the slaves... the slaves are the property of the company. In order to free them we must change or eliminate the company." He said, still stressing his proposal.
"However... I am in agreement with Secretary Perim in exploring your proposal. I believe that all ideas must be examined." Hans added before taking his seat.

Roger nodded, "Very good, well the women will most likely all wind up becoming voluntary prostitutes, as that is the only profession they know... We have no interest to educate them in work other than what they know naturally, the money is just to buy their freedom. I would however be willing to pay three hundred billion to educate the men and women of FSI to the moralities of our state religion so they can all reconcile and settle down to raise families to breed Aryan children for the never ending struggle against the jewish parasite. For the jew is the plague of mankind! The jews are our misfortune!"
Roger was standing by the end of his little speech, gesticulating with his hands and arms at the last few sentences.
Hans sat in silence just blinking, surprised at how he was able to work his religous propaganda into his statement. He mentally shook his head. "I'll never understand these relgious zealots..."
However Hans did nod in agreement to there unfortunate profession. It wasn't pretty but the Czar had a point, it was all they knew. "So would the people of FSI be under DA authority or there own? Hans shook his head and turned to Norin and Pter. They discussed amongst each other for several minutes before all three of them stood up. "Your Exellency" Said Hans, stepping forward. "The Avadrian delegation is in agreement with the Decisive Action resolution, given that the distribution and selling of women as property, whether it be for sexual, labor, or what ever kind, will no longer be apart of FSI's buisness operations and be outlawed on the island."

She folded her arms, frowned, and sat back into her seat, wanting to sink down as far into it as she could to hide the embarrassment that was evident all over her face.
Roger continued, "Well now where was I?" He glared at Helga, "I can't remember where I am, somebody caused me to forget what I was going to say."
He stood up, "I need to use the bathroom, I'll be back in a minute, hopefully by then, certain women will have learnt to keep their eyes and ears open, and their mouths closed. And hopefully I shall remember what I meant to say."

This is insane. Perim thought as Czar Fabus left the room. The way the Czar treated Helga - are the women of FSI simply going to be taught to be subservient to men, as well as intolerent, racist and religously fanatical? Perim glanced around the room to gauge the reaction of the other national representatives. The Avadrians seemed paticularly suprised by Czar Fabus' outburst, but then again, most of those present did. A life in DA would admittedly be better than any life of sexual slavery, I suppose, but it's hardly the Colonial Dream those people would be living if Czar Fabus' actions are any indicator of what's waiting to greet them here. Deciding that she needed to determine how the slaves of FSI would be treated if sold to DA, Perim leaned forwards in her seat and began speaking, both to Helga and the assembled DA officals in general. "Helga, gentlemen. I'm a bit concerned about the attitudes and treatment the women of FSI would face here in Decisive Action if the plan under discussion was carried out. Was Czar Fabus'.... treatment of Helga indicative of normal behavior here?"

Helga smiled and shook her head, "I should have known better than to interrupt the Czar, I'm just lucky he didn't slap me... I deserved to be slapped, if he wanted to have slapped me, that is... But the Czar, he is deadset against hitting women, even though our laws allow a husband to have a disobedient wife flogged, or fathers to have daughters flogged, and such. But now, the Czar did nothing abnormal, I interrupted him and he corrected me." She frowned and sank back into her seat. The Czar was still in the bathroom.
Mrs. Rutter stood up and began to speak,"The nation of Tylinoa has another plan that may just work, if any nation has a covert ops team, we could gather the women every night from the plantation camps." pausing for a moment. "The covert ops teams can secretly enter at night, gather has much women as possible and then get the h*ll out of there." "The teams would also place c4 in each of the plantations to destroy the camp."she said in a strong toned voice."Yes, this plan will take casualties from the FSI and maybe even our own men, but i doubt the FSI will give up just with peace talks, they will fight until all of there men are dead." (Helga) "That idea is absurd!"
Frick smiled and closed his mouth, nodding for Helga to continue, she seemed surprised, "Are you sure, sir?" She asked him. He smiled, "Yes, of course, go on."
Helga rose and started to speak, "We cannot, indeed we will not allow you to invade a sovereign nation and deprive them of their property. Yes property, as currently the women are the property of the FSI corporation. We intend to purchase them, the white women will be brought into Mississippian territory and then educated before being released into society."
She sat back down and Frick rose.
Frick started to walk about the room, "I believe the best thing for the white women of FSI would be marriage to Mississippian men, we have far too many who are not married and these women will be penniless, homeless, and needing protection. We can arrange for meetings between the men and women on individual levels and see if they hit it off, if not, well there are plenty of other men in Mississippi. The point is we need to think of what is in the best interests of the women. White women are not to be raided against and carried off by stormtroopers from other nations, no, Helga is right, that will not be allowed. We will find a solution satisfactory to our policies, the rights of the women, and the citizens of FSI. Our main concern is for the economic stability of FSI and the safety and well-being of the women."
Frick sat back down, smug and confident that he'd made his point well.
The Czar came walking back into the room from the bathroom, he sat back down in his chair and crossed his right leg over his left knee, waiting to see what they were going to say.

"Your Excellence, Czar. I apologize for the brashness of my colleague. His rudeness is inexcusable, and I asure you that he was not speaking for the Republic. On behalf of my country, I apologize. They wondered what was going on. They had no idea that the 1st Commonwealth Western Saharan Field Army, along with the 3rd Republican Guard Armored Division, and the 29th Federal Expeditionary Corps, had just been destroyed by the rebel slaves and the artillery fire was from the city garrison to cover the retreat of the Stahlecker City garrison sent to relieve the Field Army (they got there too late to do anything, battle was already over)

Of the federals, twenty two thousand were elite Republican Guard. Currently this city is being surrounded by about four million slaves as we speak, but the garrison can hold until help arrives. We have two hundred and fifty thousand soldiers behind walls, bunkers, in trenches, and then there is always the moat and the minefields in front of the city."
He finally turned around, "I hope for your sake, you don't try to fly out of here, our soldiers are jumpy and might mistakingly shoot you down, or worse yet, the enemy might have anti-air capabilities we don't know of. Granted they are only rebels, but they've been learning fast."

The captain was a tall man, 6'8, massively large, he smiled before sitting down and then started to speak, "Well ma'am, do you like the Czar? Impressive man, isn't he?"
Elizabeth shrugs. "He must be very capable to lead a nation of so many, so effectively, with such opposition from other world powers." Her guards rub their wrists as she moves towards her quarters.
Mrs. Rutter was awakened by the firing outside, she stayed awake a couple of minutes and called the front desk, where 2 DA security agents answered and sayed what had happened with the slaves and the commonwealth soldiers, she couldn't seem to fall back asleep after hearing that, but she eventually fell back asleep.

Elizabeth answers quietly. "Recovering. Good evening, officer." And she walks the rest of the way to her room with her guards. and she had been doing.
She watched as the Czar leaves. She wasn't sure what to think of the news, whether it was good or bad. Turning away, Davison saw the DPS men finally being released. She offered a sigh of relief.
"Good. I thankyou," she spoke to the commanding officer.
With that the DPS men and Laxineta left for their quarters.

The members of the Alexandrian delegation each went to their rooms. Although seperate from each other they all felt the same. Thoughts of despair, anxiety, all stemming from the tragedy that was the so-called 'diplomatic conference' coupled with a city under seige, by slaves of all people.
Ambassador Drandel shook his head as he sat looking out the window of his room. "We come to try and free the slaves of one nation... then we are consumed by a slave revolt in the very nation that proposed this conference..." He took a drink from the glass of scotch on the table and sighed. "Still... we must take it one step at a time I suppose..."
"Yes, you are right..." Norin said, pouring a glass of scotch for himself. "The priority should be women... especially those serving as... as sexual slaves" He said, a noticable tone of disgust laced his voice as finished. Norin sat on the bed looking out into the night. "Lets just hope that we all remain safe..." He said, worried about the revolt.
Hans nodded, taking another drink. "Don't worry Norin... I am certain that we will all be fine. After all we are in the company of the Czar and surely his men will not let anything happen to him." He took another drink and set the empty glass on the table. The ice ratteling as he did so. "And if we are killed, well then His Exellency will surely have an international crisis on his hands..." Hans said, chuckeling at the grim joke.
"Or a brilliant piece of propaganda" Norin cut in, half serious. "The terrible black man in all his savagery kills the Aryan delegates from lands afar." He said, gesticulating with his glass, his voice rife with sarcasm. "Either way I'm sure we'll be okay..." Norin said, reassuring himself.
"Yes... most likely..." Hans said pouring another glass. "But if the slaves know that Czar Fabus is here..." He said, motioning to Norin with his glass. "That could drive them to even greater lengths to get revenge..."
"True..." Norin said, although he still tried to remain positive. "But security's rather good here." He said laughing, knowingly understating the extremes security took.
Hans laughed adding. "I'll drink to that" He said taking a drink of scotch with Norin.

Helga was getting ready to head back upstairs and she smiled at Norin before whispering, "Remember which room I'm in, come visit me in a while if you'd like..." She then gracefully walked out.
One of the two security personnel turns to the captain. "You must forgive her for her abruptness. Our nation has been through a very hellish experience very recently and our current status makes it...difficult to talk about it." With that, the two guards follow the ambassador.
After several more minutes of joking and drinking with Hans, Norin left for his room. He walked the hall, past the soldiers rooms, towards his own. Helga's offer still in his mind.
Norin opened his door and walked into the room. He sat on his bed not really sure what to do. He wasn't tired, still worried, and overall bored. Norin soon found himself heading for Helga's room, not really sure what to say, but he still decided to go up. He approached the door and hesitated. Norin finally knocked and stood waiting for her to respond.

Norin grinned in response. "That's brilliant idea..." He said slyly. Norin took a seat beside her on the bed and looked at her, admiring her beauty. However he was troubled. "Helga..." Norin said, his voice hanging on her name. "Tell me... how do you feel about this... this revolt...?" He asked, his bright, blue eyes gazing into hers.

She frowned, "The Czar's servants were packing his bags, that is all I shall say... As for the revolt? I think it will be crushed, but the Czar is ready to flee, just to be safe... Anyway, the governor-general of Mississippian Egypt has already brought fourteen divisions here and he has almost seventy more on the way. John Tallmadge, have you heard of him?"
Norin felt his spirits drop at the sound of the Czar's plans. "That name doesn't ring a bell." He said, trying to rememeber the name he had never heard. But nonetheless he felt relieved that many more troops were on the way. "As long as they don't enter the city..." He said, stating his fear.

Helga smiled, "Right now Governor-General John Tallmadge, a former field marshal, with over twenty years experience, has six of the best Mississippian Egyptian parachute divisions bolstering the cities garrison. He is getting ready to march out with his men to link up with other infantry divisions and do battle against the rebels... That is what I overheard the Czar saying, anyway..." She patted the bed as she lay down on it, stretching out, "What say enough about battles and we move on to other subjects?"
Although Norin was very interested in military affairs, he was much more interested in other subjects to talk about at the time being. Norin lay down beside her, elbow rest on the bed, his hand propping up his head. "So.. what other subjects did you have in mind?" He asked grinning, his eyes searching her body.

Norin was pleasently surprised by the advance she made. He leaned forward and kissed her, gently slipping his tounge into her mouth. Norin continued to lean in towards her, their mouths still locked. She moaned in pleasure as he kissed her neck, she started to massage him harder. Outside they could hear light and medium artillery, meaning the fighting was getting closer to the city perimeter, but still at least ten miles away. Neither of them really cared since they both knew the slaves had no way to get through the minefields, moats, trenches, and beyond the bunker and wall line.
A small gasp escaped Norin's mouth as she continued to massage him. He continued to kiss her neck, moving down to the crook of her neck and back up. Norin brought his free up against her chest and returned the massage.
The sounds of artillery were completely out of his thoughts, although in the other rooms, the delegation were getting continuely anxious.

Outside the shelling was getting dangerously close, the slaves had a number of artillery batteries but they had no idea on how to work them. They were just firing them blind.
"At your command..." He said slyly with a grin. Norin slowly began to remove her top and panties, admiring every inch of her body. He embraced Helga, passionately kissing her. Then Norin finally obeyed her request...

Meanwhile in the other rooms, Hans was now on his bed, the bottle of scotch had drained significantly. She sighed, "I can hardly ever open my mouth without being told, "shut up, woman"... It's just awful."

Norin smiled at Helga's request. "Yes, I believe we do have dual citizenship policies in some regard... Although if it is a citizen you wish to become you would have to swear alleigance to the Emperor... and I am not certain how that would sit with Czar Fabus." He sighed, as he thought about his country. How nice it was to be able to share the greatness of the Empire with someone who knew so little about it.
"In Avadria, women are well respected and treated as equals... for the most part." Norin said. "Women cannont hold a political office or reign on the throne, but any other job is open to them. Whether it be as an ambassador, a police officer, a doctor, or even a soldier." Norin said as he continued to explain. He decided to leave out the fact that military training was mandatory for all citizens, in the case that they must defend the Empire. Instead he continued to paint the picture of Avadria.
"I can guarntee you will be never told to 'shut up' by any one." He said with a smile, placing a gentle kiss on her forehead. "Unless of course you spoke against the Emperor..." Norin reminded himself.

Suddenly a small explosion echoed from the south part of the building, havoc broke out as an fire alarm rang through out the building. DA gaurds were trying to calm everyone down. Mrs. Rutter's security personal had now surrounded her, trying to protect her if anything else were to happen. A couple of DA security agents went to the south end of the building to check the damage.
Disturbed by the noise, Miss Washington and her guards step back into the lobby, hoping to discover more. She smiles politely to Mrs. Ruttler. When the explosion goes off, she gasps, looking quickly around. Her guards, disarmed, immediately flank her, assuming fighting stances.

All of the DA SRG along with Arthur Frick moved towards the remote end of the hotel, rounding the corner where only the janitors closet was... They suddenly disappeared in just the time it took Mrs Rutter to look away to see what the noise was, however this time the wall stayed open, jammed...
A couple of minutes passed by, everyone had started to calm down, DA security agents reported that no one was injured, there was just a big hole in the kitchen area. Mrs. Rutter looked at the janitor's door and saw the opening, "Hmmm, I wonder?"she said it in a curious voice."Mr. Johnson(one of her security personal) send 3 men over there to see what that is." "Yes ma'am, you 3 go down, report back in 20 minutes, move!" he said in a stern voice
Norin fell back aside, his arms folded behind his head. He nodded in agreement with her. Norin himself could relate. Whether it was running copies, faxes, finding reports on nations and there government, studying international laws, interpreting, or what ever else Mr. Drandel needed, Norin rarely received any thanks, only criticism for what he did wrong, or forgot to do. True, he loved Mr. Drandel like a father, but never really felt like his work meant anything.
"All you need to do is remain assertive... tackle the hard projects... make a name for yourself..." Norin told her. He had been trying ever since he was taken in as Mr. Drandel's 'Diplomatic Assistant' but never was really recognized. That was one reason why he was so charged about coming to meet with Czar Fabus and discuss an issue of enourmous magnitude. He saw it as finally being a chance to suceed and eventually become a full Ambassador.

Hans was even more ratteled by the blast, it was bringing back bad memories for him and Mr. Geim could see that. He again tried to help Hans calm himself, however they were greeted by a sudden, forceful, knocking on their doors. Mr. Geim wairily got the door, somewhat surprised to see the Avadrian soldiers in there full kit. Although he had to admit they looked fairly ridiculous without their weapons.
"Is everything okay in here?" Unteroffizier Das questioned as he surveyed the room. Everything seemed to be in order except for the dissheveled ambassador. "Sir, we are going to move you to a safer location" He said, although he wasn't sure where exactly. Das just figured they could find a storage room on the first floor, or a parking garage or something solid. "We checked Mr. Fallsburg's room and he wasn't there... But as for now we have to move you." He said before leaving the room, Hans following, supported by Geim.
They proceeded down the stairs to the first floor, the soldiers still feeling uncomfortable without weapons. A few however had improvised by taking the shower railings off from their rooms and using them as a makeshift polearm.

Miss Washingtom smirks faintly as she and her two escorts follow the guards.
The rest of Mrs. Rutters security personal followed Ms. Washington, they couldn't find Mrs Rutter, they thought she might have been in front of the group going to the secret elevator.

Anyway, I was also trying to think of a nice way to say that showing up on page 12 of the RP is too late to get into it, and I didn't think your involvement in this discussions RP would work as it was already well under way and I didn't want to cramp it with more characters than I can keep track of. Sorry, but I was looking for a nice way to basically say, "Keep out of this one please", without having to OOC say it and embarrass you, so I said it IC in a pleasant way)

Ooc- Good point, okay, you can have your men in the bunker with the rest and we'll just gloss over the insult part and pretend it didn't happen. But as for your help, we can't have that, this slavery revolt is part of a preplanned RP with another nation, also you are future tech. You may attend the conference, but please don't go blasting people or slaves. Sound good?

fine, the Fortresses (except the diplomatic one ) will leave and the insult thingies can be edited out...
Hunt sat on the end of his bed, a drink of brandy in his hand. The artillery fire appeared to be growing closer and he had yet to find out exactly what the hell was going on. This whole conference so far had achieved absolutely nothing, and now this.
There was a knock at the door.
"Coming!" Quickly he rose and marched over.
It was Davison.
"John, it's a slave revolt. An entire DA army has been lost; 4 million slaves are surrounding us at this moment. The city is under siege!"
He gasped, "Christ!…"
"The Czar has advised us not to leave, or risk being shot down by slaves. He promises this will all be over shortly…"
Hunt shook his head in turmoil, "Let's hope so..."
"How typical of this place, though," she sighed.
"Oh, I know. We were invited here to dicuss ways of dealing with a slavery matter and now this! Exactly why I was weary of the women being taken in by DA . God..."
"Yes, indeed."
There was suddenly a lot of shouting and commotion coming from down the hall. Several DA guards hurried past, before any questions could be asked.
Special Agent Inspector Clinton of the JRV Diplomatic Protection Service rushed over to the room, accompanied by the rest of his squad.
"Minister, we have just been advised the southern side of the building has been struck. We have to get you to safety."
"Bloody brilliant," muttered Hunt.
"Sir, we have to go now!"
***
Surrounded by the 10 bodyguards, Hunt and Davison hurriedly made their way down to the first floor. There appeared to a gathering of delegates and SRG in the lobby. A great deal of excitement was going on.
Captain Nelson suddenly appeared in the lobby, "Attention idiots, shut the hell up and and follow me this way to safety!" He proceeded to lead them all through the wall passage to the secret elevator to the bunker. He allowed everybody except the El Cid folks into the bunker.
The JRV delegation eagerly made its way down to the safety of the bunker.

With the Czar's announcement, dismay fell back on the JRVians. The looks in their faces were evident of this, though Hunt this time refrained from commenting - instead watched as an Avardian diplomat lost his cool and was restrained by colleagues. Davison sat quietly next to him.
The Czar looked at Helga, "Don't worry, I respect your decision, you may maintain your Mississippian passport and citizenship." For the first time, she smiled at the Czar, and then did something totally unexpected, she ran up and hugged him, he jumped back, "Stay off me woman! I'm married! Have you no restraint!" then he chuckled, "Just kidding, but really, please don't touch me, my guards freak out when people make sudden moves towards me."
Helga walked back over and knelt down by Norin, holding him in her arms, "Norin, do you need a doctor?" She asked with genuine concern.
"I-I'm fine" He said with a smile as he stared at her. Norin then pulled her close and hugged her, still surprised, although estatic, by her decision.
Putting the depression aside for a moment, the delegation offered applause for the couple, wishing them the best of luck. This was a usual JRV token of goodwill.

A few hours into the night, the Czar stood up, excused himself as he walked towards the center of the room, and started speaking.
"Attention, attention, I must leave now, very pressing matters back in Mississippi... Mr. Frick will stay here and continue this conference in my place. I thank you all for understanding."
With that, he walked out of the bunker, followed by several dozen SRG men. Frick sat in the seat Roger had been in and nodded at the few remaining guards to resume their posts.
Roger was flown out of Stahlecker city in a two-seater MiG-41 by Herman von Thaller. He managed to dodge two dozen SAMS and other AA missiles and all the hundreds of RPGs fired in a vain attempt to get the plane before it slammed to Mach 4.2 and sped back to Mississippi, arriving a few hours later safely at Stalingrad.
Ooc- Roger hasn't seen his wife in five weeks, he just found out her baby is a son, he's known she was pregnant for a while, but just learned it's a son. Also there are problems abroad that require his immediate attention.
"And the Captain refuses to go down with the ship..." Pter said to himself, remarking on the depature of 'His Exellency.' He had figured it was a lost cause and the Czar was leaving to save his own skin. Afterall, wouldn't his presence rally the men to fight harder?
"So when exactly will we finish this?" Mr. Geim asked Arthur Frick. Other than a few Avadrian soldiers, he was the only diplomat still awake and like every one else he was anxious to get home. The city was still under seige, the Czar had left, and there they were, trapped in a bunker in the basement of a hotel.

Ooc- Actually Roger has very pressing matters to attend to. He also hasn't been with his wife in five weeks and he couldn't be any more lonely or horny.
Ic- Frick shrugged, "Ah, this conference is basically dead, who gives a rats ass... We're pulling about seventy of the ninety divisions of FSI to send to other operations and campaigns, we really don't care what happens with the whole situation. But it should be known that if FSI realizes they have no conventional way to defend themselves, they will be more likely to resort to WMD use to defend themselves. So please don't take our withdrawl as a green light to attack them. Also, we still have the original twenty divisions there, remember that. We do wish to resovle the FSI situation as soon as possible so we can remove all forces and send them to more urgent theatres of operation."
OOC: Yes, yes, I know. It's just the way that the Avadrian's feel towards this matter. They don't know about the other issues at hand.
"Yes, I see" Geim said. "No attack was planned. Mr. Frick I can assure you of that." He said in an understanding tone, although he was glaring at Frick, under the assumption that they didn't trust the Avadrian government. "I am mostly just anxious to get home... I am certain everyone here is..." He said, motioning to the people around the room. The Avadrian soldiers who were still awake, nodding in agreement.

Frick nodded, slowly walked over to Pter, and then smashed his fist into the side of the man's head... He walked back to his seat, shaking his fist in the air.
"I just really had to do that... Okay, you idiots may leave if you wish, please note that the Czar left in a MiG-41, going mach 4.2 to avoid the enemy SAMS... Your private planes cannot go nearly that fast, so enjoy taking your lives in your hands."
He sat back down, crossed his legs and smiled.
Mrs. Rutter spoke up,"Mr. Frick, how can we get out of the country, the airfield has probably been bombarded so most of our planes are most likely gone." she said in a worried manner.
OOC: I'm pretty sure I mentioned it but Pter is an older man. In his late 50's or so.
Pter grimaced from the blow and despite his age he stood up, full of fire. "Mr. Frick, you disgust me! You should at least of some respect for your elders. We are guests in your nation and should be treated like it!" He shouted at Frick. During his tirade two of the Avadrians, one of which armed with the shower railing, approached Arthur, in a means to block him in case of another attack. As well the other Avadrian's began to stir as Pter continued on his rant.
"First we are defenseless, then we are cuffed, then a damned war begins!" He continued, gesticulating with his hands. "And now your soverign has left us here!" Geim finally dropped his hands to his side and sat back down, breathing fairly hard from the speech. He rubbed his jaw, although he never took his eyes off of Mr. Frick.

Frick shook his head, "No, the planes are kept in hardened hangars. As for you, old man, you must have expected that when you insulted my Czar. My leader has been in over three dozen battles, wounded, nearly killed... You remember what happened to him in Western Sahara a few months ago, yes?"

"And I respect him for his combat record, however I feel you should respect me as well" Pter said. "The Czar isn't the only the man to have fought in a war." He said, eyeing Frick. "I fought along side the Emperor back in 1976... The War of Thorns..." Pter said. He looked to the ground, hoping to forget the memories of that conflict.
OOC: The War of Thorns will be explained later in the biographies of the Emperor and Pter. Basically it was an Anti-Royalist revolution, fairly brutal but crushed easily, therefore it was a thorn in the Emperors side. Emperor Alexander II (Some name changes have occured) wasn't the heir to the throne, he was one of five sons. He persued a military career and was off fighting against the revolution. However the Imperial Family was seized and murdered by Anti-Royalists, leaving August as the sole heir to the throne.
"Mr. Frick do you know the safest route from here to the airfield and is there a weapons depot in this bunker." she said. "We all need to get out of here soon before they overrun the building, I am not sure if they will but just to be safe we need to get out."

The Colonial personel watched with horror as Frick physically struck Pter - the older gentleman seemed to reel from the brutal strike to his head. One of the junior members of Secretary Perim's protective detail stepped forwards, towards the two men as it became apparent what was about to happen, but Senior Agent Drake had waved him back with a discrete hand motion - thier one and only responsibility was the protection of Kelli Perim, and Drake didn't want his team to get involved in any scuffles between the DA SRG and the Avadrian soldiers. "Ma'am, it is my opinion that we should extract ourselves from DA as soon as possible." said Drake to Perim as Pter began to speak angrily to the assembled national representatives about his treatment. Perim nodded grimly in agreement. "I agree with you Drake - we're gone as soon as it's safe." she replied quietly. "Frick has admitted that the conference is dead, FSI hasen't even shown up, and the DA officials grow more violent as our time spent here increases. We leave as soon as it's safe, there isn't much else to be done here except get into more fist fights."

Frick shook his head, "Nobody is going anywhere, not yet anyway... If a stray shell hits one of you, we'd be looked at as rogues for getting you killed..."
As he was speaking, the radio in the bunker came to life, "Sir, the slave army, they're gone, they are out of sight of the city...Patrols report they've accepted the cease-fire the Czar has offered..."

Frick sighed, "Accept my apologies, ladies and gentlemen... I can tell you this though, off the record, DA is tiring of supporting FSI when they don't even bother to show up to the meeting about them, hosted by us... We consider it an insult... A few more such insults and we may just abandon them to the wolves... But for now, that is not the case."
