In a drive to defeat the evil Al Qaeda rebels the Taliban have begun recruiting their nation's first army.
The first draft, involving 20,000 Talibanis is costing the government 9.68 million dollars to recruit. The soldiers are being paid 484 per month.
They have yet to arrive and the government is looking for rifles to equip them with.
Military advisors are arriving from around the world to train the new army.
The Taliban defense budget is barely 494 million dollars before the recruitment drive.
