The Nation of Estholad is willing to enact with other countries in the following subjects.

Trade Relations

Embassy Exchange

We are looking for setting up embassy's in other countries that accept this, and also giving them permission for having embassy in our country.

We will require for our embassy's in other nations the following:
Housing for our ambassador and his family
Housing for 50 diplomat's and other personnel.
Housing for 75 military personnel guarding the embassy.
A helipad
A good location

The maximum limit of foreign soldier's in their embassy in Estholad is 100.

We will be glad to exchange embassys. In addition, we are intrested in reaching a trade agreement regarding your steel exports. We believe we would be able to supply your nessercery synthetic rubber imports problem.

We thank you for your interest. Im sure our Minister's of Trade can negatiate up the rest of the trade deal (ooc: so we don't have to rp it), but as for the embassy change. Do you have any request about the location of your embassy building? If it's ok, we have reserved a 5 story building in Downtown Mafos City.

And as for our embassy, we shall be sending our ambassador and diplomats, and military personnel in airplanes as soon as you confirm that you have the Embassy building ready for their arrival.

The proposed location sounds more than adequate, and we a currently renovating an Imperial Russian manor for your embassy. We hope that this is satisfactory.

That suit's our needs well enough. Hope that our countries shall be doing business and diplomacy sometimes again. The personnel for our embassy are currently on plane to Momanguise.

Due to the recent toxic waste spill, much of Tioszaea's marine life has been contaminated and thus unfit for consumption. Also, a new species of shark has arisen because of the waste, and even more fishies are dead. So, we would gladly open trade with Momanguise, offering some of our oil for some of your fish. My borders are open, and you are more than welcome to choose a site for an embassy.

The Dominion of Kotterdam would like to enter into negotiations for the right to exchange embassies with Estholad. We would require a compound capable of housing the ambassador, deputy chief of mission, and their families, fifty diplomats. As well, a compliment of fifty soldiers ought to be more than sufficient for the purposes of our diplomatic protection force when equipped with I-JOCS suits and riot suppression equipment. In terms of trade, the Dominion is moving away from a petroleum-based economy. As a result, our own oil fields, both off-shore and land-based may be able to meet your needs. We would be willing both to engage in trade for oil and to open our fields to Estholadian companies.

Additionally, your nation is welcome to compete in our national intoxicants market with its marajuana exports, but any of your producers will have to be able to compete with our domestic corporate operations as marajuana and certain other chemical intoxicants are handled within the Dominion in much the same way as cigarettes or alcohol. As a result, there are certain guidelines they will have to be able to meet and they will be entering into competition with established distributors.

Primarily, we are interested in your information technology assets. As our society becomes more advanced, we rely further on computers and computerised systems. Your corporations would likely acquire a number of government and military contracts as well as being able to compete with civilian organizations for a portion of our market. As well, the Dominion consumes a great deal of fish, and our manufacturers of foodstuffs are always in the market for a competative supplyer. We eagerly await your response.

Yes, we will begin importing silver in to your country. I will let my minister of trade negotiate the rest about prices and such minor issues. And altough we have a large enough industry in other soft drink's, we don't have any lemonade in our country(that's the stuff made of lemons right?). So therefore we would be more than happy ti import lemonade from your facilities.

Well, since your offer seem's to require that the fish are sent to you alive, and most of our fishing equipmen't isn't good enough for that to happen, this trade can't be done clearly. Still we would be willing to import your oil into our country.

As for embassy change, we have reserved for you a newly built 5-story building rather close to Momanguises embassy, in our capital the Mafos City.

And i will send in a few diplomat's to choose the site of our embassy and make needed preparation's, and when they're done our ambassador along with rest of diplomatic personnel and military personnel will fly to your country.

Ok. So we have two option's for the placing of your embassy.

1. A five story building in downtown mafos city Neighboring the other embassy's in our nation.

2. A larger, manor like building in the countryside, but still rather near to Mafos City. This building also has two barracks outside it for your military personnel.

And to the issues of trade:
We will be happy to start importing oil from your oil fields. However since most of business in our country is owned by the goverment (private bussines is ofcourse legal, but taxed kinda highly), we would propably not invest in buying your oilfield's as our own.

We shall send you a sample of 5kg of marjuana flower's for examining if it's good enough for your needs. However we do have our own quality controlling in our country, and our marijuana is grown with gentle hand's along the peaceful Estholadian countryside, but still under the strick surveillance of our health ministery.

As for the IT technology, it is one of the few branches of bussines in private control. Therefoe we can't do officially nothing more, than tell them that Kotterdamian market is open for them to move in. Consider that done.

And to the fish production our fisherman's and fish farmer's produce several specie's of fish. The most usual of them are: Herring, Tuna, trout, rainbow trout, salmon, zander and pike. In few week's reasonable amoun'ts of fish will start flowing into your market, and all of them fresh (caught 27 hour's from delivery to your country).

The fish need not necessarily be sent to us alive; some of the scientists that argued for human cloning have been cloning a few fish species, growing them in captivity. Once the toxic waste ordeal has been cleaned up, these fish will be released back into the wild, where hopefully they will repopulate and thus resupply Tioszaea with its own fish. This, of course, will probably take a few years. So until then, we'd like to offer you some of our oil for some of your fish that are fit for consumption. This does not mean that they have to be alive, and you do not need to devise new equipment for the transport of live fish :p . Does this make sense? If so, trade will start as soon as we receive verification.

A chopper will depart for the building that has been reserved for Tioszaea's ambassador, Weskin Hupour, and a few of his associates, along with some bodyguards. Our borders are open for trade and for your diplomats and such.
Hopefully these exchanges of embassies and goods will increase friendship and allied status between us.

The nation of Navarre II would be more than happy to exchange our surplus of natural resources in the form of metals and exotic birds, providing we can rely on your people for a steady income of the prescious rubies we need for a project in a classified field.

Knowing that these are not cheap, we will also supply you with many gems of other sorts we use in the production of Jym Stones(OOC: For those who didn't check my nation page, that is our currency). These range from diamonds to emeralds, and come into our store houses in vast quantities from our five primary mining cities.

As for this embassy exchange you speak of, we welcome you with open arms if you can do us this favor, and gladly establish our own to show your people that we are good friends to have. For the purpose of haste, we will allow you to reside within the grand palace in Jul'ont, our political hub for all our wandering villages, until our architects can create a suitable structure nearby for your diplomats to call a home away from home.

We are young, indeed, but we are trusting, and will not limit your entry into our lands... On one condition. You must not bring troops armed above the level of our legal citizen arms. This means a pistol, a knife, and a blade are your primary weapons if your troops are stationed here. Please note this isn't out of mistrust, it is out of respect for our citizens' comfort walking through the streets of our primary trading and political hub.

As for our own men, the majority of our people live in huts and shacks on the wasted plains or the rugged mountains littered with mines, so we expect little. We are but humble folk, and require you to spend no vast amount of stress and money in our name.

Our "Import of Soft Drinks" jury has declared that you lemonade is one of excellent taste, colour and flavour, and is even very healthy. Therefore we permit your import of lemonade in our country.

Ah. So there has been a misunderstanding. We apologize for that.

So therefore we ofcourse confirm and verify that importing of quality Estholadian fish to your nation will begin in a few days.

As for the embassy, we welcome your ambassador to reside in your new embassy.


Navarre II:

Im sorry, but i must apologize. We in Estholad do not have natural resource of rubys, gems, or other jewels. Alas we also do produce enough metal's for our own need's, and actually are even importing part of them. Also i believe that our pet shop's and such already have enough rare bird's, as they aren't so asked.

But as for the embassy, we have sent to your palace a chopper with our ambassador, a few other diplomat's and 10 bodyguards. The rest of diplomat's ambassador's family, and military personnel will arrive when you have completed our embassy building.

The armamen't of the bodyguard's have been restricted as you reguired.

And to your embassy, we have another 4-story building ready waiting for arrival of your ambassador, near to the other embassys' in our capital.

Thank you for your prompt response. As to the positioning of our embassy, the manor in the countryside sounds like the best option. We will need to upgrade the barracks with facilities to maintain I-JOCS. Although we will not station any on a permanent basis, we will also need to ensure that the embassy's motorpool can handle five AIT-17 Stormrider Armoured Infantry Transports and a pair of TA-01 Akuma Urban Combat Vehicles. Increases in hostilities or terrorist threats sometimes neccesitate a little more protection than even men in I-JOCS can provide.

As to trade, we find these arrangements quite satisfactory. In the Dominion, corporations aren't owned by the government. They are the government. We operate in a rather complicated system we like to refer to as a "corporate republic" which would be better explained elsewhere. The one alteration to this agreement that we require is as follows: We need not the base plant, but the final product of your marijuana industry. Essentially, we need to see the stuff that you sell over the counter to your own citizens before we can decide whether or not it meets our safety standards. Otherwise, this is quite a satisfactory arrangement.

We have a building waiting for your embassy along the Diplomatic road, Mafos City.

We agree to your recuirement's about you embassy.
However at any state you may not have anymore than 5 vehicles with your embassy, that's in our guidelines. Im sure we can work this out somehow.

Alas, back to our marihuana products. We use our kannabis rather "naturally". That mean's the only thing we do to the plant's after theyr collected, is dry them, and grind them. And we do sell non-grinded kannabis to people in our country, since sometimes they wan't to be sure that theyr cannabis is "clean", meaning no other cemichal's or plant's or such have been mixed in.

The sample we sent to you was just dried flower's. However, on your rquirement, we have sent you a new sample, wich has also been grinded. This time we also have have sent you grinded samples of also other part's of the plant.

Estholad Counsil Of Foreign Politic's

The Dominion wishes to express its interest in establishing an embassy in your nation, and are interested in any trade agreement in which we can acquire fundamental raw materials, such as steel, plastics, and lumber.

We would prefer to construct our own embassy, however we will accept any pre-fabricated building you have to offer.

In exchange, can have a building up in Ventei (capitol city number 4) within the month, designed to your specifications of course.

We find this more than fair. We shall modify the motorpool in such a way that it can handle both the TA-01 and AIT-17 vehicles, as their requirements are quite different, but we shall not station more than five in total at any given time. This should prove more than sufficient to our security needs. In fact, TA units would only become useful should your country undergo a major crisis, such as a civil war and the primary use of the AIT's would be to evacuate the embassy overland if it ever became neccesary.

As to your marijuana, we have examined it and found it more than satisfactory. Your farmers have recieved official clearance from the Ministry of Public Health to sell both unrolled marijuana to the public as well as raw product to our major manufacturers for use in their own prepared products. Although it is possible to find ground and raw marijuana on the Dominion markets, most DOK sales are in the form of pre-packaged and portioned joints that look like nothing more than a normal cigarette. This is the result of allowing Dominion-style capitalism in on the intoxicant trade - Things begin to look as professional as possible.

The Sultanate of Gruenberg would be very keen to exchange embassies with Estholad. We await your reply eagerly.
