Bonesacke, which has been under heavy fire for the last few days, is evacuating the nation today, for the nations demise is inevitable. The citizens will only be there for a few days, as they shall soon go to there new nation, Ramissle. However, due to time constrants I can't move them there for a few days, so that is why a Refuge nation is needed. Please post here if you can help.
