Itinerate Tree Dweller is building massive containers for the storage of the dreaded IG-BS virus. The containers will be located in the Axis Nova harbor, and will have piping, very thin and easily breakable piping leading from container to container.

The extact amount of IG virus to be stored is still undetermined.

In the event of a leak in the piping, caused from either lack of maintenance or some foolish ship knocking loose the pipes, the pressure inside the facility will increase and send the material to the surface. We don't want to pollute the water.

The building will commence when we find a suitable location on the harbor seabed.

The only harbor Axis Nova controls is a free trade port jointly administered by Axis Nova and Sileetris. While I can just put a big plastic bag over your setup, I'm sure Sileetris (who isn't a UN nation and also packs some of the nastiest modern/post-modern tech on NS) might have something to say about this. :)

Then I propose a mutual agreement, I will not build in your waters if you do not build in my waters.

Also, a side note, the ITD homeland is an island nation surrounded by our colonies, which are not UN nations. Because our colonies are not UN nations, they do not have to follow UN resolutions. We are completely surrounded, either by their landmasses or their territorial waters, so building in the ITD waters would require passing through the colonial waters. That would constitute an act of aggression on your part, and would be dealt with.

And by the way, ITD, you can't have the IG Virus as that would be violating the UN resolution about biological weapons. (can't remember the exact name, but it is in there....)

edit: If I can't get to your territory to build stuff, I won't bother trying. There are 30,000+ UN nations, after all :D

Isn't the IG Virus the virus that turns things into zombies...? if it is, Trekys fought these zombies with Nazi Weaponized Virus in one of their research facilities, we barely made it out with out squad. If anyo f this virus (the one i'm thinking about, or some other one) finds its way into Treky Waters or the surronding areas (which are my allies) will be an act of war and the contianers WILL be seized and destroyed, and we will consider u an enemy.

Any ships flying ITD(or its colonial states) flags will be detained by Sileetris Naval forces or be forced to turn around. Construction crews will be arrested and held until agreements are reached.
