Today the Prime Minister of Taliban was killed in a suicide car bombing.
The Prime Minister's entourage was stopped by a makeshift check points.
As his cheif of staff got out to have the check point cleared, one of the vehicles in the check exploded destroying the first 2 cars in the entourage and killing everyone in them, including the Prime Minister and his family.
The security detail in the following 5 cars exchanged fire with Al Qaeda militants who were hiding behind rocky outcrops killing 14 of them.
6 members of the Taliban Secret Police were killed in the battle.
The nation is in mourning as government officials try to find a new Prime Minister which is turning to be a very difficult job. No one wants the job cause who is Prime Minister becomes target number for the Al Qaeda insurgents.

To repeat, the Prime Minister of Taliban (the supreme leader of the nation) has been assassinated by terrorists in a suicide car bombing at an illegal checkpoint in the Harbaza pass.

Al Jazeera has played a statement from Al Qaeda stating that anyone who accepts the Prime Minister's post will be sent to hell by suicide bombers.

We do not know if this is against your laws but our Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yeoryios Papandreou would like to run for a temporary prime minister of Taliban. The only thing he wants is to help Taliban against the terrorists. Once the terrorists are defeated he will resign from Prime Minister of Taliban.
