The Imperial Government of Nansai City would like to establish an embassy in the downtown area of the capital city of Hillsland.

Requests concerning the embassy:

We would like to keep 100 armed guards.

We would like a parcel of land on which we will build a building of 50 stories to be called Nansai Embassy Tower Complex.

We shall provide our own vehicles that we would like to be unlicensed.

We request for a license to operate unarmed Nansai Government transport aircraft (such as learjets and helicopters) in Hillsland airspace to service the embassy as well as license to land in the capital's airport.

We request that power and water be provided to the Nansai Embassy Tower Complex. We will pay utility costs.

Requests concerning diplomacy:

We request diplomatic immunity for Nansai citzens within the walls of the Nansai Embassy Tower Complex, as well as for non-Nansai citizens granted asylum by the Imperial Government of the Republic of Nansai City.

We request that land within the Nansai Embassy Tower Complex's walls become Nansaian soil. We will pay a yearly rent of N2,000,000 ($1,000,000).

We request that Hillsland flags, anthems, and other symbols not be required to be displayed within the walls of the Nansai Embassy Tower Complex.

We request that Nansai flags, anthems, and other symbols represent the soil within the walls of the Nansai Embassy Tower Complex.

You can have a compound in Southern Ephla in the area of the city called International Town.
We can give you 41 acres of land on Fraul Street. The address is 1170 Fraul Street.

We have read over your previously posted embassy manifest and we are completely fine with it, on condition that the ambassador's air transport complies with the regulations and authority of the Seilaan Airspace Agency while in metropolitan airspace.

In exchange, the government of Haejong only wishes one 5 story building, any location, and our staff will only consist of (a) the ambassador and family, (b) 8 service staff, (c) 10 administrative staff and minor diplomats, and (d) 15 National Police agents for security. We hope this arrangement would be pleasing to Hillsland. Thank you for your time.

Also, the Imperial Government of Nansai City would like to invite you to establish an embassy in our city-state.

There is an empty office park available in the International District that is ready for your governments use.

We will provide the Hillsland Embassy with water and power. You need only pay for half of the utilities.

Hillsland nationals will be granted diplomatic immunity within the Hillsland Embassy Walls.

Crimes commited by Hillsland nationals on Nansai soil are subject to Nansaian law. Crimes commited by Hillsland nationals in the Hillsland Embassy compound are subject to Hillsland law.

We are a peaceful country, so you are limited to 30 armed guards. They may only posess handguns and riot gear. They may only use weapons while inside the embassy compound.

You will be provided with 3 vans, a helicopter, and 2 2003 Mercedes-Benz Kompressor sedans, courtesy of the Nansaian government, licensed under the Nansaian Government.
